I have a question about a problem we came across with during the testing phase for the AS5350xm.
The problem has to do with the following two things:
1: IOS version problem.
2: Config problem due to VRF.
Explanation:
We are using the AS5350xm to connect oure equipment within the field to our production envirement.
This equipment is using ISDN, PSTN, GSM, etc. to connect towards oure network.
The AS5350 is responsible to cenvert all type op sessions toward standart IP.
Using a AS5350xm:
SPE_1 DL60 DFC
E1_3 E1_2 PRI DFC
All sessions are working exept for ISDN !
When we are running the AS5350xm with IOS c5350-ik9s-mz.124-24.T3 incomming PSTN and GSM are working ISDN is not working.
When we are running the AS5359xm with IOS c5350-ik9s-mz.124-24.T4 incomming PSTN and GSM are working ISDN is not working.
When we are running the AS5359xm with IOS c5350-ik9s-mz.124-25d incomming PSTN and GSM are working ISDN DOES WORK.
Maybe a bugg deu to VRF has been solved with the newer IOS version ?!

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Migrating E&M immediate start from 2821 VGW to AS5350XM but problems with signalling

We currently have 2821 VGW platforms running E&M Immediate start. The T1s go into the DACS and the IP interface connects to the SIP server with a simple number plan.
So, when a T1 DS0 signals, the VGW talks to the SIP server, the SIP server does a database lookup and talks back to the VGW and passes the connection details.
However we are now migrating to the AS5350XM platform and replicating the config from the 2821 to the AS5350XM is causing signalling issues.

What I did notice was the following:
1) When defining loop open and loop closed custom bit configuration is different....on the 2821 you do it on the voice port. On the AS5350, it is not supported on the voice port but appears to be configurable via the T1 controller. I'm not sure if the AS5350 needs any further E&M signalling configuration as the problem lies in the signalling....the AS5350 when the line is cleared down appears to start ringing it again and not following the signalling pattern.
2) When doing a "show voice port" on the AS5350XM does not show E&M signalling, whereas it does on the 2821:

Can anyone advise if further configuration is required on the AS5350XM in order to pass the E&M signalling correctly ?

Well for me the forms were ok to open with 11g, just had to correct differences and recompile to run.
That there script is a ton of help!..well you forgot to mention the Output_File parameter, but I could find that myself now that I knew what to look at. Now if I could also set it not to produce .err files when everything went fine and to set the output names so that the old compiled forms get overwritten..
the SRW.* calls turned out to be things used in Reports, so it was hopeless to compile in forms..but also not needed
as for ENABLE_ITEM and DISABLE_ITEM I found these to use as their definitions in a library, that proved sufficient.

Live video stream to both Flash and iOS problem

Hi everyone, I'm Lucas. I Have learnt how to deliver a single live video stream to both Flash and iOS from this video
But after that I got a problem with the ".f4m" file and ".m3u8" file (I think) like this video below here. I don't know what happen with the server because my camera is still working perfectly.
I now using Flash Media Server 4.5
Does anyone know how to fix it?

Try this :
1: stop any stream.
2: go to root_install\applications\livepkgr\events\_definst_\liveevent and delete any .stream file that is in there
3: Go to root_install\applications\livepkgr\streams\_definst_ any livestream folder that is in there for example if you streamed with name livestream12 there should be a folder with the name livestream12, delete it.
4: Then try streaming a single bitrate stream by adding to the FMLE the following parameters
FMS Url : rtmp://localhost/livepkgr
Stream: livestream?adbe-live-event=liveevent
5: go to sample player and add this url to the field : http://localhost/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m
*If you have a public IP do the following :
1: go to http://www.osmf.org/configurator/fmp/#
and add this url : http://public_ip/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m (replace localhost with your public IP)
and from the advanced tab say that it is live.
Give it a try!

I am sorry to tell you, that we cannot help you with this issue.
You have to options:
1. You go to an official Apple Store and show them the receipt to prove that you are the owner of the device.
2. Ask your friend for the password in order to deactivate activation lock, if it is the problem that you have. (see more: iCloud: Find My iPhone Activation Lock in iOS 7)

Flash CC Air iOS: Problems with loading text from an external xml located on a server.

So I have this code allowing me to load text from an xml located on a server. Everything works fine on the Air for Android. The app even works in the ios emulator, but once I export my app to my ios device with ios 7, I don't see any text. The app is developed with Air sdk 3.9. What could be the reason? Do I need any special permissions like on Android? Does ios even allow to load xml from an external server?
Any clues?

It was my bad. I linked to a php file to avoid any connection lags, which was absolutely fine on the android, but didn't seem to work on the ios 7. So all I did is change the php extension to xml and it worked without any problems.

Having a big problem with my ios update. Tried to update last night (selected install update on my phone under the general tab in settings. It was taking too long so went to sleep, woke up to find an itunes logo with a usb logo underneath. I was told in the Apple shop today to download itunes to my laptop, which I've done and it will restore when I plug it in. It took about 20 minutes to 'restore' then right at the end I got 'an error occurred' and I'm back to square one. Please can some explain where I may have gone wrong??? I miss my phone!!!

I have a problem with my IPv6 ACL, IPv6 Class-map or IOS I'm not sure so I'm asking you.
I have one 1721 router with one Ethernet and one FastEthernet interface, on Fa interface is 3 subinterfaces, and Eth interface is connected to 10 Mbps link to another 1721 router. I'm working on QoS for VoIPv6. My softphone emulator address is FEC2::1/64.
This is my configuration:

I powered Apple TV down, then plugged it back in. That brought back my ability to connect with AirPlay.
It's a hassle, but seems to be an Apple TV issue.

CWMS 2.0 Apple IOS Problem error code 100202 and ANdroid not

I have a problem with external invitation for Apple devices. I always get the error code 100202. Although I have imported the signed certificate on the Webex Meeting Server and exported again from the Webex Server for the IOS Device , I still get the error. On Android, it goes without problems, although I have not played a certificate. Wildcard certificates are not allowed with at our site. Is that really a certificate Problem?
The Webex Server is the latest 2.0 Release 302 N and IOS Devices 7.1.1.

I can see you are experiencing an issue with an iOS 7.1.1 device and SSL certs installed on CWMS 2.0 MR3.
Who is Certification Authority that signed the CWMS certificate?
Do you use SAN (Subject Alternative Names) or Wildcard cert?
When implementing the SSL cert to CWMS, did you also incorporate Intermediate SSL Certs into the SSl Cert file uploaded to CWMS?
Did you generate Certificate Signing Request (CSR) on the CWMS, or somewhere else? (I just want to know if the private key is generated on CWMS or you need to import that as well with your certificate)
Once I have this information, I will be able to provide you with the next steps.
As for the customizing audio prompts, this is not supported in CWMS at this time. I advise you to talk to your Cisco Account Team and express the need for such a feature so they can bring it to Product Management for the review.

Solution for weird RealVNC iOS problem...

Just got a new mac book pro yesterday and have spent most of the day doing setups.
I found one weird problem with the RealVNC iOS client. When I attempted to connect
from the iPad to the new mac all that appeared on the iPad screen was the 'linen'
screen with no user icons to click on.
After much frustration I finally did a connect and when confronted with the plain
linen screen I typed my user name <cr> then the password for my account <cr>.
Viola I was able to connect.
I got out and did the same thing with another account and was able to login.
My other macs show the icons for each user, clicking on the icon sometimes
brings up the passwd box and somtimes not . Generally I have to type
the password quickly to get in, sometimes that works, sometimes it does not.

Wow, it seems Apple has been done it's homework. The 10.5.3 included graphic update solves the wake up issue for me. I've been applied the 10.5.3 stand alone update and now my Leopard unsupported iMac works pretty good . The recent time machine update (HD connect by firewire) tooks 2 hours. Doesn't matter I'm happy!

SM-ES2-24 module ios problem

HI I was working with the SM-ES2-24 Module and found that the ios was corrupted. I uploaded the new ios and was trying to boot it from the new ios.During change the boot system command the command was accepted but during booting, there was an error. and the Module went through rommon mode.
I had no other choice but to use xmodem. during uploading the new image using xmodem the module hanged and I had to restarted the module.
After that I m not being able to upload the new image. Even im not getting the console of the SM-Es2-24 module.
Probably the flash is corrupted. the show inventory shows the Module but CDP neighbors shows no output.
Need a solution for this problem. Can any one please advice ????
