ASA 5515 (not the X version) upgrade fails

Question

version 8.2(5) is presently installed and running fairly well, however, we need to upgrade the code on the firewall to bring it up to spec. when trying to following the upgrade path to 8.4(6) the following errors occur after the reload. Please advise.

Is the Mac mini server your only Mac?
I purchased Lion on my MBP and then created a bootable USB flash drive which I used to do a clean install on my Mac mini server. I was never required to purchase Lion server however shortly after installing Lion, I did purchase and install the server version using the Mac mini.
