ASA 5525X with 9.1(2) IOS version Memory grow issue

Hi,
So, finnaly i have installed two 5525X firewals in A/S failover.
working fine, CPU is ok.
memory behave very strange. it is growing day by day. i have a week already firewalls installed and the memory grew from 20 % to 51 %
CPU is arrounf 20- 30 % durring the day, and 3 % during the night. RAM is just kiling me. if it grows so, i will need to reload it after a week.
here is the output from the stanby firewall:

It might be something related to SSH.
Since couple of hours i am not able to log via ssh to the router. lucky i have console to it.
I can ssh to stanby asa, strage but i was disconnected twice already from stanby.
I will disable ssh version 2.
The point is that i cannot log also via telnet and asdm (enabled them thinking it might give me possibility to log to firewall).
Related to TAC, unfortunately, my company does not have support for this firewalls. when i try to log a case to TAC, i need to secify the serial number, and cisco tells that the serial number i provide is not under support (or something like this).
I was thinking to downgrade it to 9.1.1 or to 9.0.2, but if it might not help.
There are two processes that consume memory (more allocated)
IP Background
CP Processing
I have read somewhere that CP processing includes Thread Detection and packet inspection ..... i do not have thread detection configured. i will try to remove as much inspection as i have.related to ip background, i do not knwo. last week I found a VM generated a lot of Multicast (50 Mbps) and as was droping it. after stopign the Multicast, CPU decreased, but not RAM. so, no ideas. also, i have port channel configured (g0/0 and g0/1)
I plan to restart the firewall on saturday. probably downgrade it or move it on standby. The stabdby firewall has the memory working fine.

CS5.5 Air for iOs - Which iOs versions are supported?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to test the functionalities of the Cs5.5 exporter for iOS, by exporting a previous Flash game i made on my 2G iPod, with 4.2.1 iOs version installed.
Since i wouldn't want to pay for the iOS developer certificate just for trying, can anyone point out a solution for this?
Moreover, is anyone sure it's gonna work? I wouldn't wanna spend good money just for seeing the Flash exporter is no good for my device.
Suggestions?
Anyone tried on similar OS?

Ok, i managed to use a fake certificate (i know i shouldn't say that) just to check the feasability of a game on iOS and.... I found out that the exporter doesn't work on my iPod Touch 2G (iOs 4.2.1)!! It says the iPod is not supported!!
Any news on this?
Do i need to buy an iPhone 5 to test flash games? It sounds a little extreme....

Routing issues on ASA 5525X running version 8.6(1)2

I am migration from PIX 515E to ASA 5525X running version 8.6(1)2 .
The company uses pix as its Internet GW to the ISP ,behind the PIX there's a Cisco 3845 (C3845-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(24)T1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)
Both devices are running NAT and PAT .
PIX 515
WAN ip 41.x.x.x
LAN ip 192.168.5.1
gw ip 41.x.x.x
Cisco 3845
WAN ip 192.168.5.2
Gig 0/0.1 158.29.x.x
GIG 0/0.2 172.16.0.1
gw ip 192.168.5.1
Mail server 158.29.x.x
With the current setup they working ok and the pix can route to the the 158.29.X.X and forward smtp traffic to the mail server .
now my issue is the ASA cant route to 158.29.X.X addresses internally . I have route inside 172.16.0.0 /24 192.168.5.2 and I can reach all the devices with 172 series ip .if I add route inside 158.29.X.X /24 or /16 their whole class 192.168.5.2 ..I cant cant even ping the 158 ip on the router interface .I tried running eigrp btwn the router and ASA and had same issues with 158 series .
What could be the problem or what am I missing thanks a lot in advance

Routing speaking should be the same behavior,
Is there a way that you could provide us the configuration from both devices this because I will need to see the Ip addresses, route statements and NAT configuration

You Restore from iTune Backup.The syncing is towards the end of the Restore.
1. Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings
2. You'll be asked twice to confirm
3. You'll see Apple logo and progress bar
4. You'll see a big iPad logo on screen
5. Configuration start
6. Set language
7. Set country
8. Select Network and input Password>Join
9. Enable Location Service>Next
10. You'll be given 3 options (a) Setup as New iPad (b) Restore from iCloud Backup (c) Restore from iTune Backup
11. Select Restore from iTune Backup
12. You will see picture of USB cable pointing towards iPad
13. Connect iPad to iTune (make sure iTune is on standby)
14. Tap Continue (computer)
15. Restore iPad from Backup (computer)
16. See progress bar with estimated time (computer)
17. See Restore in Progress on iPad
18. See Apple logo
19. See Apple and Progress Bar
20. Slide to Unlock
21. Copying Apps back to iPad (computer)
22. You'll see Loading/Installing/Waiting below the Apps (iPad)
23. Sync Music/Podcast/Movies to iPad (computer)
24. Sync completed (computer)

1. Turn the router, iPad and printer off
2. Turn on the router and then wait 30 seconds
3. Turn on printer and then wait 30 seconds
4. Turn on your iPad and test print.

P2P blocking on ASA 5525 with Software Version 8.6(1)2

We have Cisco ASA 5525 with Software Version 8.6(1)2. We have permitted all the traffic from inside to outside.
Now we want to block P2P sharing Bit torrent to internet sites. Please help me with the configuration.
We have DMZ setup & also inline IPS module.

You can try to block this by port.
The well known TCP port for BitTorrent traffic is 6881-6889 (and 6969 for the tracker port).
The config is
Access-list BLOCK-P2P-TRAFFIC deny tcp any any range 6881 6889 log
And applies to the desire interface with the "Access-group command"
For example:
Access-group BLOCK-P2P-TRAFFIC outbound interface DMZ
However Blocking Bittorrent is challenging, and can't really be done effectively with port blocks. The standard ports are 6881-6889 TCP, but the protocol can be run on any port, and the peer-to-peer nature of the protocol means that discovering peers that use unblocked ports is simple.
Also you can execute from the cmd on windows the command netstat -a and check the port Bit torrent is using .

After updating iTunes to 10.2.2 it wiped out my iPhone, iPad and iPad2 and it will not restore on another pc in the house. I spent 6 hours restoring the iPhone but the iPad and iPad2 has taken 6 hours going thru every step in the support recommendations as well as 3 hours on the phone with 2 separate techs today.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, went thru with the tech and edited the registry as well as the msconfig. Rebooted the PC's, reinstalled, uninstalled all of the anti virus software and did a limited start-up, all to no avail.
You cannot reinstall the last working version of iTunes because the library is synced with a later version - so I have 2 dead devices.
Other friends are experiencing the same problem and I know of 2 dozen others experiencing the same issues.
Apple needs to fix the latest update of iTunes!

Why did itunes just update my phone to an iOS version it isn't compatible with?

Who on earth thought this was a good idea? Itunes installed 8.1 on my phone, which was done in desperation to try to solve some nonsensical phone behavior. Now that the update is complete, itunes says "oh, sorry, this version of itunes doesn't work with 8.1" SURPRISE!!! HAHA SUCKA!

I have to update my entire OS to Yosemite just to update itunes just to plug in the phone that my current itunes version installed the 8.1 software on?
Is there any other solution? Honestly, I would like to go back to iOS6. Every OS update just slows everything down, on every device. This modus operandi of apple's is getting really, really tiring.
Any tips on how I can sync my phone without further degrading my laptop's performance with an entirely needless OS update? Will smashing it with a hammer help?

If you have the older OS's in your App store account purchase history you could install them.
I'm afraid you don't have much choice now. iOS cannot be reverted, and iTunes 12 doesn't seem to run on 10.6 or earlier.
Contact the genius bar or Apple if you think they can help, but Apple prevent iOS being reverted, so I think you are out of luck, unless you have a warranty & can convince them to exchange it for a device on an older iOS version.

In a stack/flexstack all the switches should have exact same IOS version, otherwise there will be a version mismatch on the stack and the new switch will not be able to join the stack.

Contacts are NOT part of the iTunes backup. If you had read the User Guide when you got your phone, you would have learned that Apple recommends you synch your contacts for safekeeping to your computer (Outlook, Address Book) or a cloud service. Using the phone as your only source of your contacts is foolish as the phone can easily be lost, damaged, stolen, or the data become corrupt.
If you've been using your phone as strongly recommended, your contacts are safe and sound on your computer or cloud service ready to be synched back to your phone. Of course, you should be backing up your computer regularly as well.
If you haven't been doing this, your contacts are likely gone.

with an iphone 3G the most up to date ios is 4.2.1 so you have a problem because whatsapp requires a higher version. If you saved an earlier version of whatsapp you could install that otherwise you cannot use the app. You will need to get a more up to date phone
