Asha 201 chat app problem

Please i cant no more access or open the Nokia chat application for ovi, Facebook and so on.

Have you tried browsing the web? If yes, re-installing the applications (those that are not working/opening) that you downloaded from Nokia Store is what I can suggest. If the applications came pre-installed, you can try re-installing the software of the phone using Nokia Suite.

Facebook app does not allow to upload photo,vedio.
It does not allow to trun off chat, Change pasward,etc settings
.mp4 vedio not supported.

I have download new software but it is not install in mobile due to less memory. So i delete all data from my phone memory it still need more space now what i can do help me.

Hi, I am using Nokia Asha 305. I installed latest phone software version 7.42. Total free phone memory is only 2.5MB. Whatsapp application also comes with this update which is 1.7MB. So, remaining free memory i get is only around 800KB and my phone is always insisting me to free phone memory space which is quite annoying. I can neither delete News and Offers, Notification apps nor move them to my memory card. It would be better for users if apps like Whatsapp can be used from memory card. I am expecting a new phone software for Nokia Asha 305 from Nokia which solves low phone memory problem. If this problem is not fixed soon, Nokia may lose its Asha 305 customers.

In my asha 305.It always shows PHONE MEMORY FULL PLEASE DELETE SOME ITEMS but i can't delete anything because all are system file. PLEASE HELP

Download MobiMb.
Open the downloaded MobiMB.exe file and extract the files to a new folder on your PC.
Run the extracted Setup.exe file from this new folder.
Accept the license agreement for setup and leave the product activation fields blank.
Save the ‘MobiMB mobile media browser’ desktop shortcut and finish the setup.
Connect your phone to the PC via USB cable and run the MobiMB mobile media browser from the desktop.
Click on ‘Start MobiMB.
Click on: File > Settings.
Choose: Add a new connection > Cable connection > Nokia native USB phones > CA-101 cable (Micro USB).
Press OK.
Now you have your phone’s file system. View and add/remove files according to your needs.
Delete the Junk files in the Gallery, Games & Apps and Menu apps.
Some items may show ‘error’ when attempting to delete them – skip these and delete images, music, videos. Themes, wallpapers, tones, graphics etc. to make space.
You can safely delete all the pre-installed games and apps – delete the .jar or .jad files of apps that you do not need. Private file folders may not be removable.
You can delete bundled apps like Nokia xpress browser on your phone’s menu or main file system from MobiMB > C: > Menuapps.
If you are not aware of what the other files do, it’s better not to mess around those – accidentally deleting important files may cause your phone to crash.
After making necessary changes, close MobiMB and disconnect your phone from the USB.
You can now use the cleared storage space in your phones internal memory for personal data.

The apps were purchased by another user with a different Apple ID. You will have to erase them and repurchase them using your Apple ID.

Whats app VIDEO Problems

To whom it may concern,
Hi, I need some support regarding the "Whats app". I have been using this for a year and no problems what so ever until last Thursday. I have been alway being able to send videos (short video not longer than 40 seconds) to other people. Since last Thursday the program try to send the video and after doing the usual thing give me a message "that whats app was not able to send the video".
Actions taken:
Clear history and data - NOTHING STILL NOT SENDING VIDEOS
Reboot iphone - NOTHING STILL NOT SENDING VIDEOS
Delete app and install again - NOTHING STILL NOT SENDING VIDEOS
Try to send different lenghts of videos - NOTHING STILL NOT SENDING VIDEOS
Try to send past videos, previous to last Thursday - IT WORKED!! For some reason the app was able to send older videos of differents lenghts.
I have not drop my iphone or did any crazy thing, no new updates. I'm using the version 2.8.2 (Whats app)
Can any one give some suggestion? Messages and pictures still working fine.
I have the free version of Whatsapp, I try to reinstalled the $0.99 version, but it does not give me the option. I thought this could be the problem.
Appreciate inputs.

does not play any video tells video quality too large only sound plays does not play any type of videos i.e nokia tells the supported videos does not plays also downloaded from store also does not plays video are played well in v5.92

@Nm305 these are all Java based application and require a working file system. Sometimes the file system get corrupted for example removing the battery+SIM too fast after a shutdown of the phone. The built-in reset is not able to re-create the file system. Therefore, did you consider the Software Recovery Tool via a Windows computer already?
