I have two VMs running on 10240 build prior to today (as Windows Insiders install). My main laptop upgraded earlier day, and doing my netbook at the moment. If you want to upgrade multiple PCs, instead of waiting for all the bits to come down, you can download manually and create a USB stick of the install. To do so, do a search on "download windows 10" on Google and it should return the link to Microsoft's page. From there you can download a mediacreationtoolx64.exe (or x86 if you are running 32-bit Windows). With that EXE, you can either upgrade that PC directly (for those who can't wait to get Win10 ), download an ISO (to burn to a DVD), or create USB stick. Unlike upgrades for prevous versions of Windows, you will not be asked for product key during install - the activation is done automatically. My main laptop has no major issues with Win10; I have not tried all programs but my Office 2013 is working fine. What I find interesting is that you can perform a network connection (such as a wifi access point or VPN network) prior to login, similar to iOS and Android. Cortana does not work for me yet as I have my machine set to Canada (Canadian Cortana is coming later this year). If you want to try Cortana now you'll need to set the PC to location USA and US English as default language. It took about 2 hours to do the upgrade on the laptop (while I went out for lunch), and probably longer on my netbook - I'll probably let it run while I'm sleeping.

So here is the deal, I recently purchased a factory unlocked iPhone 4S from the Apple store and I am using it on T-Mobile with a micro sim that I got from T-Mobile. I have seen a few threads about this topic around the internet but I was weary of how the phone would work on T-Mobile. So, if you have any questions regarding this phone, feel free to ask them here and I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have if youre thinking of buying one yourself! This was an upgrade for me from an unlocked and jailbroken 3G 16GB.
I am looking to upgrade my Samsung Vibrant to the iPhone 4s and want to stay with T-Mobile. I live in Chicago and the only thing that has kept me back is the 3G. Now that Tmobile supports 1900mhz I plan on getting the unlocked phone and hope to use tethering.

I too live in Chicago and I have been using the 4s on the T-mobile network since November. Everything works perfect: Facetime, iMessage, MMS, tethering (EDGE speeds) and push notifications. I think you're making the right decision in upgrading from the Vibrant to the 4s.
I am however anxiously looking forward to the 1900 mhz 2G refarming that is supposed to be taking place in the future. I did a little bit of research through Google searches and forums and found that T-mobile's 1900 mhz in Chicago operates on a frequency that is likely to be a candidate for one of the upcoming refarmed markets. Not sure how accurate the information is but I hope it's right. I couldn't find any speculation of dates other than late 2012 and in some cases late 2013. Hope this helps. -

I started this thread because there is no thread yet for all applications that can be installed that will work out just fine for S60 5th edition....
I'm still looking for good applications that is 100% working in 5800XM. Some are free and some are not but let you try for a week if you like it or not. Of course, just like me, everyone wants a free program that can be installed and used in our phone.

I had an iPod touch in the past and used an iTunes card to purchase songs, I now have the iPhone and again bought an iTunes card to purchase things. Since I have not purchased anything on this device yet it is asking me two security questions that I don't know the answers to. What do I do?
The Security Questions are not associated with your device - they are associated with your iTunes account/AppleID. If you cannot remember what you originally set up for your security questions, here are the instructions for getting them reset. First set are for if you set up a Rescue Email address, second set are for if you did not.

Does anyone know how to reset your security questions?? I loaded an itunes gift card on new ipod but when trying to make a purchase, itunes is asking us the incorrect security questions?! (for 1st time purchase) I know the questions are not what I chose because I wrote the questions & answers down when setting up the ipod. Any ideas??!!!

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Hello, try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
*Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
*In the Firefox options window click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select "General".
*In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
*Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:

When I login, all of my desktop items are gone, the "Finder" icon is bouncing and a message asking to restore windows is blinking but unresponsive. I can't exit out of it. What do I do? I've tried force quitting, and it doesn't get rid of this message. When I login to my husband's account, this message does not appear.

Additional Information
OS X automatically relaunches the Finder when it is quit. If the Finder is unresponsive, use Force Quit to relaunch it. Select Finder in the Force Quit Window or Dock, then click Relaunch.

Here's How to Repair your Windows Installation
Sometimes it is necessary or desirable to repair your Windows installation. For instance, you might see Windows showing unusual or unexplained slowdowns, failures to boot, devices no longer working like they used to, etc.
The following step by step procedure shows you how to do the repair. Note, that you will need the CD key that came with your Windows disk to complete this procedure.
1. Make sure boot order in BIOS is set to floppy (if you have one), cd/dvd, and then the HDD your original Windows was installed on.
2. Insert your original Windows CD into your cd/dvd drive (a slipstreamed cd with SP will also workif you have one). If the Windows Installion menu appears, select Install Windows.
3. If that menu does not appear, go to Start, Turn Off Computer, and then select Restart. After the POST, you will see a prompt, "Press any key to boot from cd..."
so press the space key (any other key will also work).
4. Let Windows setup continue.
5. After a short while you will see an option to repair your Windows using the Recovery Console. Do NOT select this option. Just continue.
6. Soon after this you will see a message "Searching for a previous Windows Installation".
7. When Setup finds your previous Windows installion you will be given an option to Repair that installation. Follow the prompt on the screen, i.e, press R to repair.
8. Now just let setup continue until it is complete and you see your desktop.
9. Then, go to Windows Update (Start, All Programs, Windows Update) and let it search for and install any available service packs, and/or other updates.
10. Lastly, if you have any drivers that are wish to use other than the ones in Windows, just install them in the normal fashion.

where its connected via ethernet port or via USB port? if you connect it through on-board LAN you need to install chipset drivers 1st. if you connect it via USB port ensure your OS installation is with included SP2 on it if its XP. then install chipset drivers as well.
if you use 98 install USB 2.0 drivers 1st,(http://download.msi.com.tw/support/dvr_exe/mbd_dvr/USB2W9XME009.zip) before install cable modem. -
new firefox is great. I usually have many windows open. in your earlier version, when ever I used to close it, it would ask for save and shut down as one of the three option,but in this new version it close all my window, how do i save my window tab?

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
