Google returns zero results. I deleted it. And when I tried to empty the trash, I got a message saying
that program was in use and could not be deleted at that time.

Yes. I just solved the problem on my PC. Here goes...
Issue: My Windows7 computer was producing the pop up box with the error text as you described.
The Problem: You have another application on your computer that uses the like named .DLL file... in this case a DLL supporting SQLite on your local PC.
Solution:
1. You need to use the Windows File search feature to look for the name "SQLite". This will quickly locate the offending DLL in the other application.
2. Decide which program you like the most, in my case "Mobile Me", and uninstall the offending application.
3. Uninstall Mobile Me.
4. Restart your PC.
5. Reinstall Mobile Me.
6. Mobile Me should sync at this point, but if not, restart the PC once again.
In my case, the offending program was my Aptana Studio development application. I had recently the SQLite3 database to my Ruby On Rails configuration...
This is where the file was located:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Aptana Studio 2.0\plugins\com.aptana.radrails.sqlite3.win32_3.5.7.1278709071\vendor\SQLite3.d ll

I tried to connect to IBM DB2 client V7.1 in solaris system with Java 1.3 SDK and got this error:
java.sql.SQLException: [IBM][JDBC Driver] CLI0647E Error allocating
DB2 environment handle, rc=-1.
Does anybody know what this means? and how to solve it? You any hints and suggestions would be highly appreciated!

Hi,
I had this problem on a Solaris 7 system. We fixed the problem by executing the db2profile script in the user's login script. The db2profile script can probably be found in the installation directory's sqllib directory. This script sets up several environment variables required by the DB2 client software.
Be advised that you must also comment any statements that deal with the IFS environment variable as this will replace certain characters in your PATH with ':'.

You have enabled the TTY function. To turn it off, go to Settings - Phone - TTY = Off.

On certain emails that I am deleteing I receive a "Download File" {642BF550-4DC4-91C9-667541EE899D}.html. Does anybody know what this is or how to prevent it?

I use Firefox for browsing and Outlook for email. On certain emails, I am unable to be more specific, I get a pop-up window "Download File" and I am asked if I want to Open, Save or Cancel the downloaded file. It identifies the file as:

[642BF550-4DC4-9IC9-66754I88899D}.html.
I have opened the file and it merely contains the word "Loading..." on the screen.
I have no idea what it is. I do not know if I am supposed to ignore it, save it, etc. I do not know if it can corrupt my system.

Have you tried "Run" instead of "Save?"
Do you have anti-virus software on the PC? If you do, try disabling the anti-virus for just 15minutes to allow the download to finish.

Having just updated my black box on Friday I have been happily watching my new channels until today now all I get is you've lost your connection try checking your hub an box which I have done several times even tryed brand new cable resetting so it updates again still comes with error VMC011 phoned the help line up they haven't got a clue has any body its not a speed prob neither cos I tested my speed on my brand new tablet it was 25mb thru my WiFi

my box randomly does the same, now realised that if i change channels then go back it clears it.

I believe it's a Text Caption placeholder object.
Double-click beside the symbol and you should go into text edit mode for the placeholder.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

It generally means that the media is faulty or of poor quality. Most of us here use Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden media.
OR
Your Superdrive may need a clean.

If the iPad is running iOS 7, the security feature is called Activation Lock.
There is no way around it. Hopefully he will be able to get the Apple ID password
reset or remember it.
