I sent adobe a student verification for my cs6 extended but didn't get a serial number in weeks....what should i do?

Go to the Adobe website, use the chat option (try to avoid the weekend).
They are quick to respond and will sort out any problems with licensing or verification of your eligibility.

I think that you'll need to get in touch with support to sort this out.
But you could check your order to see if you ordered and upgrade or a new purchase. The serial numbers for upgrade are different, and require the earlier version on your computer ( or its serial number instead).
If you've oredered an upgrade, check that you're entering the correct serial number. You'll probably be prompted to enter both: once for qualifying product and once for the new upgrade.
Let us know if this was the issue. If not, I suggest that you get in touch with Adobe Support.

2 week wait for serial number to CS6 (education) help please?

Hi, I need help with this! I really dont know what to do next! i bought a copy of CS6 (education) over two weeks ago, when it (disc) arrived next day I logged in, created an account and emailed off relevant proofs and numbers. Nothing, three days later i phoned Adobe (UK) and (eventually) spoke to somebody who passed me on to the 'activation team', I was on hold for half an hour until I gave up. Next day i waited till 9am on the dot and tried again, was put on to activation team quite fast and spoke to a chap who opened up a 'case', and asked me to send all the documentation again, which i did. The next day I got an email saying that only one of the documents had arrived, strange thought i, however i sent them again. I could see that all the documentation was then there in the'open cases' section, so I waited, and waited...... it has now been two over two weeks since i bought CS6, I phoned Adobe again this morning, spoke to customer serviced who were very helpful, but still had to pass me on.......i waited for 42 minutes then hung up.
I really dont know what to do next, I even tried Adobe in the States, they said they could not help (I am based in the UK) I have been waiting so long that my course has actually finished!! Any suggestions anyone????

Hi, I'm a student in NSW, Australia and just bought Photoshop CS6 Extended Teacher and Student edition. When I went to install it and it asked for a serial number, I couldn't find anything. I found a 'PRODUCT CODE' but that didn't even have enough digits. I have a Mac. Please help me!

i purchased a student discounted photoshop while i was a student. i didnt really have the time to send away for the serial number so i downloaded a free trial in the meantime. it has been over a year since i have been done with school. i just wanted to know if i am eligible based on the time of purchase and verification of me being a student at that time. no one seems to be able to give me an answer. thanks

There's really only one reason the button would stay
gray, and that's if the serial number you've entered
is invalid. Most of the serial number-entering
problems were with iWork '05, so I'm surprised to
hear of a problem with '06. My suggestion:
carefully reenter the number, making sure you don't
confuse zeros with capital ohs- or the number 1 with
a small L. If you're absolutely certain you've
entered the number correctly, and it still won't
cooperate, you may need to call Apple tech support.
We've heard of cases where the serial number was
just plain defective. Sorry I can't be more help.

Thanks. I've re-entered the number many times and the problem persists. I think the problem is the button window itself . Normally the submit button is active but since I upgraded my operating system to Tiger I have notice a similar problem in Quicken download. Is it a glitch in the upgrade?

Hi; I had a copy of Photoshop Elements 8 on this computer, but it had some problems, & I needed to get a new hard drive installed in it. I'm trying to reload the program, but I can't find my serial number. I bought it in Aug of 2010. Can you send me the seraial number, please?

This is a user-to-user forum so “we” do not have your serial number. If you purchased online from Adobe then the serial number is probably in your Purchased Products list invoice, or if you registered with Adobe then check your registered products list at Adobe. oth should be accessible by logging into http://www.adobe.com then hovering over your name in the upper right and choosing the correct option in the menu.

Mac OSX Photoshop CS6 keep asking for serial number

Hi, I don't know why, but since few days ago, my photoshop CS6 started to pop up with the trial message and ask me to enter serial number. However, I'm on a one year subscription for photoshop CS6 only, there is no serial number.
I opened the software, and choosed "lincese this software" and then signed in with my adobe ID. After that, the message ask me for serial number. This didn't happen before.
My systme is :
Now it says I only have one day for the trial. Please help me to resolve this.

@CKPAD.co - The Adobe ID you are using to post here has never signed up for the Creative Cloud, not even a free/trial account. Are you using a different Adobe ID for a Creative Cloud subscription? If not this would be the correct behavior. The 30 day trial ends and you can either puchase a perpetual license (serial number) or a Creative Cloud subscription.

Log in into your Adobe account and go to "My Products". You'll find a list of all the products you've ever registered with Adobe.
