The latest drivers and software for the printer can be downloaded from the Canon USA website. The following link will take you to the initial download page for the PIXMA MG3220 (uses the PIXMA MG3200 series drivers):

Once on the initial download page for your model, please do the following:
1. Verify that the operating system detected in the "OPERATING SYSTEM" drop-down menu is correct, and if it is not, please click the drop-down menu to select your operating system.
2. Next, please click on the red arrow next to the "RECOMMENDED FOR YOU" section and click the MINI MASTER SETUP file. When you do, another page will appear giving details of the file you are about to download will appear.
3. Please scroll down on the Details page and agree to the terms of the disclaimer message to continue with the download process by clicking on the "I AGREE - BEGIN DOWNLOAD" button. After clicking the "I AGREE - BEGIN DOWNLOAD" button, follow the instructions to download and install the driver. The time for the download process may vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the file being downloaded.
Once you have downloaded the Mini Master Setup file, please follow the steps above to also download the Quick Menu and My Image Garden programs from the Recommended for You section. To download the rest of the software for the printer, please follow the steps above, except for in Step 2 you will want to click on the red arrow next to the word SOFTWARE to display the software.

When it asks for another ID on an App Update, it means that the application was purchased under your sister's ID but downloaded to your device from the iTunes library that you share. Even though you both have your own Apple IDs, since you are syncing on the same computer, you are using the same iTunes library.
Whoever purchased the app is forever tied to it, and you can only have one version of a particular app in a single library....
Does that make sense?

That Apple ID is stored inside those applications. Leave them as is and ask your friend to do the updating.

If it is asking for an APlle ID password for an ID you do not recognize then you have stumbled upon the Activation Lock feature of IOS7.

Without that Password you will not be able to re-activate it.

Updating or upgrading depends on what version of OS X you are running. A G5 Mac can not go further than Leopard 10.5.8 as all later versions of OS X require an Intel preocessor.

Already purchased Season of Walking Dead, iTunes asking for $30 now to "complete season."

I purchased the SD version of Walking Dead, Season 5 last October. Today, I can only download up to episode 506 (and not the "Inside the Walking Dead - Ep. 506" short). The short is listed as "season subscription only." The iTunes page shows a button that shows asks to "complete the season" for $30. Why is it doing this when I already purchased the Season 5 subscription?

It sounds like you bought only the first episode, and iTunes is offering to complete the season. That's what happens when you buy one song from an album. If that is not the case, then you need to take it up with the iTunes folks.

If you have music that was purchased on different iTunes accounts than the one you use, then you must provide the password, otherwise the tunes are not considered yours. You can turn off iCloud and just use the usual USB sync method. But I wonder whether you'll have the same problem?
