When it askes for DNS information, enter in Google's DNS. Preferred DNS = 8.8.8.8 Alt DNS = 8.8.4.4
While you are in the printers EWS, check the proxy settings and make sure that every box is completely blank. DO NOT put any information into the proxy page unless you are behind a corporate firewall and have gotten the information form your IT department.
If that does not help, if you could provide me with the following information it would help me out. First, who is your ISP( Internet Service Provider, i.e. Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, ect.)? Second, who is the maker of your router? Lastly, what is the model number and firmware version of your router?

I've downloaded & installed the "print edit" add-on successfully, now I need instructions on how to use it. Is there a type of manual or other support option for this?

Unlike many others, the author has posted pretty detailed instructions and lots of screen shots. This isn't the best format for absorbing the information because the text and images aren't integrated, but hopefully with a little flipping back and forth you can get a solid start.

I just purchased a 6500 all in one. The printer features ePrint, but it keeps asking me for a proxy address. I have an IP that the printer provided, but it always gives me the error "no connection"

Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen? Was the driver installed correclty?

You can have up to 8 or 9 slideshows per menu. If you add a sub menu reduce that by 1 and add 8 more to the sub menu. The top menu can have links to up to 8 or so submenus (depends on the theme) and each submenu can have up to 8 or so slideshows.
However, converting a very large slideshow to a QT movie as Terence suggested does not envoke the 99 slide limit in iDVD. It just becomes a single video/movie file. So you should not have a problem with exporting at the large size, 720 x 540,
and dragging the resulting file into the iDVD menu being sure to avoid any drop zones.

I also have this problem! Mine is also not from the App Store. I had purchased Aperture 1, then upgrades for both version 2 and version 3. It's annoying as it is, but I also have to enter my previous serial number as well since it was an upgrade.

In iTunes on your computer. Go into the account section and just enter the info it is asking you to verify.
