Asking me to contact customer support when i try to add a debit card. why?
Im a deployed soldier trying to add a card to the billing section in my account. When i try and put the info in it tells me to contact customer support. Is it because Im trying to use my US card on a non-US internet connection?

I keep getting a message to contact itunes support when I try to make an in app purchase. What could be causing this issue? My credit card is up to date and in app purchases aren't restricted.
Have you tried contacting iTunes Support and asking them ? We are fellow users here on these forums, it could be due to a number of reasons, we won't know which one.

No one here can say specifically why. But you need to do what it says, contact iTunes Support. Click the Suppor tab above then the link under the Contact Us area and you'll be take to a page where you'll be guided appropriately.

Yea, its just wanting you to contact Apple so you can speak with iTunes Support so they can verify your identity and make sure nobody is trying to use your account unauthorized. Call 1.800.275.2273 or go through the Express Lane to send an email to iTunes support
