[asr9k] wrong XFP type

hi, CSC:
has anyone seen this behavior where a 10G XFP shows as both ER and ZR when you use different commands (see below) in an asr9000?

  • Backup MaxDB 7.6 mit HP Data Protector; Wrong file type

    Hallo.

    Hi Marcus,
    we use the version 5.5.
    The pipe name is generated by the Data Protector. When I want to create manually a pipe with this name I got the message "No hit found".
    Do you know a  possibilty where we can configure (at Data Protector or MaxDB) which medium name should be used for creating the pipe?
    Thanks a lot!
    Gerhard

  • Mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on floppy

    Since I switched to kernel 2.6.1, I can no longer mount floppys.
    mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/floppy/0,
    or too many mounted file systems
    I thought some filesystems might be compiled wrong, or the fstab is not OK, but I can't find any mistake.
    If some prof could have a look, I am sorry for the long quotes.

    What about the ext3 floppies? I have no problem with vfat ones, I can mount them as you mention but when I try to mount ext3 floppies as a regular user I get:
    [florin@guns /mnt]$ mount /mnt/floppy
    mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/fd0,
           or too many mounted file systems
    [florin@guns ~]$ mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
    mount: only root can do that
    [florin@guns ~]$ mount -t ext3 /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
    mount: only root can do that
    I can mount an ext3 floppy as root:
    [root@guns /mnt]# mount /mnt/floppy
    mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/fd0,
           or too many mounted file systems
    [root@guns /mnt]# mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
    [root@guns /mnt]# cd floppy/
    [root@guns /mnt/floppy]# ls
    lost+found  test
    What am I missing here? What should I do to be able to mount ext3 floppies as a regular user too?

  • Wrong message type while sending response from TP

    Hi,
    We are simulating a scenario in which the host is sending a Rosetta over RNIF request to TP. The request is getting completed and acknowledgement is reaching the host properly.
    Now we are trying to send back a response from TP for the above request. But the following error is being observed:-

    As it can be seen from the logs, the message type is being set to 1. However it should be 2 in case of response.
    The following header properties are being used in the AQ stub:-
    msgID = G20090303035936810.34565d:11fc706dc89:-7fbc@706519011
    from = COMSTOR

    Can you please let us know the reason for the wrong message type being set?
    Regards,
    Ravi Shah

    Dheeraj,
    We have included msgType=2 as a part of the AQ header.
    The logs show that message type is getting set to 2 but still COMSTOR is Buyer and BTGS is Seller.
    Because of this, agreement look-up is getting failed.

  • Wrong Operand Type Error Message - please help

    I have built a form and I keep getting the message - Wrong Operand Type every time I either try to preview or save to PDF as the file suddenly becomes 90% blank (I can see the content boxes for any date fields in the form and if I click the highlight fields option I can see place holders for all of the content) but other than that it wont process properly. I have tried going through the document and made sure that item by item the fields are all inline with each other, have the same fonts, etc. I even tried deleting out every single item in the form, previewing it, then placing that item back in and moving on to the next to try a process of elimination to see if I could figure out what item(s) were causing the problem, but still no luck.
    Please help.
    CG

    I, too, am having this error message. I read somewhere that it is either because of the font Helvetica Nueue, or because the files is being shared between a PC and a Mac. The quickest fix I have found, is to take the pdf and open it in Illustrator and convert all the text to curves. Then it should work correctly.
    I don't think anyone has found a definitive answer.
    thanks

    I shoot with a Canon 7D, have Windows 7 installed on my computer, Adobe CS4 (Bridge & Photoshop). I'm trying to open the CR2 files in Bridge to adjust them before I open them up in Photoshop, but it's giving me an error code saying it's the wrong file type. I downloaded the latest updates for Adobe Raw as well as the DNG converter, however I don't want to have to convert to DNG before opening in Bridge. Please let me know what I can do to open the CR2 files directly in Bridge CS4, thank you!

    Make sure you have the right version...

    The datastores have valid records but when we try to write them in the XML file it didn't work.
    ¿Can somebody help us?

    Thanks, let me give you an update:
    The datatype of the element is defined as follows:
              <xs:element name="AcctNo" minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1">
                   <xs:simpleType>
                        <xs:restriction base="xs:string">
                             <xs:maxLength value="60"></xs:maxLength>
                        </xs:restriction>
                   </xs:simpleType>
              </xs:element>
    The ODI reverse ingeneering has created the column as VARCHAR(255). I think this ok, because XML driver doesn't takes in account the xsd element defined length.
    We have checked the XSD and is valid.
    In the other hand, I must say that we have created an interface that is loading data into the corresponding datastore without any problem but we couldn't generate an XML file from it.
    Any other advice?

    Regarding your command line:
    Most of the options appear two or three times. You should look into cleaning up the option list.
    The -xchip and -xcache options are questionable. If you don't have a particular reason for needing them, remove these options. In the best case they might provide a small performance boost. In the worst case, they will reduce performance significantly.
    The -features option has a long list. Most of them are the default and cannot be disabled anyway.
    -features=except,rtti,export,tmplife fall into that category.
    -features=anachronisms is questionable. It allows code that was considered improper in 1991.
    -instances=global is the default
    -xalias_level=compatible makes strong claims about the program, allowing the optimizer to make simplifications that are not in general valid. (See the C++ Users Guide for details.) If any of those claims are not true, the program can fail in mysterious ways.

  • Message "Wrong partner type LS" in message control

    Hi All,
    I am trying to send PO's out to a middleware system. I have configured the middleware system as a LS (logical system) done all the config required for Message control.
    But when I enter Output type = NEU and Medium = A (ALE) and Partner Function = LS and partner name and save the PO, I get the error "Wrong Partner type LS" in the processing log for that message. The details description says "The message record of the message control contains a partner role with a partner type LS that cannot be used here. Only the 'KU' and 'LI' partner types are allowed.". But i need to send it to partner type LS.
    Am I missing anything. Please Advise.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi!
    'By default' purchase orders can be send to vendors or plants - the two parties in the document. This is linked to the two different partner types KU and LI. Only partners of this type of a purchase order can be used to send data.
    Check, if you can create a partner definition (WE20) for KU (hopefully you have less plants then vendors).
    You also need a partner determination for the document - only out of this partners automatically a message output can be assigned.

    Christian

  • Wrong Partner Type in IDoc with message type REMADV

    Dear all,
       We have created 2 IDocs, one for outbound (first in one company code) and one for inbound (receiving company code) with transaction F110 (message type REMADV, Idoc basic type PEXR2001). However, for the first outbound IDoc we have created, we have the wrong Partner type (we would like it to get type KU (customer)) LS (Logic system).
    Does anyone know how to change the partner type from the Idoc generationg?
    Many thanks,
    Ronny

    Hi,
    Welcome to SDN.
    Please delete the exisiting outbound partner profile (WE20) for message type REMADV which under partner type LS (Logical System) and setup new outbound partner profile for partner type KU (Customer).

  • Error  Wrong partner type LS

    Hi All,
    I am doing IDOC to File Scenario where i am sending Purchase order details to third party system. When i create or change the PO it should generate ORDER05 idoc and send to PI. I configured output type to generate PO idoc but it is not generating idoc. Configured details is as below
    Output type :NEU
    In General tab:Access to conditions and multiple issuing is checked
    Default value
    Dispatch time: Send immediately
    Transmission medium: Distribution ALE
    Partner function: LS
    Processing routines:  Distribution( ALE )  RSNASTED  ALE_PROCESSING
    Partner function:Distribution( ALE )  LS  Logical System
    Procedure: RMBEF1 Purchase Order.
    I activated this procedure in SPRO Tcode
    In condition record
    I choosen  purchase org option and gave the following details.
    Pur Org: RS00
    Function: LS
    Partner: XXXXX001
    Medium :A
    Date: 4
    I did configuration in partner profile by adding orders details and message control details in in XXXXX001. I also configured Distribution model.
    When i create PO the above mentioned condition records are coming in the message type. when i check process log in me22 it says Wrong partner type LS   The message record of the message control contains a partner role with a partner type LS that cannot be used here. Only the 'KU' and 'LI' partner types are allowed
    i used this as reference
    www saptechnical com/Tutorials/ALE/AutoIDOCGen/AutomaticIDocGeneration2.htm
    I have searched entire SDN form no one has given correct answer. Please let me know what is the problem.
    Thanks,
    Venky

    Hi venkatesh,
       Here are the details of the ALE configuration for sending the IDOCS to FILE.
    SAP:
    1. RFC destination to XI system.
    2. Check the message type.
    3. create the logical system ( hope this is created if you are working in any projects )
    as this is a one time activity and is done by the basis team at the time of post installation process.
    LS ---> SAP
    LS1--->XI
    3. define a port to send the IDOCS.
    4.  go to WE 20. create a partner profile. and provide the message type in the outbound parameters.
    and provide the port details.
    5. Create a CDM(BD64) and provide the details.
    XI:
    1. Create an RFC connection to SAP system.
    2. Define the port details from IDX1
    3. upload the meta data from IDX2.
    go to WE19 and generate the IDOCS and see if the IDocs are sucessfully send to the port or not from WE02.
    Check in XI side if the IDocs hits or not.
    Thanks,
    Jay

  • File Error: Wrong File Type for Project File

    Just had our 2nd LaCie 2tb hard drive crash. Just completed a project and was about ready to compress it when the drive wouldnt boot up anymore. I tried every program under the sun before eventually sending it off for data recovery.
    $1700 dollars later I have all my files, except one little change.
    My FCP project files are not recognizable by FCP anymore. In the get info box it says they are "Kind: Final Cut Pro Document" The preview picture is a gradient box with exec in the green text in the upper left corner. I tried adding the .fcp extension, but it still wouldn't open it. I keep getting the "File Error: Wrong File Type" when I try opening it with FCP.
    Anything I can do to fix this?
    Thanks

    You might give the following a try...
    1. open the .fcp file with TextEdit
    2. save the file again
    3. open with fcp
