Assembled and Imported to Test System but no changes made!!

Hi,
I am unable to find why the changes are not reflected in Test System. From last 2 days i am working on this still no clue...
Process I followed:
imported from Consolidation tab, next assembled all the SCA files which includes dependencies and its successfully assembled, next in Test tab imported all the SCA files, but i am not able to see the changes.
Any help highly appreciated

Yes Ayesha bcozz i faced the same problem in my previous assignment.
Do this:
First assemble the components which are showing the status "waiting for assembly" , next assemble the main SCA file which consists of all the changed source even the status of the SCA is "Assemble".
After assembling the SCA files in Assemble tab go to test tab, here try to import the files which you have assembled in previous step.
This will solve your issue. try and let me know the result.

There have been many issues reported with Kodak cameras - serach the forums for them
Actually the best practise is to use a card reader to import your photos, verify that they are imported ocrrectly and wait at least one backup cycle and then use the camera's format command to reformat the card and erase it - this assures no lost photos and always having the card properly formatted

If you Restored your iPhone with iTunes on computer, this supports hardware problem that WiFi Chip is damaged. If there is Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation or set up Service and take or send iPhone to Apple for resolution.

SQL Developer 2.1: Problem exporting and importing unit tests

I have created several unit tests on functions that are within packages. I wanted to export these from one unit test repository into another repository on a different database. The export and import work fine, but when running the tests on the imported version, there are lots of ORA-06550 errors. When debugging this, the function name is missing in the call, i.e. it is attempting <SCHEMA>.<PACKAGE> (parameters) instead of <SCHEMA>.<PACKAGE>.<FUNCTION> (parameters).
Looking in the unit test repository itself, it appears that the OBJECT_CALL column in the UT_TEST table is null - if I populate this with the name of the function, then everything works fine. Therefore, this seems to be a bug with export and import, and it is not including this in the XML. The same problem happens whether I export a single unit test or a suite of tests. Can you please confirm whether this is a bug or whether I am doing something wrong?

Probelms while replicating Data Source and transport into test system

I find the following error messages whilre transporting into test system.
DataSource 0EC_PCA_1 does not exist in source system of version A.
Mapping between data source 0EC_PCA_1 and source system is inconsistent.
DataSource 0EC_PCA_1 does not exist in source system of version A.
Field AFABE will not be delivered from DataSource 0EC_PCA_1 in source system.
any ideas please..........
Enhanced the Extract structure and activated the data source in Source system
Replicate the Data source in BI and install the Infosource through BI Content activated and transport them to Test system.

Hi,
1.First transport the data source from R/3 dev to R/3 quality
2.Replicate the data source in BI Quality ( make sure you that in the data source tab, you are searching the data source below the appropriate source system ---otherwise you data source may not appear)
3.goto rsd1in BI development for activataing the info objects which you have added extra in the info source (z info objects )
activate these info objects and collect in another request
4.transport these info objects from BI dev to BI quality
5.transport entire data source to bw quality.

   while trasporting from DED to test .
before you some other has released TR which having routines and some TR's are merged into One.so it might took longer period to complte transport.
while relesing u r TR ,please chk is any other TR 's are realsed.so if released wait until there TR to complte then release your TR.
some times if queue has struck also it will take time ,at that time contact BASIS team will act to solve this

Discoverer report runs okay in test system but very slow in live

Hi all
My Discoverer report takes about 5 minutes to run in the test environment. The same report (absolutely the same SQL in the custom folder in the admin edition and the same conditions and sort in the Desktop edition) takes at least 45 mins to run in live.
Has anyone faced a problem like this? How can I speed up my report in the live environment? I am using Discoverer version 4.1.48.06.00

Hey Aruna.
Are you sure the 2 environments are exactly the same (ie: one recently copied to the other)? Reason I'm asking is that if one has many more records, or one has an index, etc. then that would, of course, cause a difference.
What about the time when you're running it? Is the production environment an Apps environment and they're running batch jobs, updating shipping info in the last week of the month, etc?
I would first of all see if the environments are the same by trying something as simple as running the query in TOAD or SQL Navigator or SQL Developer in both environments and then seeing if there's the same difference. If not, then move on to the Discoverer side of things.
If they're still different, then are the Disco environments the same? Have you turned query prediction, etc. off in DEV but not in PROD?
Is the DEV box a hot damn new UNIX box with all the good stuff like oodles of memory, multi-processors, etc? And is the PROD box a Commodore 64? Okay, just kidding on the last test, but you get the idea.
Start at the same relative time (ie: morning). Start TOAD, etc. and see the speed difference there. Then move on to Disco and see the speed difference.

Simulated device in MAX, self tests without error and has working Test Panels, but doesn't show up in DAQ assistant.

I'm trying to create a development machine where we can test new code without using our physical hardware. I've followed this guide in setting up a simulated device. I can get to step 3.2b, but the device does not show up in the DAQ assistant. In MAX, the device self tests and self calibrates successfully, and when I open the test panels, I see some sort of signal. I assume this is a default simulated input since I haven't told the device to look for anything? Note that the two devices I'm trying to create show up in the Devices and Interfaces section, but that even after running Self-Calibrate, the Self-Calibration date is still unspecified.
When I try to test the device and create a voltage input according to the guide, I am unable to see either device in the DAQ task creator.
Steps 1 and 2 of this guide are obviously satisfied. Step 3 is not, but this is unsurprising since a simulated device wouldn't be found in the Device Manager anyways. Also, I am not running RT, so step 4 is satisfied.
Does anyone have any ideas?

That would be because the PXI 5124 is a digitizer not a analog input device. You need to use the NI SCOPE driver not NI DAQmx

if you're exporting video animation out of Motion and you need transparency, then you need to make sure that the codec used is ProRes 4444. There are no other options. From the Share > Export dialog, the default Export option is usually "Same as Source." In Motion, that *should* be PR4x4. You can double check that setting by clicking the summary button and reading the last line.
You also need to make sure under the Render section that Color + Alpha is selected (that should also be the default setting.)
However, most of all, you're really wasting your time going about it this way. If you started a Title project in Motion, all you have to do is Save and give the project a Name; pick a category or create a new one. In FCPX, in the Titles browser, look for the category you used and find the project name and drag it onto the storyline.
You have the option of picking parameters in your motion project that you can "publish" to FCPX (things like the lower third background color, text color, positioning, etc... almost every parameter is publishable to FCPX allowing you to customize the project *inside* FCPX.) Any parameter you publish in Motion will be in the Title Inspector in FCPX. You do not have to "bake" your lower third in Motion before using it in FCPX. You can pretty much turn your project into an FCPX plugin.
If you didn't start a Title project, you can still build your lower third as an FCPX Generator. Go to the File menu and Publish Template... In the dialog box, make sure you check Publish As Final Cut Generator. Give the project a Name and select a category (you'll need to wait a few seconds until the Categories update to the FCPX categories...) You can create a custom category if you like and save the project. In FCPX, instead of the Titles browser, look for your template/plugin in the Generators > WhateverCategory > YourLowerThird.

I don't know which release you are on, but here is a simple example for adding countries:
1. Transaction SPRO.
2. Press SAP Reference IMG Button.
3. If you are on SAP Netweaver release open SAP Netweaver. If another release go to step 4.
4. Open General Settings
5. Open Set Countries.
6. Define / Specify countries.
This way you can add / delete specific countries in your SAP System.
All customizing is done from SPRO.

Thanks everybody… I killed the process again in Task manager after trying compatibility modes… noticed something glaring at me as I killed the process. 32 bit. Old workstation on Win7 that was working was 32 bit and the Win8.1 is (drumroll please) 64 bit. MY guess is that if Adobe killed the ability for this to run it would have failed upon an attempt to activate, not upon launch. I think Nancy might have hit it on the head. Let me stew on this for a bit if I really want to pay more for features I already paid for once.

I've tried for many months to install the new 4.0 and it goes through download but never changes to newest version, and now it says that 3.6 will only be available for a short time longer.

Every time I log on, Firefox states that I am using the older version, and that I need to update to the 4.0, though today I saw something that said 7.0 so wasn't sure what that was about. Anyway, my program states upon the install, "Save Program". So I do and then it still doesn't take effect. Now your site states that the 3.6 will soon be no longer available for updates etc, but you new version never loads or takes effect??? Help please. If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version and delete the Firefox program folder to remove any leftover files.
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 7.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version.
* Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data in the profile folder.
* Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

InDesign asking me to save but no changes made

My workgroup of graphic artists is currently using InDesign CS5 (7.0.3) on Windows XP. Just recently I've noticed that when I open another designer's InDesign file, before I even make any changes, I get the asterisk next to the file name. I go to close the file and it asks if I want to save my changes. I haven't modified the file in any way, I don't even click anywhere with my mouse. I just open, then close, and I get the message asking me to save. Any ideas?
Is this somehow tied to the update from 7.0 to 7.0.3? Becuase this never seemed to happen before, unless I didn't notice it.

Also as you say your workgroup artists created the file so the links in the file could be updating when you open it.
Every time I open a file created on the other mac here it asks if I would like to update the links, the links are located in the same place but because the file is opened on another machine the links are in another location for the second machine. This alone would cause Indesign to want to save changes.

Help! Everything was working and now for no reasons with no changes made the home sharing on the apple TV stopped working! now i cant play games on ipad using apple tv!
