"ASSERT Condition" Error

Hi,
In my earlier thread, had mentioned about developing an application with 2 views, view1 and view2. This was working fine. After this I added a pop-up attribute in view2 ref to IF_WD_WINDOW. Also added an action OK in view2. Didnt write any further code.
Now when I execute the application by clicking on a button view1, I find that the application gives an error:
The ASSERT condition was violated.
I removed the popup attribute and the OK action. But still getting the same error.
What does this error mean and how do we rectify it.

What happened?
    In the running application program, the ASSERT statement recognized a
    situation that should not have occurred.
    The runtime error was triggered for one of these reasons:
    - For the checkpoint group specified with the ASSERT statement, the
      activation mode is set to "abort".
    - Via a system variant, the activation mode is globally set to "abort"
      for checkpoint groups in this system.
    - The activation mode is set to "abort" on program level.
    - The ASSERT statement is not assigned to any checkpoint group.
Information on where terminated
    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_WDR_TABLE_DATA_P
     in "GET_VISIBLE_TABLE_DATA".
    The main program was "SAPMHTTP ".
    In the source code you have the termination point in line 74
I have 3 input fields and 1 table on view2. There are 3 nodes on View2 in the View2 context, all with a cardinality of 1:1.
Please help.

Install/start OBI 11 error [nQSError: 46036] Internal Assertion: Condition

I installed OBI 11 on Redhat 5.2 86_64, with Oraclr 11.2 database. During installation,there are two configuration error: opmnctl task failed

XD01 assertion failed error while updating customer master data

Hi Guys,
This is an error when I use transaction XD01 to create customers accounts, If you have any ideas do let me and we'll try it....
The error does not let an BDC or LSMW progress as well. There are also no recent sap notes on the same.
The error is as follow

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look

I have a company code CG01 with sales organization CTS0 and I want to transfer or extend all the customer master data to another company code CG03 with the sales organization CTS0
The things that I have tried and not work
using xd01, fd15, fd16, fd01, does not wok and gives the error as above
The things that I have tried and it works
Change the sales organization from CTS0 to CTS1 I am able to post the customer master data, using any of the above tcodes and it does not give any error, however the client wants to sales organization to remain CTS0
So please give me any ideas as per your experience as this transfer of master data has to happen by Monday, else I'll be fried by my boss

I dont see any other method than removing the assignments in the backend and uploading the data. You can consult a Basis person to find the change logs for the assignment table. In my opinion, removing the sales organization from a company code assignment just for loading a customer master data and then reassigning to original sales org is a crooked method and/or not a professional method.

1. Created one session initialization block "TEXT_ID_VALUE" , having below query :
select TEXT_ID, VALUE from HSP_TEXT_CELL_VALUE ;
2. Matching the data populating in "TEXT_ID"(numeric data) session variable, with one of my measure column and fetching the corresponding "VALUE" session variable (text data) . (both the session variable's belong to TEXT_ID_VALUE initialization block , with 'row wise initialization' )
3. Wrote below expression in measure column(in BMM layer) :

ASSERTION FAILED error while migrating update rules

Hi all,
We are migrating the 3.x datasource for sd - lo cockpit.
Migration steps are as follows...
1. Make a copy of the infosouce. Activate it.
2. Migrate transfer rules. Activate it.
3. Migrate datasource.
4. Migrate Update rules for the respective info providers.
      But while migrating update rules ASSERTION_FAILED runtime error occurs.
       the assert condition was violated.
       CL_RSTRAN_TEMPLATE========CP or CL_RSTRAN_TEMPLATE======CM003
Please help i tried all the means to rectify but none succeds.
It is occuring for each datasource .

Assertion statement is like a conditional break point in ABAP. When you are trying to migrate the update rules,it is failing with Assertion statement it means there is some error with your update rules. Either the mapping is wrong or the the target to which it is mapped is in inactive state. Please check these and retry your migration.

Hello all,
I have looked everywhere but this one is not to be googled.
I am running on my local machine for testing in a checked out rpd, Connected across connection pools to two different databases on two different servers on two different continents (not that it matters).
The rpd saves with no errors.
I have a facts table and two dimensions. When I run a report with data from the Facts and either dimension it runs great and is quick. If I try to run a report with both dimensions and the facts I get the error below.
On the connections between the tables there is a two field join between the fact and each dim table. WIth a Right Outer Join on both

Not using cubes. All three tables are just tables. Nothing special about them. No hierarchies.
On the joins, they are joined properly.and they will return data as they should each individually, but not both at the same time.
I did notice that on the Logical Table Diagram that I have the option of using Left Outer Joins, etc. But on the Physical Diagram I can only join the fields with the option to use Inner join.

The application is working fine for many other users. Only few are facing this issue. They are getting this dump when they are trying to submit the data. What could be the issue?
I checked with the Authorization roles assigned for them. Everything is fine. Is there any special authorization needed to update the table?

Did anyone faced this problem. I am using custom filters on reports. The reports work well for 5 filters but start giving error on last filter. As far as I can guess its an internal OBIEE optimizer error. Can anyone faced this problem and help

Pls check your connection pool and db connectivity.
You will get these kind of dashboards errors when schema password locked/wrong password, table not available, db not able to connect.

      When i see the assert,i feel there is some problem at the determination. Whether you have implemented any custom determination of your own?
      No issues, Place the break-point at the assert and check the call stack and find the which determination is that?

The Data Conatiner can be constructed using xml/content/form scenario
Assert more than one of them is not passed

    ( form_scenario IS     INITIAL AND xml IS NOT INITIAL AND data_content IS     INITIAL ) OR

for the above code Assert condition is voilated displaying where i need to chage as it is running in the BG.
Can any one throw some light on this...............
