Asset Not completed

Hi Everybody,
i need to carry out the year-end activities for assets-accounting for co-code 2200,
but for the particular co-code 2200, asset 750143 appears as incomplete.
hence, the further procedure is blocked.
But the same asset when entered in as03 for co-code 2200 system retrives a message that this asset does-not exist in co-code 2200.
Also note for co-code 2500 this asset has been completed,
Please help, how to proceed

Hi Leena,
Please try AUVA trasnaction for all compnay code which you think is an issue and check the incomplete assets and degree of incompletion. Following information is useful for you:
Incomplete Assets - Detail List
Description
This report selects incomplete assets for a specified company code and provides detailed information on their level of completion. The system measures the level of completion using a completeness indicator. You can use this indicator to delimit the search when you start the report. The following values can be shown by the indicator:
0 - The asset is complete
(You cannot use this value to delimit a report.)
1 - The asset is incomplete but accepts posting
Field groups were defined as required fields in the screen layout rule for the asset master record and/or the depreciation areas. When creating or changing an asset, entries could not be made to required fields because the asset view has been restricted.
2 - The asset is incomplete and cannot be posted
Balance sheets are created for business areas in Financial Accounting and the asset has not been assigned to a business area.
Note
Please note that the system determines the level of completion of an asset when it is created and changed. If the reason for its incomplete status (missing required entry) is removed in the meantime due to a change in the screen layout control, the system does not automatically recognize this. In the list display for the report, however, there is a function which you can use to correct the completeness indicator for such assets.
By double-clicking on the line for an incomplete asset, you can access master data maintenance.

Linda,
Run a normal asset report on G/L account and compaire this with the values on the G/L account.
When there are differences you can use transaction code ABF1 with trans type 100. With this transaction you can post on the asset account whitout using an asset number.
The results in the transaction ABST2 is difficult to understand. This was a transaction that was used with the Euro conversion. When there are difference it dont block the fiscal year change.

Asset history sheet version is not complete

Hi Guru,
I have implemented a new Asset history sheet version. When I run the Completion check I have the message "Asset history sheet version is not complete".
This message I see it when I run the transaction code S_ALR_87011990 - Asset History Sheet.
Do you have any suggestion?
(I have checked the sap note 658890, but the activity is done.)

I checked the sap note. The sap note is implemented, but I don't understand becouse when I insert the "." in the Line 02 column 00 position group 50 and in position 75, when I click enter,the system inserts black in automatically. If I insert the "X" in Line 02 column 00 position "50" and "75" the Asset History Sheet is completed.
Do you know the possible reason?

Internal error in item 0000000000: asset row is not complete

Hello,
First let me give a little background of what I am trying to accomplish. I set up a new depreciation area 02, which is essentially a copy of depreciation area 01 Book Depreciation. The purpose of my new area 02 is to post depreciation only to a seperate expense account for a small number of assets. I set up the 02 depreciation area as a "Real Depreciation Area" with the setting "3 - Area Posts Depreciation Only" setting for Posting in GL.
I activated my area (AFBN) and changed a few assets to my new depreciaion area 02 to my desired key. When I try to post depreciation for one of my changed assets, I receive the error message:
Message(s) when structuring line items for document number ERROR00001
Internal error in item 0000000000: asset row is not complete
I have confirmed that my account determination (AO90) settings for depreciation are set up correctly for 02 for each of my classes (comparing 01 to 02 - only difference is expense account). I have also checked all of options in the "Overview for Experts" section and "Check Consistency" areas, as well as all of the SAP Online help for FI-AA. I have also researched my field status group BS11 and changed a setting for Consolidation Transaction Type to be set to an optional entry.

Diagnosis
Messages were issued when line items were created for document ERROR00001. The related lines in the error list are from 2 to 2.
The next lines in the error log provide more information on the errors that occurred, or information or warnings that were issued.
System Response
Information messages are intended to give the user information on certain actions of the program during document creation.
Serious errors during processing can prevent the document from being posted. However, in the case of serious errors, the system continues processing and checking other line items of the same document.
Procedure
Information messages do not cause processing to terminate. No further action is required.
For serious errors that cause processing to terminate, try to find the cause of the error. After you correct the error, you have to restart the posting program.

Depreciation Error in AFAB : asset posting not completed

Hi All
Depreciation run was not finished for past 3 years before that one of the Scrapping Asset was posted without execute the depreciation run. For that reason we are unable close the period in asset depreciation run by using transaction code AFAB ( current as well as previous year ).
We are getting the below error while executing the transaction code AFAB.
Error Message: asset posting not completed.
We are trying to post the depreciation run manually also is not possible, due to depreciation run has already retired.
Please help us to provide the necessary solution to resolve the issue.

Asset under construction not completely credited

Hi,
We are getting the message "asset under construction not completely credited" when trying to process an actual settlement for an internal order. We have checked all our settlement rules and read SAP Note 726031 but we are still getting stuck on this error. It may have something to do with a 2c USD balance on the AUC that doesn't want to clear. The local (AUD) balance is zero. We tried posting a 2c USD transaction to the Order but that didn't work either.

Hello,
Check the AUC balances and also check the settlement rule upto which period it is maintained. If the to period is ended with value and remove the " To period" and settle the values.

Assets not appearing in reports.

Hi Friends,
In Asset accounting for us there are 3 assets not showing in 2011 fiscal year, until last period 0f 2010 they are showing in asset balances report, these 3 assets are not scraped or deactivated . Please advise me what might be the possibility.

I understood but actual scenario is in 01.04.2003 asset is acquired from legacy system and values posted in 2007 both the acquisition cost and depriciation are posted since no depriciation is running with out values and asset is apparing in balnce report with NBV 0. But now for 2011 is the life of asset completed is that the reason no values in 2011. Actually asset we are not supposed to scrap it is a customer place and v should show as asset.Please clarify me.

Meaning of error AA449 Auxiliary account assignment to asset not possible

We are having problem posting asset entries created by GJT3 - JVA Asset Retirement. Entries process successfully through cutback GJCB but post of asset entries fails with error AA449 - Auxiliary account assignment to asset not possible.
KOSTL is activated for account assignment via Financial Accounting -> Asset Accounting -> Integration with General Ledger -> Additional Account Assignment Objects -> Activate Account Assignment Objects.
I added KOSTL for all TTypes in Specify Account Assignment Types for Account Assignment Objects (ACSET). This did not fix the problem.
Can anyone help please? I have searched all forums and OSS on error AA449 and have found no solution.

I am not currently accessing SAP system, so mentioning specific T codes is difficult.
However, in SAP menu, go to SAP>FI>Asset Acctg>Master records>display
Now when u check the record, you can make out if cost assignments are completed
Now coming to dep area checking, you need to go to IMG > FI>AA>Lean implementation> depreciation area settings.

What will happen to my Muse sites if I have not completed them before the Muse release?

Hi, do I lose everything I have been working on while in MUSE beta if I have not completed and uploaded to a server??? Will my work all be saved and move into the new OFFICIAL software (if I pay etc.) --also, I am concerned moving to latest version of MUSE beta will mess up or lose all unfinished work (several projects lost?) -hope this makes sence...-Thanks!

That description of the .muse file does not appear to be remotely correct, unless you are observing a newer beta than what I observed. The .muse file contains a sqlite db that does not contain HTML/CSS/JS. You need Muse to translate that .muse file into HTML.
Further, if you observe the HTML generated by Muse, you will see that it is not structured (either at the page level or the site level) for easy portability to other HTML editors like Dreamweaver. Error: "Could not complete your request because of a program error" (photoshop CS2 9.0.2 on MAC OSX

Today I started my program (photoshop CS2 9.0.2) and opened a JPG file. When I went to print the file the program crashed and closed. When I restarted the program and went to open the file I got this error message, "Could not complete your request because of a program error".
I have tried several different file types/sizes and all result in the same error message since the program crashed. It will not open any file I try to open. As I indicated above I am using Photoshop CS2 9.0.2 it is on a MAC with OSX 10.4.11.
I called Adobe and the Rep directed me to Tech Note 331307 and told me to Re-create the Photoshop preferences files. Which I did and restarted the program, but when I tried to open a file (any file) I still get the same error message so it doesn't appear to be the preferences.
Does anyone have any info as to what the problem may be and how to correct it.

Thanks for the response. OK... This is the first day I have been able to get back to the problem.
My system I am running Photoshop on is a Power Mac G4, AGP Graphics ATY Rage 128Pro chip set 16MB VRAM LCD 1280x1024 32-bit color, 500MHz, 1.75GB of memory, 1 MB L2 Cache, 100 MHz Bus Speed. I had installed the latest security update and repaired the permissions the day the problem started.
Now to day I started the system and went in and created a Guest Account. I logged into the guest account and started Photoshop. Low and behold it worked just fine. So I logged out of guest and logged into my main user account And started Photoshop. Wouldn't you know it.... It works just fine. I can open any file I want with now problems.
I got to thinking after I had done all of this that I wished I had tried to open a file in Photoshop today prior to creating the guest account to see if it still had the problem in my main user account.
I did not change anything else on the system and all seems to work fine now. So at his point I am really not sure what the problem was.

Any help that you can provide in helping my iPhone accurately sync with iPhoto and iTunes will be greatly appreciated.
Symptoms:
1)   Sync: It’s not completing the sync. Below, I’ve provided all of my settings from the iTunes Summary tab so that you might tell me if I’ve selected any incorrect options. I prefer to sync the “old school” way – by connecting to the computer – as opposed to syncing over the cloud. Perhaps this is what’s causing the problem? Here is a list of the steps displayed in the iTunes window as the sync progresses:
waiting for sync to start (step 1 of 7)
backing up (step 2 of 7)
preparing to sync (step 3 of 7)
determining apps to sync (step 4 of 7)
preparing apps to sync (step 5 of 7)
importing photos (step 6 of 7)

2)   Photos: I've selected only certain of my iPhoto albums to sync to my iPhone. All of the albums are correct/complete in iPhoto. All of the albums are listed on my iPhone, both before and after the sync, but the albums are empty (no actual photos) before and after the sync. Perhaps this is tied to the fact that the sync isn’t completing, but because “importing photos” is one of the steps that the incomplete sync displays, I don’t know.
3)   Apps: When I launch iTunes and click on the Apps folder under the Library listing, then click on the Updates tab, iTunes searches for any Apps needing to be updated and provides a list. If I click on Update All, the Apps are successfully updated in iTunes. But, when I plug in my iPhone so that the updates will transfer to the apps on my iPhone, the updates don’t transfer to the apps on my iPhone and those apps still reflect that they need updating on the iPhone.
Other Potential Pertinent Info:
The flash memory hard drive on my MacBook Air recently died (perhaps a month or two ago). Apple had emailed me about a known issue and literally the next day, my MacBook Air crashed. I installed a new flash memory drive and re-installed everything from a backup off of an external hard drive. Everything seems to be working fine; it recreated accurately all of my software and data, including iPhoto and iTunes, the pictures and songs (respectively) for which are stored on that hard drive, as opposed to being on the flash memory in the MacBook Air itself. However, I don’t recall if the start of the sync problem described herein started happening at the same time that I replaced the flash memory drive. All I know is that the computer is working perfectly in all respects and that even as the sync is failing, it at least says that it’s doing the right things and looking in the right places (e.g., the list of albums on my iPhone matches the list of albums in iTunes, etc.).

You need to download iTunes on your computer. iOS 6 requires the latest version of iTunes which is 10.7.

My ipod touch is not list as a device on itunes. When I tried do update itunes, I get a ox8007054f error code and the update will not complete.

So I decided to try my hand at making gifs and so I attempted to upload a video by going to file -> import -> video frames to layers. Before even letting my pick my video it comes up with an error message saying "could not complete the video frames to layers command because dynamiclink is not availible." I then tried file -> open -> and then selected the video and no matter what file type or size I chose I ended up with the same error message.
I looked this problem up and attempted some of the solutions but to no avail. I tried clearing my preferences and restarting photoshop many times in addition to restarting my computer. I also checked to make sure it wasn't being blocked by any firewalls and it wasn't. My opperating system is Windows 7 and I'm using photoshop cs6. I've looked everywhere for an answer to this problem so if anyone is able to help me solve this problem I'd be much obliged.

You see my C:\ drive is quite small as it's a SSD, so I made Adobe install programs on my E:\ drive too, however this was the main cause for Adobe not to function.
After adjusting the settings to install everything back to my C:\ drive, it fixed my issue above and allowed me to run the 64bit version.

HT201210 I tried to update my Iphone 4S & was sent an error message telling me to restore my phone & did so & now my phone is unable to be used because it will not complete the restoring process & is locked in this screen not letting me use it at all.

I was trying to update my software to on my phone and it would not let me do so sending me a message to restore my phone before I can complete an update so I did this but it would not complete the restore and was sent another message stating that my phone is already in recovery mode and a restore needs to be completed before I can update any software. I have tried this four times now and my phone screen is stuck with the Itunes symbol on it along with a picture of the plug. It will not let me eject or do absolutely anything. I cannot use my phone at all. I have even tried to shut it down and turn it back on which still did not help.
