First at all, sorry about my english...
I am trying to increase the life of some assets from 2009 until whatever.. the really problem is that it assest i create it in 2004 and end it life in 2008. Then when i am trying to increase the life of the asset in 2009 Sap the system recalculate the depretiation it depretation start in 2009 but appear the depretiation in 2008 .... THE YEAR 2008 IS COMPLETALY CLOSE.
Any help i will appreciate it too much...

THE PROBLEM IS THAT WE TRANSFER THE ASSETS FOR THE NEW ACCOUNTING IN 2008 THEN SAP INTRODUCE A VALOR OF DEPRETIATION 2008 AND I DONT CARE IT.
2008 is close and we cant open it.
i want that depretiation appear just in 2009
example:
8165,23 ...... 165,23 is from 2008 and the rest 8000 is 2009.
165,23 ( is a example ) is from 2008

HOLY &$%#! He's gonna KILL me ~ Calendar is GONE on iPad2

My husband uses his iPad2 religiously for his calendar. He uses my account for iTunes, iCloud, etc. He never wires into my MacBook Pro as there is nothing needing to be synced between the two. I am seeing now that he also has backup to iCloud turned off. So....no backup. That's the background....here's the problem:
To share his calendar with me, I turned 'ON' Mail, Contacts and Calendars sync in the iPad2 iCloud menu. But, when we went back to iCal, his original calendar was gone, gone, gone!
He has the iPad2 calendar set as purple 'Brett's Calendar.' I think at some point we made that same color/calendar on the computer/iCloud thinking we'd sync but after an earlier loss of events, he turned iCloud calendars off on the iPad to just do his own thing.
So when I turned iCloud calendars back on on the iPad, did the blank purple Brett just override his iPad instead of a two way sync? I exposed all available calendars and selected just the purple Brett and still nothing.
I then panicked and turned iCloud calendars back off and selected 'Keep on my iPad'. Went back to iCal and now the only thing showing up is our shared family Cozi calendar!!!
Good ju-ju to he/she who might be able to help!
(I did look through countless discussions to find answers but didn't find quite the right info so no yelling......)

Forgot to say that I have not tried a reset yet....too scared since the only place the events were ever loaded is the iPad2.

Project Assets Window Gone

Hello,
Recently my Project Assets window has completely disappeared, when I click on that section the tab highlights but no window appears.

As you can see, the program appears to be aware that I have selected the tab, but no window, menu or settings appear beneath. This has worked properly in the past (3 months ago when I worked on my last project).
Here are what I believe are the relevant specs on my machine:
Adobe Premiere Elements 12.1 - updated with most current updates
Windows 7 Home Premiere 64 bit OS - Also updated with all updates from Windows Update
Video Drivers - NVidia GEO 500, upgraded to the most current version as a troubleshooting step (no luck)
Troubleshooting steps I have tried:
1. Deleted the preferences file as per several posts related to this topic.
2. Updating windows, video drivers, and premiere elements to the latest version. (video drivers needed updates, everything else was already at the most current version)
2. Adding content in both Quick and Guided mode, then switched to Expert Mode and selected the tab
3. Uninstalled Premiere Elements entirely, then reinstalled.
4. Opened old project files where this had worked (now it doesn't)
5. Saved project with a new name.
At this point I'm not entirely sure what else to try, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Any new developments in trying to get your Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Project Assets Palette to open?
If suggestions in post numbered 7 did not advance the cause, then I have two new troubleshooting avenues for your
consideration
Thought 1.....
1. Open a new project, go immediately to Tools Menu/Movie Menus and select the General/Fun disc menu theme. Hit Continue to open to the Movie Menu
Customization area. Look to the right to where you find "Menu Background" and underneath that Video or Still. Browse to and select a jpg for the main menu insert. Click Done to get out of the Movie Menu Customization area.
2. Click on Project Assets. Does it now open to reveal a copy of the jpg that you just inserted into the General/Fun disc menu theme's main menu?
Thought 1.....
1. Open Premiere Elements Expert workspace, click on Organizer Tab at bottom of the workspace to open the Elements Organizer workspace.
2, Then File Menu/Manage Catalogs/Catalog Manger and create a new catalog.
3. Go back to the Premiere Elements workspace and determine if Project Assets is now opening and closing as expected.
What may be done here also is to delete the Elements Organizer settings file...In the Elements Organizer workspace, Edit Menu/Preferences/General
and click on Restore Default Settings.
Please let us know the status of Premiere Elements 12/12.1 Project Assets.

I need a MacBook experts, master to help me!!! I just tried the craziest series of moves on my mac.
Begun when the mac hung for nearly an hour. I held the power key to force a shut off.
This made me think of erasing some things on my hard drive. I used cmd r for disk utility and begun erasing volumes.
Then, I thought instead, why not just reinstall OSX since nothing I wanted was on it.
I tried to reinstall OSX but this time it loaded then suddenly said, an error occurred.
I Went back to disk utility and cleared stuff I can't even remember.
Another unbelievable thing happened. The disk utility actually hung for a good ten minutes! i went and forced a shut off again.
Now, whenever I turn the mac on, a flashing folder appears.
at this point, I usually turn to the net for answers.
Greatest thing is, every cmd something I try doesn't even trigger a reaction. Only cmd opt showed my mouse cursor.
i Do not have the original OSX install disk for my mac. Any geniuses got any clues???

Yes, I've confirmed this, it's described in O2's support website. Actually, it's the only thing that's clearly explained in their mail setup "help" web page:

and now this morning, it seems not even o2.ie address
can be sent to either.
OK. Please, confirm, do you have an @eircom.net address in addition to the @o2.ie e-mail address? If yes, have you created a separate account in Mail for it (don't do it if you haven't yet, I just want to know)? Maybe Eircom's outgoing server only allows mail to be sent from an @eircom.net address, have you tried that?

this error is most likely caused by everybody overloading the apple servers, trying to get "Fergalicious" with thier one of the 19 gift cards they got for christmas. if you repeatedly send the request by clicking "Check for purchases" or w/e in one of the top menus, it will eventually start to download, yesterday i clicked "add to cart" 26 and half times before i actually got Scrubs season five. apple is just too arrogant to admit their servers have limits so they throw you bullsh*t error messages.

I have spent way to long trying to figure out how to insert a date into the date/time field of a microsoft access database. Could someone please help me figure this out. I know there are a million previous posts about this topic and i looked through a bunch and none of them seem to work... i have tried so many different things. The code i am working (at this point in time.. since it has changed a million times) is:
                         String MYDATE = "yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss a";
                         Date date = new Date();
                         String dateout = new SimpleDateFormat(MYDATE).format(date);

i always get a " Syntax error in INSERT INTO statement" thrown
i have also tried without the single quotes.

Change your program to use a PreparedStatement to do this insert. You only need to create a PreparedStatement once, so in your constructor or initializer do this:PreparedStatement insert = connection.PrepareStatement("INSERT INTO DATE5 (stuff, date) VALUES (?, ?)");Then the code to write a record is this:Timestamp timeStamp = new Timestamp(date.getTime());
timeStamp.setNanos(0);
insert.setString(1, "hello");
insert.setTimeStamp(2, timeStamp);
insert.executeUpdate();That's all. You never need to mess about with formatting timestamps in the way your database needs them, the PreparedStatement takes care of all that for you.

Newbie: Coding's gonna kill me, one of these days

I am creating a .fla in which a movieclip is inserted. I want
this movieclip to play once, and after it's finished, a text and a
button should appear. After 5 seconds, the whole animation
(movieclip, text, button, etc) should loop.
However, I'm stuck: such is the fate of a newbie. I've placed
a Stop action in the last frame of my movie clip, but as soon as
the movie clip ends, the whole animation plays again. Furthermore,
I am not sure as how to code the animation so the text and button
appear exactly after the animation has ended. Anyone willing to
give me a helping hand?

as for implementation i would start by organizing my object space with objects that know there greatest depth.
that is add a method to your object space polygon class which tries through brute force to calculate all coordinates the polygon occupies and remembers the greatest depth.
drop your objects into a priority queue greatest depth first and loose the renderer

well if you have a wireless card on the pc, just follow the instructions to connect it to the network.
if you do not you can either buy a wireless card (they have usb ones that are fairly inexpensive), or you can get a router and have one ethernet go to the express, and one go to the pc.

Query killing Win2KServer box!

I am running an 8i installation on a Windows2000 Server box with 1 CPU and 512K RAM. Service Pack 2 has been installed. My database and server runs happily along...until...one of my reports that looks at a fairly large slice of the database (only about 300MB total in data) is submitted. The report is tuned to use all of the correct indexes..and in fact runs quickly when it runs. I have been working with Oracle for about 15 years. I have spent almost all of it working on Unix (a REAL O/S) machines. I have tweaked and tuned every imaginable init param on my database, turned on monitoring tools at the O/S level to see if my CPU or RAM is causing the issue. Here is the problem. The report runs fine (95% of the time) as long as NO other activity is happening on the server. Opening a Word document, having a user just sign onto the network (the machine is the domain controller). As soon as other activity happens, or 5% of the time when no other activity at all, the server stops responding completely...no keyboard....no mouse...no network accessibility. There are no errors logged, no "not enough resources so I'm gonna kill the query and the database" messages. It just DIES! Otindher than leaving MS (broken)-Windows behind....what else can I try???????

How to capitalize it, retire it, what to do if any sub assets is gone for repairing?

A sub asset is one ore more subs on an main asset.
When you use investment orders/projects I think you can't use sub-assets.
When you have sub-assets for AUC in asset accounting it is possible.
Sub assets you are use to make a group of assets that belongs to one object.
In the fieldstatus you can set up the copy rules from the main asset to the sub-asset and what you can change.
In the sub asset you can have different depreciation rules, cost center,.. from the main asset.
Like the boulding (main asset) depreciation is 40 years. In year 5 you do an investment then you say 35 years
You have to retire the main and sub assets separate
How and if to use sub assets is based on your requeirements, first the requirements and then to found a solution and not the way arround otherwise you have still 100 options

Task Killer problem, please help !!

I downloaded the task killer app.
I clicked on it and and I saw a list of what I think are all programs on my phone.
I can either put checkmarks on selected apps, then a 'clear selected' button pops up Or a 'kill all' and then a message pops up that says :task koller, available memory 250 mb, 'confirm' ?
update:.........................Now, every time I am on my main screen of my phone, and I touch the 'task killer' it just stays on my home screen, it doesn't even go to task killer anymore.
Did I 'kill' the task killer ? lol !
What Task Killer app seems to work best for everyone and how do you use it properly? I suppose I need to download another one asap.
Also....................how do I 'uninstal' an application (like the 1st task killer) once I no longer need it on my phone?

GR/IR Account service

Dear All,
I have configured in OBYC. Valuation class Blank & assign G/L account for GRIR Capital assets in WRX.
but when i do Asset GRn it will pick up correctly.
My worry is i also assigned G/L account for valuation class 2900 (Service).
but when i do Service entry G/L account is picked up Capital not service.
all(service & Asset) entries gone to one G/l Account which has made GRIR capital.
when i removed this G/L account System shows error.
How to correct G/L account.
Please guide me.

Hi,
When you define the OBYC setting for the WRX you specify the valuation class blank & G/L account GRIR capital & 2900 valuation class with other G/L.
Actually the system will first search for the valuation class for the GR/IR clearing account, if not then it consider for the blank valuation class G/L account & post.Check whether the Service entry sheet you are accepting is which valuation class & whether G/L account has defined for that in WRX.
Dont delete the line.Check for the valuation class of SES.
if not send the case in detail.

How can I see a preview of an image like in CS5?

ok I open a folder to find an image and have no clue which one I want; used to be I could click on an image and there would be a little preview of it at the bottom so I know what it is, can't figure out how to do this in CS6, I use it constantly so I need to know how to do it.. And no I am not talking about the bridge or mini bridge. I want to be able to see an image while I am in "open" in the open window. anyone know how to get this to work or if it doesn't, I am not gonna be happy lol.

It's gone. But the free SageThumbs adds previews back to the File Open windows. Note though that as installed it will only produce previews for files up to 20MB. You change this in Options. I have mine set at 80MB and as you can see below there is one preview missing - that file is 94MB.
