Assets missing

When I open one of my sites in Muse I receive a message saying there are two Assets that need to be linked.
Muse doesn't actually show me where these assets are though.
How do I find them?
Thanks!
kt

No, you don't have to go to each page. The Assets panel shows all Assets in your site and has warning icons next to any that are missing. You can also sort the Assets panel by the warning icon column so all the missing assets appear at the top. Then you can re-link them by right+clicking on each and choosing Relink...

  • Asset Missing in Unplanned Depriciation.

    Hi Gurus,
User has ran the unplanned Depriciation, in his Test Run, one asset was missing, but in Updated run, it was picked and depriciation was calculated and posted to Period 4. insted to period 01, 02,03, and 04.
Please help me to identify if i am missing anything here.
    Spandana

    Hi Spandana,
This is case where asset had not been existing at the time when depreciation for period 1, 2 and 3 had been run and later on asset had been posted with values having vlaue date in past and therefore system had posted depreciation for past periods as ween (which is falling in current year) in period 4.
You shlould check change logs on assets to find more details as to what transaction had happened on the asset.
    Thanks!!!

  • Assets missing from overlay

I am working with a folio created by another designer. I have linked all of the files and made sure that the links panel is not showing any missing assets.
However, when I upload this folio to the folio builder for testing, I get an error message saying that "the assets for one or more overlays could not be located. Verify the assets used are available on disk, then update the article".
There are several overlays applied including video. Both of us have been working in CS6.
Has anyone found a solution or reason or this? If more detail is needed, I will be happy to provide what I can.

Here's a list of overlays that you need to manually copy when transferring articles to a different computer (ID CS5/CS5.5):
    Image Sequence
    Audio controller files
    Panoramas
    Web Content (local HTML files)
You might also need to copy the HTMLResources.zip file.
Assets for video and audio, slideshows, buttons, scrollable frames, and pan & zoom images should all be tracked in the Links panel.

  • Completeness indicator of an asset missing

    Dear FI-AA experts,
We are on 46C and have a problem with the asset module. We have assigned the cost center in the time-dependent tab as a required field. Yet we are able to save and post to an asset that does not have a cost center assigned.
Now I found information about a completeness indicator for assets and that you can even have SAP send an email to the correct people to update the incomplete asset(s). But I cannot find anywhere how to set this functionality up.

    hi,
    look here:http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/4f/71ec9a448011d189f00000e81ddfac/frameset.htm
    and transaction AUVA
-i've just switch kostl to obligatory
and i cannot save without filling cost centre???!!!
    regards

  • Photoshop assets missing when published

I wasn't sure if anyone had any answers for why photoshop assets that I've copied and pasted into iWeb won't show after they are published. These are photos i've stripped from their backgrounds and pasted into my iWeb site. They appear to be there on the pages within iWeb but when I go online to look at them...these photos aren't there? A few items are there but randomly some of these photos won't appear. Not sure why? I've even tried to copy and paste them again with no success. I even refreshed Safari thinking that it my goof. I never had this problem with last version of iWeb.

    Hi folks,
    Couple of things....
If you want to knock out the background in Photoshop and transfer that image (knocked out) to iWeb you'll need to save the file as a 'transparent' png file. In Photoshop select save for web • select png 24 • check the transparent box. Voila. drag that file into iweb and you'll have a knocked out image.
Also, for those experiencing quality problems, while not necessarily easy or ideal, convert your images to flash and post according to the very good instructions found here ( http://web.mac.com/catucker/InsideOutside/iWeb.html ).
Flash images don't suffer the same fate as 'regular' jpegs. The quality you'll get will rival what you see in Photoshop et al.

  • Premier loosing assets/ missing assets

I have been using premier pro cs3 for a while. The pc im using hasn't got a big enough hard drive so use an external one, that is used on other machines. This is to store my assets & premier files ect. But i have found randomly that premier has started loosing the asset locations, without them being moved and it is a pain in the neck inputing the location of each file back in, even though they are organised and most in the same folder.
Is there a way for me to stop it from loosing them?
Is there a way to get it to update the locations quickly?
Also, some of the older premier folders are on the normal hard drive and are soon going to be moved onto an external one; premier files, assets ect.
The idea is just to keep the same folders in the same organisation but on a different drive.
Is there an easy/quick way to do this without premier getting confused and looking in the old location for the assets?
    Thanks for any help.

One addition to Harm's suggestion. If the external is used on multiple PC's, you will want to assign it the same drive letter in the OS of each machine. Then, put a peelable label on that external, so that you know it's your "X" drive, or whatever.
I swap dozens of externals between machines and just started with "Z," working back up the alphabet. Unfortunately, on my workstation with many internal HDD's, I did run out of letters that I could use, so I had to start back with "Z," and call those "Z1," etc. I know that I cannot get the correct drive letters if I plug in both Z and Z1, but the labels keep me honest.
    Good luck,
    Hunt

  • Missing assets - HELP!

I work for an advertising comany that does movie theatre advertising for movie theatre screens. I am utilizing DVDSP4 (4.0.3) to author the DVDs.
Here is my problem: After creating tracks, and matching up the graphics and audio, I simulate it. Everything is working great and looks fine. Then I Advance Burn (Build & Burn). I've tested the DVD in a DVD Player (my PS2, regular home DVD Player, & a portable at work) and I get a random "Asset Missing," plus the file name, during playback. I go back to DVDSP, make sure everything is checked and lit green (which is). I simulate again...works fine. I've deleted and inserted the "missing" assets. Re-burned. Same problem. (It shouldn't even burn with missing assets, should it??)
Does anyone have any idea what is happening or have a solution? I've re-install the software (I've deleted preferences and receipts first), and then upgraded to 4.0.3. Has this problem associated with updating to 10.4.6? It was working swiftly with 10.4.5. Anyone else having any issues?
Sorry for the long explanation. Thank you!!

  • Update property SkipValue failed.

    Hi,
while updating member property by batch client script as that:
    Update Member
    Properties( ApplicationName,DimensionName, ParentName, MemberName, SkipValue)
    Values('#Shared','Account','BALANCE SHEET ','TOTAL ASSETS','None');
    or that:
    Update Member
    Properties( ApplicationName,DimensionName, ParentName, MemberName, SkipValue)
    Values('#Shared','Account', 'BALANCE SHEET ','TOTAL ASSETS' 'Missing');
    or that:
    Update Member
    Properties( ApplicationName,DimensionName, ParentName, MemberName, SkipValue)
    Values('#Shared','Account', 'BALANCE SHEET ','TOTAL ASSETS' ,'Zeroes');
    always told:
      the property value "None" is invalid;
      the property value "Missing" is invalid;
      the property value "Zeroes" is invalid;
but while update other properties, such as AccountType, TimeBalance, they are ok.
I am confused, can you tell me what are the selectable value for the SkipValue property?
    Thank you.

Yes, i tried, i know their associations. the accounttype and timebalance of  these members have already set to Asset and Balance. but still give the same error.
i tried to set TimeBalance and SkipValue together, i also tried to set AccountType, TimeBalance and SkipValue together, as below:
    Update Member
    Properties( ApplicationName,DimensionName, ParentName, MemberName, AccountType,TimeBalance,SkipValue)
    Values('#Shared','Account','BALANCE SHEET','TOTAL ASSETS','Asset','Balance','Missing');
    always show same error:
the property value "Missing" is invalid...

  • Upload from iAd Producer fails with error "The Ad contains an invalid banner type".

I worked half a day on an ad in iAd Producer, only to see it fails right after the upload with this error:
"The Ad contains an invalid banner type"
"iAd Workbench currently accepts standard banners. Remove all other banner types and try upload your banner again."
The error and the documentation give no hints on what these "standard banners" are exactly. My project is based on the Tap - Web iAd Blueprint, which requires a bunch of images to be created. I created all of these, regular images as jpeg, transparent images as png. At first the png's were normal (24-bit), but then I read in the help that 8-bit is required. Downgrading the png's to 8-bit didn't help to fix the error though. I also tried recreating the whole project, but it didn't help: same error.
Before the upload, I get this vague warning:
"Are you sure you want to upload your project with assets missing? There are 0 assets you haven't provided yet."
Sounds like a bug. This warning was there in my 1st and in my 2nd project, the 2nd one being the exact copy.
Finally I want to say that simulating in the simulator or Safari, or uploading to the sandbox works fine.
I'm using version 4.2 of iAd Producer on OS X 10.9.2.
    Can anyone help me?
Has anyone been successful with the Tap - Web iAd Blueprint?

The Tap to Web blueprint for iPad contains banner types currently not supported in iAd Workbench.  Delete the MRec and Full Page banners and you should be able to upload.

  • Missing "Select a Template" when editing asset?

Okay, I need some input here!
We recently upgraded from Fatwire 7.5 to Webcenter Sites.
I now a have question about something, for which I don't know if it is caused by an error, a misconfiguration, or is just a new feature, in the Webcenter Sites UI for admin and contributor.
Like I would always do in Fatwire, in the admin-interface, I created a new template that applies to a subtype of a specific asset-type.
In the contributor-interface I then created a new asset of that specific asset-type and subtype, and then I want to select a template to render my asset. But when editing the asset, the field "Select a Template" is not present (the drop-down where I usually select a template is missing).
When I "inspect" the asset, I can see that "Template: No template specified", but when I edit the asset the "Select a Template"-field is gone???
    Further info:
    - No errors is thrown in the log.
    - My user has been granted all rights.
    - if I inspect an exiting asset, created before the upgrade til Webcenter Sites, the asset will have a rendering template assigned, but when I edit an exciting asset the "Select a Template"-part is missing.
Do you have any inputs to this behavior, what can be wrong?
Edited by: jakobverner on Mar 18, 2013 2:39 PM

    Phil, you are a legend!
When I set the Template to "Element is used as a layout", the template does appear as selectable, when editing a asset of the correct type.
The correct answer, and now it works.
Good thing it is backwards compatible, since the exiting assets will have the old rendering template assigned, from before the upgrade to Webcenter Sites.
    Thanks!

  • Asset problem: Folder is missing or contains no images.

    Hello,
I have created a DPS project using InDesign CS5.5 -- the project is almost completed and everything has been working fine. I needed to update a bit of text and when I attempted to update the folio the update failed giving me a missing asset message. I looked in the links panel and it showed no missing assets. In this particlular file there is an audio .mp3 with a simple play and pause control that I had specified in the Audio/Video pane of the Overlay Creator. This has been working flawlessly. Now it is giving me an error message. None of my assets have been moved. But just to be sure I browsed to the folder where these assets have been stored (Audio_Controller/play.png  Audio_Controller/pause.png) and indeed they are still there. Yet I continue to get the Yellow triangle with an ! in it and the following message: "The folder is either missing or contains no images. Resolve by selecting a folder containing supported assets."
I moved them into the images folder and relinked thinking that might solve the problem but had the same results. Does anyone have any ideas?
I've done a lot of looking and haven't seen this problem mentioned before.
    Thank you,
    LKovalic
I want to add that the "play" and "pause" controllers have been saved as .png as per DPS audio instructions. This is an DPS project that has been working consistently with the EXACT same assets in the EXACT same places. I made a small text page to one folio page. I did not move anything.

If you can't access BIOS with the hard disk connected, you certainly won't be able to boot to the usb recovery flashdrive. That is indicative of a failed hard disk.
Install a new hard disk and then boot to the recovery flashdrive.

  • Asset cost center assignment missing in purchase req or purchase order

Has anyone else ever encountered this?
When we create a purchase requsition for assets, the cost assignment is determined from the existing asset. Most assets bring over the cost center into the account assignment. A few do not.  FMDERIVE shows the cost center populated when tracing. When you exit the derivation trace, the cost center is missing from the purchase requeistion or purchase order line item.  Any ideas?
PS: THis happens whether or not the asset has an entered serial number.
Any thoughts of what to check are appreciated.
    Bob

No, our FMDERIVE defaults Funds Center from Cost Center, which IS occurring, and, as stated above, the cost center appears correctly as expected on the FMDERIVE trace screen..
Added info: In our test system we have reconfigured the ME51N entry screen to allow manual input of the cost center.  It is STILL automagically cleared during the save/validation process.
    Thanks for your question!

  • Asset Description missing from Asset dropdown in AS03

    Hi
I'm using fm BAPI_FIXEDASSET_CREATE1 to create assets and everything works fine except that those I've created don't have an Asset Description in the dropdown for AS03 - ie table ANLA field MCOA1 is blank.  I can't find any way of filling this field in the import or tables parameters of the function module.
Does anyone have any suggestion as to how I can fill this field?
    Thanks
    Brigitte

MCOA1 is automatically built from TXT50 with a TRANSLATE TO UPPER CASE, so fill GENERALDATA-DESCRIPT.  (If your system is not up-to-date, look at [Note 1180614 - Creating from posting: Missing asset description in F4 help|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1180614] (june 2008), in this case you may call        ZCORMCOA from old OSS [Note 83864 - Assets without description when using F4 help|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/83864] to correct assets created before note correction)

  • OER 11.1.1.7 - Asset Navigator doesn't open with an Error - Missing Required permissions attribute in main jar

    Hi,
I have installed OER-11g version 11.1.1.7 and am successfuly able to open Asset Editor , ImpExp utility and also could harvest SOA and OSB components.
    Issue 1:
However while trying to open the Navigator of the harvested components in OER console, a new window opens with two sections ( top and bottom). The top one which is a diagram view doesn't open with an error - Missing required permissions attribute in main jar: http://localhost:7101/oer-web/applets/components.aler-thinkmapclient-11.1.1.7.0.jar.
    Please find the screenshot below.
Issue #2 : While trying to browse for the Assets from OER console. The below error is seen ( missing permissions for components.jexplorer-11.1.1.7.0.jar)
Could someone direct me on how to solve this issue. Appreciate your help !
    Thanks and regards,
    Sridhar.

It works for me after I did a small tweak by as mine is a demo install.
Idea - is to make an security exception for the OER url in Java control console
    Steps to do that :
1.Go to the control panel and uninstall the 64 bit version of Java
Open Programs and Features and select the 64 bit version of Java and select Uninstall.
2.Open up the Java Control Panel
Found as an option in the standard windows control panel
3.Check the version by clicking on the About Tab
If this is not what you expected you can go to java.com and download the latest version.
4.Click on the Security Tab in the Java Control Panel
5.Click on the Edit Site List button in the lower RH corner of the control panel
6.Add your URL to be allowed
Enter the full path that you use to access this such as https://myequallogics.com or the IP address if that is how you access it (as in http://192.168.0.100 - Https is recommended by Oracle.) Once complete hit OK. You should now see the exception on the security page.
7.Close out of the control panel.
8.You can now acess your site through the browser window.
Thanks to Java error: Missing required Permissions manifest attribute in main jar - Spiceworks for letting me know this.
    regards,
    Sridhar
