Here is a little challenging question for some , it might be nothing to some Pros , but to us ordinary editors means a lot !
Let's say I have a chroma (Green screen) footage , which contain a simple girl standing in front of green screen acting .
She is wearing red shirt , blue pants and black shoes in front of a green screen with decent lighting and make up.
Now , even though she put good amount of make up on her face, but I still don't like the tone or color of her skin, her red shirt is red but not a rich red color as well as her blue pants is not rich blue, I mean a good blue or a nice blue !
Is there any way to assign certain colors to certain part of her body, I mean let's say her face or skin tone, I wanna have it a little more natural (just the skin) I don't wanna change the color of her hair or clothing !
and then goto hair and make the hair look more black , without touching her face and her clothing color and ect !

Either RGB Curves (my personal preference for color correcting) or the Three-Way Color Corrector will allow you to isolate specific luminance (brightness) and chrominance (color) ranges to a certain degree, so that you can affect only the values that you want to adjust. It may take multiple copies of an effect, each working on certain colors or ranges of colors, to get the output you want, but it should be doable.
Note that this will take a lot of tweaking and work, but if you've never experimented with color correction before, there's no time like the present!

Neither is exactly what you want to do, but the techniques are the same. You just need to read between the lines a little bit.
Now, your video source files can help you get really close, or can get squarely in the way. It might help for you to tell us what your video source files are. Be VERY specidic, as .AVI is but a wrapper, and doesn't tell us anything.
If you have AfterEffects, it will also give you much more power, but it can be done in PrP.

Is there a way in 10.8 Profile Manager to assign certain users the sole right of adding/removing users to user groups?

I want to assign certain network users the ability to login via browser to the profile manager for 10.8.x server and add/remove other users from user groups. Think teachers managing their class rosters, if the class was a group and the users their students. I do not want any other admin funtionality beyond that for them.

Well thank you for being so polite. Yes, on looking on my 10.8 server, I have the same thing. How annoying. I have no idea how to answer your question. If the management abilities are no longer in Workgroup Manager then there's a change that the server doesn't pay any attention to the settings, so manually changing settings in LDAP won't have any effect either.
At least I can verify that it's not just you who gets that result. I wonder what happened and how we're meant to do this now.

Certain part of screen stopped working

So one night I was texting and a certain part of the screen stopped working. The only way I can describe the part of the screen is by saying it is if you look at the regular texting screen, from the top of the spacebar and up to the top of the texting letters does not work on the ENTIRE iPhone. I can't call people by entering numbers. But I can answer phone calls, set alarms, but its the certain area on the phone that does not work. What do I do to fix this? Do I need a new phone?

After installing, boot holding down CMD+s, then when the prompt shows, type in...

Fixes a lot of problems, and besides, if your Mac ever gets to the point it won't Boot... this is a life saver!

Itunes will only find my ipod in a certain part of the house. This has been going on for about two weeks now ever since I updated my itunes. It also says "Device Removal" sometimes and closes itunes when I didn't remove my ipod.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. If you have an iMac, are you moving it around your house? If not, then your question doesn't seem to make sense.

Certain parts of Verizon Site in Redirect Loops?

For the past couple of months, when I've attempted to access certain parts of the the general Verizon site as a whole, the page will load for a moment, then tell me that it either won't load properly (Firefox) or that it is stuck in a redirect loop (Chrome). The part of the site that seems to be the most effected is the 'shopping' area. I cannot shop for Smart Phones, regular phones, tablets... nothing. As soon as I click on one of those selections the page gets stuck in a redirect loop.
I've attempted to clear my cache. Turn off my ad-blocker, etc. But none of them work. It should be noted that I CAN access the shopping area when I am not logged into my account. I can look at any phone I want, and even add it to my cart, but in order to finish the process I must log in. The moment I log in? Stuck in another redirect loop.
Is there any solution to this, or am I S.O.L. unless I really want to go directly to a Verizon store?

A quick question. Usually, when clearing out one's cache for the internet, it completely clears it out, and that's that.
But, no matter how many time I clear my Google Chrome cache, it doesn't remove this site's cached instances. Is it because I run more than one browser? (ie, I run Firefox sometimes, as well as Internet Explorer sometimes, depending on if a site works better on them...)
Should I try to clear my cache on all of my browsers? Or is there a way to access a file on the computer itself to delete my internet history/cache, that my browsers might not be deleting despite my telling them to do so??
Not to say this would solve my issue. But it's worth a try at the very least.

and ran into this weird problem.
if I click certain parts of photoshop -- ie the swatches which were docked to the right as default -- the brush would not paint. this is fixable by tabbing out, or clicking on the photoshop icon on the taskbar even and clicking back on PS. moving the swatches and all the other toolbars slightly so that none of them are docksnapped to edges fixed that problem with most of the buttons, tec. BUT using the menu pulldowns at the top will trigger this annoyance, also if I use a plugin like painters wheel, for example, clicking the colour wheel itself will render the brush non-functional again. Also, clicking certain settings inside the brush settings menu will also trigger this problem (like pulldown menus, etc).

Hey there. It didn't make a difference whether it was disabled for rightclick or not. However I grabbed the latest feelit drivers that came out yesterday from Wacom, and now the problem has metamorphosed: it fixes the majority of the menu disabling brush issues, but now photoshop will sometimes disable pressure sensitivity until I tab out and tab in again. this is something that also randomly breaks in photoshop CC on my desktop computer at work (on a cintiq with windows 8), I have to occasionally tab out and tab back to get pressure to come back. Any suggestions or thoughts would be really welcome as it's really annoying when it breaks up my workflow.

Yes.
If you want to see the zoom, use the Rotate, Crop, Ken Burns Tool and select the Ken Burns effect. You can set the starting and ending rectangle for your zoom.
If you want to go directly to the zoom, use the Rotate, Crop, KenBurns Tool and select Crop. Set the rectangle to be where you want the zoom.

I am new to premiere pro CS6 and I need to know how I can zoom in on a certain part of a video, by a certain part I don't mean zoom the whole video, just a part of it. Copy of main video on video track 2. Use the Motion Property in the Effects Panel to zoom in, apply the crop effect and adjust, then adjust its location over the main video using the Motion Property. You can also adjust its transparency if so desired.
