Hi,
Refer note 3355 in OSS for a complete explanation. The SAPscript objects that should be transported must be written in a transport request.
The entries are as follows:
R3TR FORM NAME (NAME = Name of the layout set)
R3TR STYL NAME (NAME = Name of the style)
R3TR TEXT OBJECT,NAME,ID,L
(OBJECT = Text object, NAME = Text name, ID = Text ID, L = Text language)
If you want to transport a number of texts, you can use report RSTXTRAN to insert the individual text keys into a correction. The transport request must be entered and released via the transport system.

Standard text (SO10) - To print the text in same line

In Standard text (SO10) I would like to have my text in a single line. For that I have used the extended line (=) tag. But It is not working.
Can anyone help me how can I achieve this.
Actually how many characters I can put in a single line. I think it is 72. But my text is less than 72 characters.
Can anyone Please help me.

A Text Symbol in Script or Smartform can take lenght of Maximum 80 characters. Any thing more than that will be truncated even if the window is long enoguh to hold more than 80 characters. Si your character formated need to be have the PROTECTED option checked.
At Topic:
Try increasing the window size in lenght or width, If that is not possible pratically, you can try by decreasing the font size.

Here the problem is i want get three company adress in the script..
Here i used the satandard text (so10) and created three adress and i went to address window type

i written if exgrp =52

else exgrp=53
<b> include zadress 2 text id langugage e.
this one i did in developement client and i tested and imported threw scc1 its not reflecting while exectuing.
so please tell me how to print the 3 comapny address .. and step by step procedure .

firsr created 3 texts and went to the adress window there i used insert option gave standard text ...
in the address window i gave
If P_EXGrp -52( &j_1iexchdr-exgrp&)
include text 1

else if P_exgrp=54
endif . this the way i used if condition i .......... if i changed the second statement to Only to "else" its printing the only else part exectuting in script .
and by using RSTXTRAN progarm transported my request . and by scc1 imported but iunable to get Please tell me i didnt change the driver progarm .. selection scrrren &J_1iexchdr-exgrp& is one fileld based on this company code should come ..

How to display the Standard Text (SO10) based on condition in adobe forms

I have created the Standard texts (through SO10 tr.code) of 4 plant addresses. In the Layout of adobe form, i want to display any one plant address based on the plant number (as a input) and the rest 3 standard text need to be hide. i tried in Form clac to hide, but i unable to succeed. could you please help me, in this regard.

Hi,
You can add all the 4 text in your context menu and create an condition for text.
Example: (LS_HEADER is a structure only for example, you need to decide based on your own form interface)
Text_1000                                Condition -> LS_HEADER-WERKS = 1000
Text_2000                                Condition -> LS_HEADER-WERKS = 2000
Text_3000                                Condition -> LS_HEADER-WERKS = 3000
Text_4000                                Condition -> LS_HEADER-WERKS = 4000
The text satisfyling your condition will only be printed and you can assign these text to the same block in PDF form.

I need your help in adjusting the smart form texts dynamically. I will explain you the situation please revert me your valuable answers.
1. I am integrating 12 smart forms using same program.
2. Out of 12 smart forms 4 forms are having similar kind of template. Client is requesting like create one smart form template.
3. By creating the standard texts you can assign the standard texts into smart form during runtime dynamically.
4. Maintain all standard texts for smart forms in another custom table, during run time of the program you can assign the standard texts to smart form.
5. Here my question is how to assign the standard texts to template texts dynamically ?

You are maintaining all the standard texts in custom table right, u need to get standard text based on condition which works for your smartform
than create text module in smartforms and change that to include text and give the variable name or internal tbale with field name in that text name fields and press (>) button and give the remaining fields in that than that will work dynamically

Assigning a SAP Query to Transport Request

I have a SAP Query, now I want it to transport to the other system, while saving the query it is not prompting for transport request. Is there any possibility to assign that SAP Query to a transport request, if yes, please let me know the process.

This regarding creation of SAP Query .
Situation:
Infosets and User Groups were created in a DEV SERVER CLIENT 200 and saved in a request ie.REQ01
Now i wanted to create a Query QU01 in the Same User Group in DEV SERVER CLIENT 210 so i tried creating a Infoset but i get this error message
Note: I am not able to create & save an Infoset.
Message no. TK414
Diagnosis
You cannot edit request D01K901880 of user X00012, since this request is reserved for changes in client 200. You are logged on to client 210.
Can anyone clear this error? what is the solution?

In SO10 go into change/ create mode and from the menu select FORMAT and in this select CHANGE STYLE. A popup with the styles comes up and just slect which ever you want.

Special Characters not being imported from standard text(SO10) to form

I have created standard text using SO10. Now I want to include the standard text in documentation (SE38) section of my ABAP program.
I tried using /: INCLUDE 'YTEST' OBJECT TEXT ID ST LANGUAGE EN
But the standard text is not showing up when I click the documentation icon in the selection screen.
Can you please let me know how to maintain documentation for ABAP programs using Standard Texts.

Hi Mahesh,
In SO10, which format key has been used (AS, /*, /:, *.... to show up in documentation). when you used insert->text-> did you use 'expand immediately' check box. If expand immediately option is used, it won't serve our purpose.

Standard Text SO10-Purchase Order

The requirement is like this;
I have maintained a standard text in Transaction SO10.
When i create Purchase order first time, it takes the standard text that i have maintained in SO10 when i see the preview. But then if i go to change mode of Purchase order & change/input the header text in Purchase Conditions.After saving it overwrites the standard text & takes the text that i put in Header Text in Purchase condition.
Now my requirement is even i change the header text of Purchase Condition, it should always take Standard Text that i have maintained in SO10. How i can control this, is there any user exit etc which can help.

Hi,
Steps..
Create a work bench CR in the transaction SE09..
Modify the task to Development correction / Repair..
Go to the program RSTXTRAN..
In the name of correction give the task number (Not the CR number)
Give the Text Key..Your standard text name..
Press F8...
Press select all..
Then Press enter..
Then press the button "Trsfr texts to corr".
Now the standard texts will be moved to a CR..
Then release the CR and move it to QA..
