Assigned text is copyfit in InCopy but overset in InDesign

A spread I assigned to an InCopy CS4 user is overset by one line in the InDesign CS3 document it's linked to. When I open that assignment in InCopy, it's copyfit. I haven't made any changes to the layout design that would affect the text frames.
Any idea why there is this discrepancy?

I opened the document in InCopy rather than InDesign, and it shows that the text is overset, just like InDesign did. The fonts are all the same.
Is this probably a problem with the assignment I created?
This particular InCopy user has had quite a few problems with the spreads I've assigned. And for some reason, every time she works on an assignment, an XML file with "Story List" in the file name pops up in the assignments folder. I don't know what that is or how it gets there.

Hi Rahul,
Have a context attribute 'TEXT' of string/char type that will hold the value of the label text. Bind this attribute to the text property of your label element. In the context itself, give a default value for the attribute, so that it will be set initially. Then, whenever you want to change the label text, write the following code in the event handler:
method onactionchange_label.
data: label_text type string,
        lr_element type ref to if_wd_context_element.
label_text = 'New text'.
lr_element = wd_context->get_element( ).
lr_element->set_attribute(
exporting
    name = 'TEXT'
    value = label_text
end method.
You will get the error while compiling if the text property is left blank. If it is bound to the context, you will not get the error. For the above code, the context attribute TEXT is not under any node. It is directly defined in the context. If you have your attribute in a node, change accordingly using the code wizard.

Assigning text tone to particular contact doesn't work on my Mac

I have been trying to assign text tones to particular contacts in Yosemite by clicking the drop-down while editing my contacts in the Contacts app and choosing the text tone, but it doesn't seem to work. Every time a message comes in from those contacts, it always uses the default alert that is set in the Messages app. What's going on? Is it a bug or something?

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.

Congratulations on your new phone kathdogg! Now let's get your messaging working correctly. If you still have your old device, turn it on, go to settings, and turn off iMessaging.

Go to settings>messages>send and receive at>you can be reached by iMessages at> Uncheck your phone number and you can select your Apple ID emal address if you want to use that for messages.

Not receiving texts from iPhone contacts when I'm not connected to wifi or cell data. I can't send and receive regular SMS texts with non iMessage users but iMessage users message are not being converted to text when I don't have internet connect

I can send and receive to any non iPhone user. I can send a message as a text to an iPhone user but if I'm not connected to cellular data or wifi I do not receive messages from iPhone contacts. From what I understand these message should automatically send to me as texts instead of iMessages but since the update it's not functioning properly. Please help. I have the same problem! Before the upgrade, if I wasn't connected to the internet, any messages sent to me from an iphone would convert automatically to a text message. If you are using those apps or websites, they are likely viewing the PDF using iOS' built in PDF previewing, which will not show annotations and markup to the PDF. We have informed Apple of this issue, but do not have any insight into whether or when they will fix it.
Regarding the qustion about importing pictures, Adobe Reader does not provide any capabilities to import pictures into a PDF. To do this, you'll need to use Acrobat, available on your desktop computer.
