Assignment of "Multi Set" to a "Rule"

I have successfully used "basic sets" when creating "Rollup rules" in FI , but i am unable to use or assign "Multi Sets" in "Rollup rules". I cant find any function in the MENU,neither any functionality in screen where Rules are created.
Please provide assistance in this regard.

In IT0014 & IT0015 there is an icon(Maintain Cost Assignment) or under Edit menu tab, by clicking which will give you an option to maintain costcenter for that particular payment.

Setting up vacation rules from Mass Timecard Approval Responsibilty.

Our users are using the Mass Timecard Approval for Oracle OTL to approve timecards. This does not however seem to have a link to set up vacation rules. It seems they can only do this from their workflow homepage however we don't want to have to re-assign everyone a different responsibility.
I tried just adding the workflow function to the Mass Timecard Approval menu however when I tried to access it says not available from this responsibility (or something similar) - I think this is because it is a self service responsibility.
Anyone any ideas?

Are you using OTL Approval Formulas?
If not, you can shift to this style.
In your OTL Approval Formula, you can check, if person has any vacation rule set, if so you can redirect approval notification based on the rule set.

Error "No entry in table T551A" while creating set work schedule rule.

Dear Team,
I am getting following error while creating set work schedule rule.
Error "No entry in table T551A" for key 22 BBB [ here BBBB is my period work schedule]
The actual prob is i configured all the necessary steps but when i tried to create work schedule rule im getting this error. Also, in the same screen there is one field DWS grouping initially value in this is 00 and gread mode. But after giving ES grp, holiday calander ID etc etc when i try to save that screen that value is chainging to 22 from 00.
My ES grop=2 and PS grop=2 . Is that value is my ES and PS grouping..?? or some other thing.
Request you to please help me out.

HI, there are 8 steps you need to do below:
1. Group Personnel Subareas for the Daily Work Schedule
2. Group Personnel Subareas for the Work Schedule
3. Define Break Schedules
4. Define Daily Work Schedules
5. Define Period Work Schedules
6. Define Employee Subgroup Groupings
7. Define Groupings for the Public Holiday Calendar
8. Set Work Schedule Rules and Work Schedules
All of them belong to TIME MANAGEMENT. I think you miss some steps above.
Please check it again.

How do I set a mail rule to select msgs on which i am BCCd?

Went to set up a rule for a particular address as 'Any Recipient' but this does not work if the sent mail had me in the BCC list. How do I filter on this?
(sender also using mavericks mail).

Yes. I understand this. I want to set up a rule to move the message to a different folder.
There's a header field X-Envelope-to: and the mechanism to edit header list - select Delivered-To lets me do this. Previously I had tried to select Header, and that did not work:-( I solved my own problem!

I have created other rules to move some of my daily messages into specific folders and I don't wish to auto-delete those.
Just the general stuff that keeps piling up in my me.com main email box. Mail such as FB announcements and other low priority stuff I want to look at before deleting but don't want to keep longer than a week or month.

Thanks, but I am looking for a more automated solution than hand marking emails as junk. I might as well move them to the trash myself.
Again, these are emails I want to receive and quickly read, but not keep longer than a week or month or so. By setting a rule to toss any older than 30 days back then my Mail program (and thus my hard drive) won't be wasting so much space. For example, currently I have over 6000 read messages, with their attachments, in my main email box. I'd rather not have to physically attend to sorting the one I don't want out.
The one I do keep for other reasons get moved into other folders.
It seems this should be possible.

I´ll need help to work with two scenarios on BPC 10.0 (Consolidation) as following: 01- The scenario 01 has four entities: 1001, 1002, 1003 and 1004 and four business rules: ELIM01, ELIM02, ELIM03 and ELIM04. I need only rules ELIM01 and ELIM02 are performed for entities 1001 and 1002 and rules ELIM03 and ELIM04 are performed for entities 1003 and 1004. Is it possible in BPC? How can I do it? 02 - The scenario 02 has two entities: 1005 and 1006 and I´ll need to perform a set of rules with business rules ELIM05, ELIM06 and ELIM07 until 2014.03 and I´ll also need to perform other set of rules with ELIM05, ELIM06 and ELIM08 from 2014.04. In thi scenario I want to create a new set of business rules without the rule ELIM07 but I don't want to delete this. Is it possible in BPC? Can I work with two or more set of rules in BPC? Are we talking about the eliminations and adjustments business rule? Those rules have an entity property filter which you can use.

Are we talking about the eliminations and adjustments business rules? They work based on the method based multipliers. So one possible solution would be to have different methods and therefore different method based multipliers in your ownership cube.

It sounds like you want to add additional criteria to your Smart Playlists. I found an article with steps you can use to refine your Smart Playlist. Step 2 specifically has what I think you are looking for:
2. To have iTunes add songs that match specific criteria, make sure to select "Match the following rule," then make your selections from the pop-up menus.
For example, you might want iTunes to only add songs that are by a particular artist, or songs with at least a four-star rating.
To add additional matching criteria, click the Add button.

The article says it is archived. In the current version of iTunes, in step 1 you will select File>New>Smart Playlist. Also, if you need to edit an existing Smart Playlist, you can right click (or hold command while you click) on it and select Edit Smart Playlist.

Can I set the time ruler in the main window to minutes/seconds/milliseconds?

Is there a way to set the time ruler in the MAIN window to minutes/seconds/milliseconds?
It seems that the only ruler time display option is minutes/seconds/frames/subframes.
Or, failing that, is there a way to suppress the display of frames/subframes?
I have already figured out how to set the main ruler to time, and the LCD to minutes/seconds/milliseconds…it's just a matter of having that in the ruler as well.

Cannot attach User property set within a Rule set

Hi,
I cannot attach a user property set within a rule set. When i create a new
rule set in the tools it doesnt give me a field to attach a User property
set to a rule set. I dont get this.
I am using WLCS 3.2, cloudscape, WL 5.1 SP 6, Win2000.
Any help wud be greatly appreciated.

This is a good thing. Allow me to convince you. Prior to WLCS 2.0.1 sp1,
each rule set required that a property set be associated with it. Rules in
that rule set could only use properties from that property set. You could not
write a rule that used properties from multiple property sets. Therefore, it
was impossible to combine user/group, session, and request properties in
rules. It is a good thing that you don't have to associate a property set
with the rule set anymore.

Trying to assign multiple category sets to an item

Trying to assign multiple category sets to an item-- i created a new category set and went to set it as the default set for Order Management. Receiving this error:
category set is defined with Multiple Category Assignment flag set to yes. Order Managment functional area can be assigned only category sets having Multiple Category Assignment flag set to No.
Is this a setting that I can change??

If the item is in transit, I'm not certain there is a way that you can do this. It will be delivered to the person at address that is on the postage label. If there is Signature Confirmation selected on the parcel, it might be held somewhere until you pick it up, though. Since you are registered to ebay in Australia, it might be best if you contact Australia Post with this question. We can only answer with our experience in dealing with Canada Post and the couriers here. And do be sure to update your addresses with both ebay and paypal to prevent this from happening in future. is there a way to set the time ruler in the edit window to a bpm grid?
This would be awesome for Music Video Editing!
If a Band plays to click, you could easily enter the Bpm for the song and cut in a very quick way along the grid.

Hi Experts,
I have created one enhancement set key by using SM34 and assigned to Client. I did some enhancements on my Account management screen.
Today i wanted to do some enhancements on opportunity screen, so i have created one more enahancement set key (SM34) and tried to assign it to my client by using SM30 by clicking on "New Entries". It says "You can only assign one enhancement set per client", so what exactly this means, cant i assign more than one enhancment set key for each client?
If that is the case , whatever enahancments i do now and in future , Can i use the same enhancement key for all my enhancements? Will this create any problem/affect in future for my past enhancements on that particular enhancment set key?
Else,What If everytime i create a New enhancement set key and if i replace it with the old one for the same client in SM30?
Hope my question/ doubt is not confusing.....

But one more thing, i have already created 2 enhancement sets. i wanted to delete one, from where shall i start , can i delete it directly from SM34 itself or do i need to delete those enhancments in workbench and then table entries finally enhancement set?
Sorry Carsten, I am a beginner so some questions may be really strange.
And one more question.
When i enhance a component, it asks for Application name where i have given Zname,
then Page : For page can i use the same repository.xml or do i need to choose a different name??

I have an iMac (main computer for storing emails/set to remove Mail from server when read) and a MacBookAir (set to leave messages on server/used for checking and sending emails out of the office). I was Bcc'ing to myself messages sent from the MacBookAir, so that when I get mail from my iMac, my mail rules sort the message into various project folders etc.
The problem is I quite often forget to Bcc myself.
Can anyone tell me if & how to set up a mail rule on the MacBookAir that will automatically resend me any messages in my sent box. Iv'e set up a Rule to 'if Date sent less than 7 days, redirect mail to XYZ'. I tried applying Rules to the Sent folder but nothing happens. If there is a better/automatic way to get rules applied to Sent messages, please also let me know!

Can I set up a rule that automatically deletes email messages that are say 3 mos old?

In mail perferences, under rules, click add rule, then click on 'add recipient' and you'll have a menu of options. Pick date reeceived, in the next box choose 'is greater than' and in the next box however many days. Then under perform this action you can choose to delete the message or move it to another mailbox.
After defining that rule, it will automagically delete messages that meet that criteria.
