Assistance with Requirements to Run a Shockwave Based Simulation

I am attempting to use a web-based simulation that requires Shockwave version 10 or higher FULL and IE 7 or higher. I currently have Shockwave 11.6.8R638 and IE 9. I am also using Windows 7 and the Standard VGA Graphics Adapter with driver 6.1.7600.16385. The simulation requires use of the Shockwave XTRAS.
When I run the simulation I do not see parts of the simulation on the screen.  I believe I meet all of the requirements to run this simulation, can anybody see what, if any, requirements I do not meet?

Most likely cause would be that the simulation does not match your screen size and is not rescalable. Try viewing the simulation at a higher screen resolution, as high as possible. You can also try changing the percentage screen size of your browser. This can be varied with most browsers from about 20% to 400%. If you are the producer of the simulation, then you need to examine your output options to insure that the simulation outputs as percentage of browser.

    Go to transaction:-ST03-->export mode-- workload-->particular date(on which date you require) then double click on it.
    Then go to Analysis view--> time profile. Here you find time interval. Double click on it .You will found how much transactions are using in this time.
    Also use User statement statics  --> user profile--> double click on it. you will found ,who will using the particular T-code.

  • Need assistance with editing/resizing/exporting for web based images

    Camera: Nikon D7100
    Using 14-bit RAW
    So somehow I've failed to notice that when I export after editing and using the resize option (to 2000x2000), the quality of the resulting JPEG is soft and lacking in detail/clarity that exists in the image in LR. Even when I export it without resizing, leaving it in the natively taken resolution, the clarity and sharpness is gone. I've tried using the sharpen for screen settings but it doesn't fix the basic issue of the softness/clarity. I thought it might be the JPG view I was using (the default photo viewer in windows 8), so I reimported it back into lightroom but it shows the same lack of clarity/sharpness.
    Attached is a sample of the issue. One is a screenshot of how it looks in LR, the other how it exports. 100% Quality, 72 resolution (have tried the default of 240 and it didn't change anything), sRGB color space.
    Am I doing something wrong with the export process?

    I stated in the original post that I was using the default windows 8 viewer (Windows Photo Viewer). However, when I reimported the JPG back into LR, it looked the same as when I viewed it with the photo viewer.

  • I have a windows 7 premium with the 64 bit driver and am having problems with installing itunes, i get an error message that states Apple Application Support is required to run itunes. i have tried 4 times to uninstall and reinstall with no success, help

    For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
    The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
    Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
    The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if AAS won't install normally.

    Like beaniespike and yourselves...I've tried everything to install itunes on my PC Vista Home Premium 32 bit system. Had older version of itunes running well on it but then just bought Ipod and hooked it up and was told to upgrade by uninstalling old version and reinstalling new version..oops..then the nightmares

    Disconnected all firewalls and antivirus and even uninstalled them with Revo..
    with that effort..I then used winrar to extract to a file and manually install each piece..
    all load EXCEPT Apple Application Support..but only if I do it manually..
    Quicktime had to be manually installed.
    Changed RegSZ to 0xFFFFFF value..still same error An error occurred during the installation of assembly policy 8.0 microsoft VC80. CRT, type =..blah, blah blah..ending HRESULT.... in middle of install..then at end error Apple Application Support not found error 2.
    Whew..sooOO frustrated! Have Visual C++ 2005..am having trouble installing upgrades to it..
    Windows Installer likes to quit alot..not sure how to fix that..urgh
    Want to trash Ipod and itunes all together since finding solution that works for 2 days straight has been in vain!
    Any help is much appreciated!

    LaCie doesnt make ANYTHING.  It contains a Seagate 3.5" 5400RPM HD.
    Check the HD on another computer, if nothing, your SATA bridge is fried, or the HD (very unlikely since its a Seagate inside)
    Youd have to crack open the HD, remove the SATA bridge cart thats plugged into the HD and put the HD into an enclosure or a HD dock to get the data
    those external HD use a 50 cent SATA bridge famous for failing.  The curse of all the good HD externals is the junk 3rd party SATA bridges attached to them that crash and burn.

    What does a Mac need to successfully run a Shockwave program
    made in
    Director? I've got a Mac with OS X version 10.3.3 running
    Safari 1.2.1,
    and when I try to run a Shockwave file all I get is an error

    says "unable to load plug-in" even though I've already loaded

    plug-in manually.
    On another Mac, though, I've got OS X version 10.4 running

    Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
    Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

    Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

    Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
    Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
    Does it install properly for you? If so, does iTunes launch properly now?
    If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)

  • Running Aging reports based on Document date in 2007

    Hi All,
    I have an issue while running the Receivables aging report in the 2007 version. The customer usually runs the reports based on the document date. Document date holds more importance in their case.
    However, in the 2007 version, the aging report is totally governed by the posting date. For example, if I change the aging date, the posting date also changes to the aging date and viceversa. If I want to change the aging date to 01/31/09, the posting date u2018Tou2019 automatically changes to 01/31/09 and when we run the report, it will bring in all transactions until the posting date of 01/31/09.
    But, the requirement is to leave the posting date as blank and give the document date u2018Tou2019 01/31/09. This will then pull all transactions until the document date of 01/31/09 irrespective of the posting date.
    As a result, when you run the balance sheet with the document date of 01/31/09, receivables show a different balance. This discrepancy is due to the fact that AR Receivable aging report forces to keep the Aging date = Posting date.
    This was not the case in SAP 2005 version where we were allowed to key in the aging date and the document date to get results based on document date.
    This is very critical as they have recently upgraded from 2005 to 2007 and they are unable to reconcile the balances out of Balance sheet and Aging.
    Please advise.

    Hi Jitin,
    We tried that as well but no luck. There is still a discrepency between what the aging shows and what the BS shows. When we put the Aging date as 01/31/09 and Document date as 01/3109, the posting date 'To' is automatically filled with 01/31/09, so it basically searches for all transactions with the posting date 01/31/09 and document date 01/31/09. This is not the requirement as we do not want to consider the posting date at all while running the aging.
    I also have some screenshots if I can share. I am not sure if I should report this to SAP for further investigation or am I missing something here.

  • Need assistance with multiple issues with several G5's

    Hello All,
    I need to get some assistance with some issues that I am having with several G5 Dual’s
    I just started a new position and I have 4-G5 Dual’s that are in various states of disrepair. Normally I would call Apple support but they did not purchase the extended AppleCare packages for any of the G5’s theu purchased and they are ALL over a year old now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    G5 number 1 - Has its fans running at full output all the time. Could this be a firmware issue?
    G5 number 2 – Had it’s logic board replaced by one of our company computer techs and now at start up gives a long tone then boots to white screen with a command prompt. Requiring me to either type “mac-boot” or “shutdown”. If I continue the boot process the machine just goes to a gray screen and stalls. I researched this yesterday and tried several solutions I found here but to no avail. Seems to me that past of the issue is that it is stuck looking for a firmware upgrade. How do I get past it?
    G5 number 3 – Mac seems to boot correctly but when you click on the Apple icon in the upper left hand corner the Finder blinks out and then comes back. It does this every time we try to go to the Apple menu. We removed the original hard drive and installed in a known good drive, our tech drive with a G5 image, rebooted the mac and the same issue occurs with the Finder.
    G5 number 4 – This unit boots to black screen with a Unix command prompt displaying “root#”. Any thoughts.

    Apparantly someone not certified to repair them messed them up.
    Tell bossman it would be in his best interest for you to take them to a authorized Apple Repair and get it done with.
    Tell him that Mac's rarley screw up hardware wise and there really hasn't been a great demand for skilled repair techs outside of Apple.
    If your worried about your job, tell him you can take care of the software, training, minor hardware and networking end of the matter. Which, luckily for you, are longtern and ongoing needs. You can tell him that.
    There's nothing wrong in admitting you don't know how to do something and keeping your job, than to be unable to fix them and lose your job.

    After years of trying to help people resolve their problems with I-tunes crashing non-stop I have finally figured out what is doing it... I think...
    I am constantly hounded by "Itunes is missing required files" when starting the app - from there I must repair the application to get it to function. I have seen this issue on at least 10 pc's and it constantly comes back. I have cleaned many many virus's off these machines and thought it was a mp3 virus that was the root cause of the problem....
    ...then I realized that Itunes is failing the same days that I have clean up routines running on these PC's and deleting all of the tmp files from the computers in question.
    SO - What temp files are required to run Itunes? I need to know this so that they are not deleted during scheduled maintenence on Windows based PC's (specifically XP).

    That'll probably be doing it. iTunes uses temp files while writing and reading from the iTunes library files. The library files live in the following locations (by default):
    Operating System
    Default location of iTunes Folder
    Mac OS X
    /Users/[your username]/Music
    Microsoft Windows XP
    \Documents and Settings\[your username]\My Documents\My Music\
    Microsoft Windows Vista
    \Users\[your username]\Music\
    Microsoft Windows 7
