Assistente de MRP SAP 8.81

Pessoal,
Alguem poderia ajudar.

  • When SAP run mrp, it could only identifiy first 9 characters as material?

    Hi experts
In SAP, Could we set when we run mrp, sap will only check the first 9 chars as mateiral number ?
eg: material 12345-67890 and 12345-6789,  Could sap consider it as same material ? If there is any configure for this ?
    Thanks
    Alice

    Hi experts
Our purpose is we need setup two material number like aaaa-aaaa1 and aaaa-aaaa2 for same part but from different localization source.
Since they are same part , if mrp could only reconginze the first 9 character as materail number to run requirements ?   what does it mean planning material ? It could set the first 9 character as planning material different from the normal materail ?
    Thanks

  • Several purchase requisition same day MRP

    Hello,
I hace materials with lot size EX Lot-for-lot order quantity. The problem is when I have 2 planned issuses the same day, When I run MRP, SAP add quantities and create only a purchase requisition. I need sap create one PR for a planned iissue, with the same quantity.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
While executing MRP run it gets triggered  when the available stock falls below reorder point. It is basically reorder point which determines the purchase requisition creation while MRP is created.
The reorder point is set considering  the past consumption material. If you want to trigger separate purchase requisition after each good issue you need to schedule MRP run after every good issue.
This will generate separate purchase requisition after every good issue.

  • Third Party Orders - MRP

    Hi,
I have a client who takes sales orders and fulfills those orders using third party purchasing functionality, with the vendor delivering directly to the customer. There is no sales stock involved and the item category on the purchase order is configured for no goods receipt.
If they look at their stock requirements list for a given material, the sales orders appear, but the requisition created as a result of the SO schedule lines do not, nor do purchase orders created from these reqs.
As a result, during MRP SAP is attempting to procure the material through a standard requisition for an external purchase.
I've changed config so schedule lines with the schedule category relating to this type of purchase do not transfer requirements to MRP, resulting in no MRP activity at all, however the client wishes to see each component (Sales order, purchase req/order) when they view their stock requirements list.
How is this handled in the standard system (ie what strategy group in the material master, what item category on the POs, etc....) so these requirements and replenishments are all visible on the stock requirements list?
    Thanks in advance,
    Mark

  • Kanban With MRP and with External vendors

We are implementing SAP 4.7 for one of clients and here is the requirement:
They want to use Kanban with external vendors where  once  KANBAN is empty, it should create a schedule line for the defined scheduling agreement. Problem is , we have to exclude the material  from MRP in order to work with "External Purchase Orders" or "Scheduling Agreement" replenishryment category.
They   do not want to exclude the KANBAN materials from MRP but want to use KANBAN for procurement with vendors.
    Is this possible?
Because when we try replenishment strategy " Working with MRP" , SAP does not create any PO or Schedule line desite of maintaining all the data. Instead, SAP allows replenishment elements created in MRP run to flow thru and create PO/ Schedule lines.
Is it possible to include the material in plant MRP and still use external procurement kanban?

    Hi Vikas
Ia m not familiar with  asynchronous MRP.  Can you elaborate on that? What specific settings  we need to make for that?
    Thanks for your help.

  • Production order status and MRP planning - CNF and DLV

I am confirming a production order using CO15. I have a single operation. The control key of the operation says that there will be no goods receipt. The GR will be done seperately using MIGO to order. My order is for 24000. I do a GR for 23000 using MIGO and then do a final confirmation using CO15. The order is now in status CNF and PDLV. Now for planning in MD04 it still shows a pending qty of 1000. If I TECO the order or mark it 'delivery complete' then it is wiped out of planning.
My question is if there is a configuration setting where if a order is in CNF but not delivered it should get wiped out of MRP planning?
    thanks a lot

    John,
The problem is that doing so would lead to (business) inconsitencies and I do not advise you to TECO or DLV the order just to get rid of it.
Whilst it may not be "nice" to see it appear in MD04 it is there for a purpose - to reflect the fact that a quantity is going to be goods receipted.
    EG:
You have an order for 10  --> MD04 shows an expected GR of 10.
You do a final confimration for 7 --> MD04 now shows an expected GR of 7.
When you do the MIGO for the order for a qty of 7 , the order will disappear form MD04 - which is right.
If that order was to disappear from MD04, during yur next MRP, SAP would generate another procurement proposal to cover any requirements you may have.
As Vivek said, I would investigate doing an AUTO GR.
    Hope it helps.

  • Forecast and MRP type

    Hi,
I am in the process of designing a system where there is one DC which gets all sales orders and one mfg plant whihc manufactures and then STOs the material to the DC. Would it be a good thing to have the same forecast for the same material in the same preiods in the DC and the mfg plant, with the sales orders consuming the DC forecast and the STO consumng the mfg plant forecast ? I cannot think of any other way for the DC to drive the demand to the mfg plant and the mfg plant working with this demand to begin manufacturing and component sourcing.
Also I ran a forecast with the MRP type PD. I was expecting VV to be the only MRP type which will allow forecast to be run but looks like PD allows forecast as well. Is that corrrect ?
    Thanks

    Hello GS
It is not necessary to define the forecast on both plants, only on the plant where the sales orders will be received. Then, on the material master, you define a special procurement type such as "production in alternative plant" or "stock transfer" and MRp will automatically redirect the requirements from the DC to the manufacturing plant.
Take a look on the following link for more details:
Multi-Plant/Site Planning - Material Requirements Planning (PP-MRP) - SAP Library
Yes, PD allows the forecast. If you want to know which MRP types allow the forecast, take a look on the MRP type customizing transaction OMDQ. There is a setting where you define if the forecast is optional, mandatory or not allowed for the MRP type.

  • Recalculation of MRP

    Hi Gurus,
In MRP, SAP does a standard calculation of the order quantity using the default assembly scrap.
My requirement is to overwrite that calculation.
I have added a code in the FM DO_DISPOSITIONSRECHNUNG in subroutine ADD_AUSSCHUSS but the whole MRP program is having problems in the calculation of the order quantity.
Anyone knows where to put the code to overwrite the SAP standard calculation?
    Thanks in advance.

  • MRP run process

    Hello,
How to trigger purchase organization automatically in PR after MRP run? please explain.

    Hi,
MRP PR creation on MRP run depends on which MRP type you used in material master where  MRP parameter ( Safety stock , Reorder point, Minimum and maximum stock level etc....) with MRP type play vital role for the above PR creation.

  • Is possible Block the batch stock  in the run MRP

    Dear gurus,
i have a stock in the batch A , is possible block the stock for run MRP ( don't see the stock in the esecution MRP ) and create a planned order?
    Thanks a lot
    Daniele Pistilli
    PP TEAM

    Dear
MRP can't be run on Batch and the stock of the batch should be transferd to special stock like QI , Block stock  so that MRP do not consider during Net Requirement Calcualtion  even it is avaliable in the same storage loaction which is relevent for MRP run .
Basically , In order to exclude few Batches stock from MRP, SAP has come up with different categories of stock like blocked stock, restricted-use stock... etc.
you can transfer these stock into blocked/restricted use stock and enable the respective check box in T-code: OPPQ in "Available Stocks'Option (Maintain Plant Paramters screen) -Here Mark Block Stock so that MRP will not cosider the same .
After transfer of stock & Check Box enabled in OPPQ, execute MRP, system will not consider this stock.
    Hope it helps

  • Creation of alternative material in production

    Dear folks,
    I have following requirements:
Customer orders Material A and for some reason (e.g. low stocks), the mrp controller decides to produce an alternative material (B) which is
equal to Material A. This also counts for planned independent requirements.
How can I maintain this in SAP? I tried to use alternative item group in the BOM, but this does not solve my requirement, since this is just a function to assign an alternative BOM position for Material A. I really need to assign an alternative material on header level.
The assignment has to take place before actual production. We cannot use Material Determination (SD) - Transaction VB11.
Any ideas? Is this something we have to develop?
    Kind regards,
    Peter

  • Updation of  the indicators of NETCH & NETPL in Planning File entry(MD21)

    Hi,
Can anyone explain me when the indicators-NETCH & NETPL will be updated in Planning File entry table(tcode-MD21) for a material in a specific plant .
Actually, we observed that these indicators are updated only when we do Goods Issue through backflush during Production order confirmation. If i do goods delivery using tcode-VL01N(mtype 601), these indicators are not updated in planning file entries. Can anyone suggest me what could be the reason for this.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
    Please read below information.
"The planning file record for a material also has a u201C_net change planning in the current horizonu201D field which will be set if the change in the materials receipt or issue_ element is valid in the planning horizon. This indicator will help you choose only those materials which have undergone a change in the planning horizon; through the use of a planning key, in an MRP run, called u201CNet change planning in the planning horizonu201D.
Go to below link to understand more. It may solve your problem.

  • Lot size creation in PP

    Hi gurus,
    I have 2 scenarios,
    1. PIR of a product X is 56 & lot size is 10. After running MRP, SAP should create 6 plan orders of qty 10.
    2. PIR of a product X is 54 & lot size is 10. After running MRP, SAP should create 5 plan orders of qty 10.
    Means,
Balance qty after lot size calculation, should be round off to the next lot size if it is greater than 50% of lot size.
Similarly Qtyshould be round off to the previous lot size if it is less than 50% of lot size.
    Pls help
    Regards,
    SamieR

    Dear Samie,
Case1: As explained by our other forum member you use a fixed lot size and mention the lot size quantity as 10 and the system
will create 6 different planned orders.
Now for case2: the only possible solution will be create a copy of fixed lot size and include the check box for last lot exact in
OMI4 for this particular lot size,so that the system create 5 planned orders for 10 quantity each by mentioning the fixed lot size
quantity as 10 and the last planned order alone will be for 4 quantity.
    Check and revert back.

  • Exception message 20 and reorderpoint

After searching for information on why SAP gives message 20 if the net requirement is above the reorderpoint i never to the needed information.
Yes i am able to see that if reorderpoint is 100 and due to a lot size of 50 pc then naturally we will be above our reorderpoint at the arrival of with this PO. In reality what we see it that sap suggest purreq for replenishement considering the reorderpoint and the lotsize . we convert and with the next MRP SAP suggest to cancel the same order which it propose to replenish!. Again yes we are above the reorderpoint due to the lotsize - but why would SAP use the reorderpoint as a max stock level - which it clealy is not.
I need to understand if there somebody has been looking into this issue and how they manage to avoid these message 20 but without exculding them in a spereate group as we do use this message for materials that has other parameters. Are there any oppertunties to customize a limit for when message 20 should appear for a reorderpoint or can it be ticked of as i makes no sense.
    Thank you in advance

    My Settings are
MRP type VB - manual reorderpoint
    reorderpoint 1010
    safety stock 135
    Lotsize 1000
    net requriment stock : 1893
    Open PO for 1000 pcs
I made an example where i compaired SAPs calculated reorderpoint V1 with the settings we have to see if the messages disapeared
    And my conclusion was
The reason for all of these message 20 is because the safety stock and reorder are inconsistent. As soon as I get SAP to calculate the SS and reorderpoint then message 20 disappear. The GAP between current safety stock 135 and reorder point level 1010 is not equal to the daily requirements *LT + SS it is much higher. SAP sees that the stock /PO comes home before you reach you safety stock level u2013then it considers you to be overstocked ??
With SAP calc: 1586 (net requirement when PO with 1000 pcs) - 438 (SAP SS) = 1148 u2013 1233 (SAP reorderpoint) = 85 units difference (target must be to get a 0 here)
    With current manual reorderpoint replenishment : 1893 u2013 135 = 1758 - 1010 =748 units difference u2013 sap considers that overstock?? and therefore a message 20??
I am completely wrong or is this how it works?
