Asynchronous messages without errors to be flagged

Hi all,
I have 200,000 Asynchronous messages without errors to be flagged. But there are no entries for Messages to be deleted. Everytime I run RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES, i get a runtime error. When I run the job SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE_888, it is always canceled.

Hi,
Please check if your are looking the correct process chain and in correct transaction. you may look at the logs of this process chain in RSPCM and not in RSPC.
If you can not find this error status message in RSPCM, them check SM37 and SM12 by providing the proper timeinterval for the message you got.

When you "DEFINE INTERFACES FOR ARCHIVING AND RETENTION PERIODS", haven't you seen there is a option to specify "Retention Period for Asynchronous XML Messages in the Database"
Under it, you can put the number of days for "XML Messages Without Errors Awaiting Deletion"
That is the place to specify how long you want Asynchronous Message Persisted in database, once the specified days reached, the message should be deleted by your scheduled job: SAP_BC_XMB_DELETE_<Client>

Error message without blocking Input fields

Hi,
I want to display an error message in the selection screen. The error is for input date validation. But the once error displays in the status bar, it blocks the input fields in the selection screen. I want to display the error message without blocking any of the input parameter in the selection screen. Where should i write the code?

I think you could have done a trial with different message types before posting this question.
Please try with success message(Type - S) and DISPLAY LIKE 'E'.
And also control the program flow using a flag or by checking the initiality of your internal table.

"Error Message" without interrupting the transaction

We use a VB application to insert/update records in a Oracle database.
Any user is allowed to see all fields, but not every user is allowed to update all fields. We check the right to update in a database trigger and raise an error if a user wants to update a field for which he has no rights.
User X has the right to update field A, but he has not the right to update field B.
Now we want to change the application
If X tries to update fields A and B, we want to accept the new value for A, leave B unchanged and inform the user with a message like an error message without interrupting the transaction.
Has anybody an idea how to implement this?

In the project it's presented:
1) how the servlet can send JSON data depending on the request's parameter
2) how to obtain this data on the client side and show in on the page using jQuery without refreshing the whole site
What You need to do is just to send the error (as JSON data) insetad of the values that are passed now and display this error on the page.

When Creative Cloud updated a few days ago (Win7) it reported no installed apps. In Lightroom I keep getting messages that a new version is available. Installed it from CC and it installed without error, CC shows I installed it, but it simply fails to run

How do I get CC to find apps installed under the previous version?
And how do I get Lightroom CC to run?

I still don't know how to get CC to find that I have Photoshop CC installed, but running Creative Cloud, going to Preferences and signing out, then signing in again got Lightroom CC to work.
Since Photoshop CC is still working despite apparently not being installed things are now OK, at least for the moment. But I'm not feeling at all happy with Adobe.

I'm a beginner in Final Cut Pro X. Not good at ¨computer terms¨ and computers so please take it easy when explaining.
My first three project was succesfully . (I then had no background image.)The fourth project (about 59 minutes) was at first successfully even with a background image. (But when I played the DVD on my DVD-player it stopped completely after 45 minutes, but went on when I tried to play it again, from the place where it stopped.) Then I replaced the background image with another and after that it stopped at 66 %. I read about the error -29 and made my image ¨smaller¨ but nothing happened. I also made the project shorter, about 57 minutes, nothing happened.
I tried a couple of completely new project from 2 – 20 minutes long – the same happened, it stopped at 66 %. (Read about deleting render files and tried that too without results.) I have a Mac OS X 10.8.3 Mountain Lion
Grateful for help after a week with problems. It’s a dancing project and people are waiting for the DVD…

"What finally got it to work for me was Share>DVD>Settings>Backround; added a small jpeg, then removed. For whatever reason, it seemed to jar Create Disk awake."
Using this idea I didn't even add or delete an image, just opened the the Background window and closed it again.
This made one stubborn Project work/burn even with some retimed clips in it.
This action must flick an internal ON switch somewhere????
It's something simple but annoying. I have no idea where to look.
At least with a couple of extra clicks it's now working as expected.
Annamatilda might try the same to confirm the above??

It's not even likely the Install Disc could fix that, but if you want to try...
Does it boot to Single User Mode, CMD+s keys at bootup, if so try...
/sbin/fsck -fy
Repeat until it shows no errors fixed.
(Space between fsck AND -fy important).
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck...

Finally, you should run DiskWarrior if your Mac explicitly warns you of a problem with your disk in the form of an error message. I tried to implement an asynchronous WebService on a PI 7.11 SP04 system as service provider.
When calling this async Webservice with SOAP-UI I get the following error response:
"WSRM:NW/WSRM: Consumer sent a one-way message without WSRM header. This is not currently supported."
When testing the webservice with WS-Navigator it runs fine.
Does anyone know, how to call an asynchronous Webservice in PI 7.11 ?
I tried it with the following Message:

I try to call the WebService in direct way, so I have no channel.
From WS navigator the WebService call is OK, so I don't understand this, if WSRM is not supported here.
Meanwhile I created the corresponding consumer WebService in the same system and called the provider WebService with this consumer WebService directly and this was also fine. This is not a very meaningful szenario, but it runs
Do you have experiance in testing with SOAP UI (3.0.1) ?
When I'm testing the WebService in old way (without WS-RM) I get the error message '.. no WSRM header ...'.
When just marking the flag 'Enable WS-Reliable Messaging' I get no response and a null pointer exception.
Can I use the same XML as seen above or are WSRM-header-Informations necessary in XML ?

that was another screenshot of your SMTP server settings, not an error - but I'm assuming it's the same type of chilkat library flag saying the SMTP connection was terminated...
Remote Administrator for restore is fine - for giggles I just downloaded the current Import version onto the same Win 7 x64 and restored the backup (that had some messages) to a 9.1(2) server using an account that had just remote admin - the SMTP connection went through fine and the restored completed without errors.
something somewhere between the COBRAS import application and the SMTP port on the Connection server is stomping on the connection - there's really no way for the client to determine that - all it knows is it issues the connection requests and it's not going through and reporting it to you - so if the server is somehow in a bad state (haven't seen that before) or there's a proxy involved or something somewhere getting involved - I can't really offer more than that - COBRAS is one of the most heavily used tools on the site (hundreds of downloads on any given day) so if there were some basic message restore show-stopper hiding we'd typically know about it pretty quickly. It's got to be something specific to your setup or a very unusual bug/state on the Connection side of the house.

Nobody can tell you anything without knowing exact site and server specs, but I would suspect that naming the folder "html" wasn't the brightest of ideas, since that's usually a default (invisible) folder name existing somewhere on the server and the user not having privileges to overwrite it.

Good evening all.
I have been drafting a FAN message in my head for several days now, mainly because I have seen so many people baggin all over the ZEN in a number of posts... It's getting late, and I am resolved to not bore everyone with my rhetorical delights, so - for this night I enter to say: - THANK YOU so very much for the Helpful Hints thread, that was very kind. And 2- The PQI SD cards, both the 2GB as well as the 4GB are a hit with the ZEN as well as all the others mentioned thus far.
Seems a big crowd is very disappointed with the cans and cant's of the internal memory being able to sync up directly with the SD cards; maybe my total "newby'ness", but I am thrilled with my product... I purchased the 2GB ZEN, and then scored the Bluetooth headphones that were discounted over a hundred bux over the Father's Day weekend.
I'm a disabled, over the hill gentleman, and wanted a media player to keep me company on the powerwheelchair rides into town and what not... Yes... Being able to drag or send **bleep** from internal memory to the SD card, vice versa would be a treat, but things are workable as is.
My ONLY problem thus far has been in trying to re-sync a couple of Audio Boox, FROM my ZEN internal flash memory, to my PC (that part looks as if it works out OK, and I can get them imported back into the AudioManager library) and then try to get them to hook in error free to one of the SD cards (it's here where the difficulty occurs)... I'd much prefer to have just music on the internal flash, and then carry all my extras on my cards; but I was all excited and stuff... Tried to take baby bites and little steps, but just couldn't resist digg!
There is simply no way that I can figure out how to get the Audio Books to stick without error on any of my cards. And therefore I am reluctant to delete them off the ZEN itself.
Ahhhwell... Li've and learn!
Overall.. I am tickled green with the Creative ZEN, the Earphones and the investment into the extra 0 gigs of card memory.
Well... That was a bit longer than I wished, but for ME, it was a pretty **bleep** short write!

Even if you could get protected content on the SD cards, AFAIK the Zen won't support bookmarks for files on the SD cards. That would make listening to lectures or audio books on the SD card would be very inconvenient?(who wants to have to remember where their place is, then fast forward to it each time they restart listening to it's). I am curious. Do you have any problems getting the audiobook files to play in the correct order, or do the tags sort them properly? It seems like many series of lectures or other series of audiofiles sort properly on the pc or in mp3 players that use the folder/filename system, but might not sort properly based on the ID3 tags?
