Then I changed it to Malaysia but I can't because the App Store ask me to give the credit card number thing. But friend does that too. But the App Store didn't ask him for the credit card number when he changed back to Malaysia store. Please help me. I really need it. Thanks

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset.
When you can, yes, there's an update available.
Tap Settings > General > Software Update

Anyway, my question Why isn't my app store working? Is there a glitch in the IOS 7 or something. But let me get into further detail about my situation. I wanted to get this app from the app store. When I click on the app everything is fine at first, but then i click on the "search button" and I type out the name of the app.And usually the name of the app would pop up to what it appears be a list of the names of each app, but that never happened. Then, I clicked "enter" or "search" and it wouldn't load after hours and hours. And then I decided to go to the settings and see whats up with the app. I scoll down and click on the "ITunes & App Store" with an arrow pointing right. Once I clicked it, it freezes. But I haven't updated my phone (its IOS 7 but theres an update for IOS 7.1 or something like that)

You will need to sign into your account using the iTunes app on your Mac or PC and change the region/country for your account. If you do not have a bank card for the new country, you should be able to make purchases with iTunes Gift Cards if they are available in the new country.

You're right, it would have been covered under warranty. But because of the user damage, chances are there's a 200-something dollar fee . If you explain to them that it had a defect previously, they might replace it for you at no charge. **MIGHT**. But they would have to believe that it had a defect previously.

I have tried all those things I even updated the software to the new iOS system and it still did fix my problem.
What happened is that my garage band looks like it will open then it shuts down.
I have lot of important things on my garage band and I'm afraid that if I uninstall it deleting it then reinstalling it all my work on it will be gone and I can't have that happen.
Everyday I am hoping that when i go to open the app that is will work but it doesn't it gets ready to turn on then it shuts off , the app doesn't even open all the way and turns off.
I really hope I don't have to erase it.

If I waited for the App Store to come up with an update for garage band should I wait till then to update my app so it doesn't get damaged . I don't want to erase it and all my data get erased . I figured if I wait for an update then my garage band will reset itself but won't delete my data. I'm not sure if that will help. if you have access to another apple id that has been created in that country you can do this, for example I travel frequently between two countries, I have a billing address in both, I create 2 apple id, one for each country.
I can purchase from either store as long as I am logged into the corresponding ID for that country. No matter where I am geographically located.
The main thing you need to be aware of is it you switch to many times between the stores, it will stop allowing you log into one of them, not sure what the actuall number of switches is though....

Keynote is programmed to execute all of the effects in a build sequence before it will move to the next slide.
If you want tobe able to move to the next slide at any time in a sequence of builds, you will need to set all of the builds on that slide to: "on click". You will then need to execute each build by pressing the space bar or click the left mouse button for each object.
