Thanks for your interest in iPhone 4 with AT&T. Best Buy will be selling the phone but don't have official word on the possible change in release date Apple has it still listed for the 24th, and we are currently not doing pre-orders. We do not know how many phones we will actually have in store, if any. I am not certain we will be doing pre-orders again, but as of right now we are not doing pre-orders for it. Do you mind if I asked what you find the most interesting about the iPhone 4?

I already have a pre order and i was told by 4 people that i would get the phone on june 24th. They gave me 100% confirmation that it would be in stock for me that day.

It does not appear that they have the slightest clue at what is going on. Why woud you do a pre order for somethign when you as a company don't know how much you will get in from the manufacturer?

Well that makes things a lot better. Why dont you update that in the FAQ to let everyone know that if they got their order done before the freeze they will get their iphone 4 on the release date.

All it says it they will fulfill the pre orders in the order they were placed. Basically not guarantee i will get it the 24th

That is not much of an assurance. "if" we get the phone. Why would you do a pre order if you didnt know exactly how many iphones you would get from apple? That is misleading. I choose to go to BB due to the fact that everyone in the store from the manager on down said i would get it since i am on the pre order list and i would get it on launch day june 24tht. That "may" happen, but it may not as well

so it looks like they are still guaranteeing ppl a phone that pre ordered before they cut them off on Wednesday.  i pre ordered mine on Wednesday. hope they knew they were out on Wednesday and still were taking orders then cut it off..if so ill be returning that gift card and take my chances waiting in line
