At set up on ipad air the ipad types randomly answers to the set up questions

As I am starting up the Ipad Air for the first time, it anticiaptes answers to any question requiring typing, and will enter random answers. Is there any fix?

Also, every time I get a new device and transfer stuff from the old, I wind up with no folders. How can I avoid that this time?

Make a backup of your old iPAd to itunes or iCloud.
Then restore from that backup when setting up the new iPad Air.
The restore will put your data onto the new iPad. (The Os will remain at 7).
Folder structure is a little iffy. Since backups don't restore Apps, only data, you would still need to re-download the Apps to the new Air and as such would need to create the folders for them.

As far as I know Apple has not announced a release date yet. You'll know as soon as we know. In fact Apple has not set a release date for the new ipad mini in the US. There are many people waiting for this announcement. Stay tuned.

Last time I sent back to the service center and they said it is the system problem and reset the system and charge me for the service because they said it is not a hardware problem. I think you didn't understand. I meant the size that takes from the flash memory. I hava an iPod Touch 5G and the app was 1.4GB the day that was release.

Try a restore. If that does not work, you probably have a hardware issue.

I agree with Ralph. It all depends on what you're comfortable reading on.
Most retailers have demo devices, go to a store and play with them and see which one works best for you

They can both read PDFs. It will really boil down to what screen size you prefer and how portable you want it. The iPad Air has a larger screen, but weighs more than the iPad Mini2. Either one will work for you, its just a matter of preference.

When I plug my ipad air in, it doesn't pick up the charger until I move the plug around a few times, and when I let it go, it doesn't pick it up anymore.
ive tried using a different brand charger, and I'm now back to using the one that came with an iPod that I got a few months before the iPad.

Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Could be the charger, cable or iPad. Plug the USB cable into your computer. It may say "Not Charging", however, it is charging slowly and will verify that the cable is good.
Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W or 12W (5W on Mini) USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (2.5W, most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging).
