AT&T contract reset on Activation (of existing iPhone)

The other day I got back from Apple Repair Services my wifes iPhone that we shipped to them to fix a dead strip on her touch screen. Process was good as they sent us a loaner and we shipped back phone. Well anyhow, when we got the phone back, I went and plugged it into iTunes (with her SIM card) expecting to just have it reactivate and then restore from backup. Well instead it went through the initial setup account process (pick a plan, etc). There wasn't an option to get around so I went through with it, finished, and then got her phone all loaded up again. No issues there.
Then I called AT&T to verify that this re-picking of a plan didn't hose up what we already had and I specifically asked about the 2yr contract not getting reset to day 1. Low and behold they said yes it did change it to a new 2yr and they dated it back. I asked to what date. They said Feb9th. "What", I said. Sorry, but that is the day I got the "loaner" which had to be activated (though it didn't make me pick a plan like my wifes returned one did, it just went to activate and then was ready to go). So I told them that was the date I got the loaner, and that I got our iPhones on Jun 29th of 2007 (day 1 of sales). She reviewed the records and saw that fact so dated back the contract to my real day 1. So I am good and fine now there.
However it got me thinking. If the loaner (which had her SIM in it) when it had to Activate caused my contract to reset. Do each re-activation do that? If so, does that mean contracts are getting reset all over the place with Firmware updates that cause reactivation?
So I post this here to see if others wish to take the time to call AT&T (US customers that is) and ask about where their contract stands. Are dates changing for others? I would like to think it isn't doing it for firmware updates, but what about those here that have had to send a phone back and used a loaner. Did their dates change due to loaner activation like mine did?

I think there is a current known issue with all activations resetting contracts, even in cases (like yours) where a reset contract is not valid. Should be resolved soon, if it hasn't been already

While that is just from a person there, it is a semi active user so they may of seen reports of it already there. But this is handy to know that there is an issue with re-activations of some sort or another. At least I know when my contract is supposed to end, though I have had AT&T forever and don't really plan on changing anytime soon.

I try to maintain BOM data by CSAP_MAT_BOM_MAINTAIN bapi. Everthing works ok when I use example code of this function module. But when it comes to terms deleting an item from BOM, I always get error :

CI_STPO is a customer include in which you can put some specific fields
probably you call a user-exit that is used to maintain fields of this customer include and it does try to find the structure of it (which does not exist)

Is there a way to reset the activation limit?

Hi. I originally bought Photoshop CS2 (I guess about 7 years ago), and since then I've upgraded to CS3, and then the CS5 Extended Upgrade. Unfortunately over the years I've had system crashes that required complete reinstalls of Windows, and as a result I have no more "activations". In addition, there's something goofy with the Photoshop CS 5 Extended upgrade application in that although Adobe did offer an upgrade from CS3 to CS5 Extended the installer doesn't recognize the serial number. (Neither the CS2 full product serial number, nor the CS3 upgrade serial number.)
As a result, any time I need to install Photoshop it means I have to call them, and last time (for the CS5 Extended install) it took about an hour on the phone, multiple discussions between the customer support person and their supervisor, etc. I'm at the point where I'm not going to pay for the CS6 upgrade just because I don't want to deal with the hassle of installing it.
Is there some way to get Adobe to "wipe the slate clean" and reset the activations so I can do this all over the net? And does the CS6 installer recognize older serial numbers like CS2 or the CS3 upgrade serial number?

For the installer question I'm wondering if the CS6 Extended installer will work with the serial numbers I have. The CS5 Extended installer didn't.
I have the following serial numbers:
Photoshop CS2 (full application)
Photoshop CS3 (upgrade)
Photoshop CS5 Extended (upgrade)

In ABAP web dynpro I create a SERVICE CALL. Everything looks ok, but when I activate this project,
it displays an error message as the following:

No active nametab exists for SY
When I click on the error message, it brings my cursor to the import value of the component controller context.
What is going on here? Can someone help me?

I have created a BAPI and it has IMPORT and EXPORT values. I have checked the REMOTE-ENABLED MUDULE redio buttoms.
This bapi works perfectly well for Java Web Dynpro.
I now create a ABAP web dynpro and create a SERVICE CALL. Everything looks ok, but when I activate this project,

Hi Anna,
I got the same problem with a customer of mine. I'm looking for a solution but I am unable to find anything at this moment.
I thought that regenerating objects from SGEN transaction would solve this problem. Also, I've checked inactive object in SE80 transaction but nothing yet.
Could you please tell me how did you solve this?

No Active Nametab exist for - while deleting master data

We are deleting a master data record in production and while saving the master data we are getting an error like "No Active Nametab exist for". And while going back the screen it is giving an error as "Table /BIC/YZEMPLOYEE does not exist". How do we resolve this and is there any program to delete the master datAny help is greatly appreciated.

Process flow Activity File Exists

Software: warehouse builder 11.1.0.7
OS: Redhat 5.5
DB: 11gR1
I am trying to use the activity "File Exist" on a process flow to know if a file does exist, with two transitions
one with condition "EXISTS" that ends in success and one with the condition "MISSING", when the file
exists the process flow acts normal with end success, but when the file doesn't exist the process flow
just hangs and doesn't finish.
Am i missing some configuration?

You have to provide multiple transitions (arrows) out of the file_exists activity and the define the transition conditions (in the transition view section of the window) for success and error. In that case, if the file exists, the flow will continue along the sucess transition path, if it doesn't it will continue down the ERROR path. The error path can then end up into an END_ERROR activity and that will make the process flow stop if the file is not found, just your expected behaviour.
If you have only a single unconditional transition (arrow) out of the file_exists, the process flow will continue regardless of the FILE_EXISTS activity.

You should first check your Abap dumps using tranaction code ST22, this usually provides more detail on the problem.
In this case I think it's trying to return a screen (or pop-up message) that can't be handled while activating the web service. The "SAPLSKEY" tells me that it might be licence related, do you have a valid developer's licence for Abap development work? If not apply for one (find out the procedure from other Abap developer's that you may work with) & check if that makes a difference while activating.

How can we reset the active system status when we are trying to change

Hello SAP,
I am using the transaction code 'CJ20N' .
For this transaction code, I need to put one validation when user is trying to change the system status to 'TECO'.
Once, user changed the system status and trying to save , we need to put the previous system status.
For e.g. : system status is 'REL'. Now user set to 'TECO' and CLICK on save button, system status need to change 'REL'.
Could you please explain me that how can we delete the buffer system status 'TECO' and reset to active status 'TECO '.

You can't delete an account, you can only stop using it. If you're getting that error message you won't be able to create a new account on your device. Your only options are to re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account on a different iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one.

"No activity prices exist for" --- **Important**

I encounter a warning message of the following type
No activity prices exist for 30031316OH/3MET when I try ot maintain an entry for the user in CAT2.
Suprisingly, the cost centre mentioned in the warning message above (30031316OH) is different from the cost centre maintained for an employee in the info type 315 which happens to be 30058212OH.
It's neither the cost centre available in the 0001 infotype for an employee.
So my question here is, where from this cost centre is picked to be populated in the error message?
Anybody else face this issue?
Am I missing any configuration here?
Your advise on this is highly appreciated as this is important.

cost center is picked from the work center. u can see in tcode cnr2 in costing tab page.
now important for u is check whether cost center and activity type has been given properly there or not. after this check whether dates are maintained properly or not and also check ur activity, cost center should be avilablae on dates, after this check tcode kp26 whether rates has been maintained with proper cost center and activity type and again check rates are maintianed for current date.

No contract reset after returning iPhone 4

Returned my iPhone4 2 weeks ago and still no contract reset. Called AT&T and they say apple needs to do something. Call Apple and they say AT&T needs to do something.
Anyone have thoughts for the next step?

That's interesting as I am on almost the exact same timeline and my contract has been reset. I know it's dependent upon AT&T seeing the iPhone show up in Apple's inventory again. Then within 48 hours the contract should revert to what it was. I'm surprised no-one laid this out for you, they were very clear about it when I spoke to the AT&T rep.
You ought to call AT&T again and ask what exactly the "something" Apple needs to do is. If it's anything other than list it as back in their mitts, then something is fishy. And if that IS what AT&T says, then Apple needs to explain why your phone is in limbo.
It may also be that you talked to the wrong people. Luck plays some part in these things. Some customer service representatives are better than others.
