AT&T is charging my account for a trade in phone that I mailed back to them in April

I'm having an issue with my Galaxy S5 Phone I mailed back to ATT using there box and label. I upgraded to the Galaxy S6 back in April 2015. I'm being charged $256 on my account because ATT is saying they never got the phone. I followed the directions in the box I received my S6 in and filled out the forms and used the label ATT label they sent me. I placed my phone along with the paper work in the box and mailed it back around April 21st. I created a case but nothing has ever been resolved. I'm still getting collections calls about the phone. Attached is copy of the label ATT sent me. The Tracking number doesn't even come up when you plug in into the USPS site. Attached is a photo I took before I mailed it. Anyone else have an issues like this?

If the tracking number isn't in the USPS system, then it was never received. At least that is the position of USPS. You can't blame ATT for USPS screw up. Hard lesson learned, but best advice for anyone else is to add insurance at your own expense. At least then you have a USPS receipt showing they accepted the parcel and have a valid claim against USPS.

I am a LONG term Verizon customer and no one is helping.....
I work in IT, with the Network and Mobility groups, so I know what I am talking about, network access, O/S, bandwidth, etc….
I changed to a droid Bionic, from my LG (broken).   I started experiencing issues with inability to connect to a solid 4G network. The phone was not updated to Ice Cream Sandwich O/S and tried repeatedly to get update, but no go. Verizon did swap out with another bionic, but still experienced issues with inability to consistently get network access. I work in a big city, no one else was having issues at my work.
Husband left for Europe due to a family emergency mid Sept.   FIL was in hospital. I work and there is a 7 hour time difference.   We both had SKYPE on our phones. At work, I tried to contact him, using SKYPE.   SKYPE would not connect, due to the phone issue connecting to the network.   I had to call husband directly (international calls) to get updates on the condition of my ill, 96 yo FIL.
1.   This was not an issue of an app that did not function and that Verizon does not support.   I did not have access to the network, thus could not use SKYPE to make calls. This was not a choice to call international.
Verizon admitted that it was a phone issue. Since I am a long term Verizon customer and have insurance on the phone, they tried to give me yet another Bionic 9that would not work). After much discussion, they sent me a RAZR that was on the updated O/S.
Up to the 29th of Sept, I was on the Bionic and could not access SKYPE. Once I transferred over, I could use SKYPE and was not forced by Verizon to make international calls due the lack of network service that I pay for EACH MONTH.
When I received my bill for Sept, there were hundreds of dollars of additional charges.
This was due to the international calling that I was forced to use to check on status of terminally ill 96 yo FIL.
This was due to the overage of minutes that I had and was never notified of by Verizon, due to the interational calls.
I have tried to deal with Verizon on eliminating the charges. This is after having to deal with the death and funeral arrangements, service, etc of FIL. Verizon claims that I made the calls, thus I must pay.   They admitted to it being a Verizon network issue when they traded for the Razr and updated O/S, but still want me to pay hundreds of dollars in extra fees that THEY CAUSED.

I thought you said YOUR phone was the one having the problem, not his. You could have Skyped/emailed from a computer TO his phone, but you chose to call instead.
Yes, you are correct, everyone does not always think clearly when in a stressful situation such as that. Does not mean someone else should pay for YOUR actions.
Another thing I notice about your prior post is you say "Verizon claims that I made the calls, thus I must pay." but you also claim to have made the calls yourself, so it isn't necessarily that Verizon "claims" you made the calls, you DID make the calls.
Finally, I have found myself in a similar situation in the past and most likely in the near future. I also didn't(and don't) expect Verizon to pay for my phone usage during those times.

I can see in your account that you have an active calling subscription. Please note that subscriptions renew automatically, as stated in our Terms of Use. In order to continue to play and sync the music you purchased with your old account, you'll need to authorize your new computer/iTunes library to do so. You can do this by choosing Store -> Authorize This Computer and then entering in your old account credentials.
That's all you should need to. Then just create your own account and start purchasing and using it the same you have with the old one.

While configuring OBXK ( Automatic GL account for bank charges) , I see there is provision to enter only one GL account per chart of accounts.
We have two company codes using same chart of accounts but different bank charges GL account. Please tell me how to configure this.

I agree with you it could be the same GL account for bank charges, but the business requirement is such that in one of the two company codes, bank charges are required to be tracked separately to be subsequently transferred to the other company code. This means two separate GL accounts are required for two company codes which needs to be configured in OBXK.

How can I Migrate/Split itunes/icloud account for a large family now that they have family sharing

Ok, now that Apple has finally come out with family sharing I need to get things sorted out and I think it is going to be a mess. I have 6 family members (my spouse and 4 children) all sharing/using one itunes account. For parental reasons this made perfect sense. Now with the the advent of family sharing and such we have alot of sorting and migrating to do and I am very unsure how to go about it. Here is what we have.
Myself - I have a 64GB iPad 3 and a 64GB iPhone 5
Spouse - 64GB iPhone 5
Children - x4 16GB iPhone 5C (pink, blue, green, and a yellow)
We have had one itunes account now for several years, we used to have x4 16GB iphone 4's and a 16GB iPod touch 4 so we needed it to be shared at the time. We all have different Game Center ID's and Facetime/iMessages are all setup to the phone numbers (aside from mine which also uses the itunes e-mail). We currently have 1 upgraded icloud account with 200GB of storage on it (love the new tiers). So here are the questions.
1) How do I go about using and isolating all the devices so they can all use the iCloud storage? Right now if I try and setup backups by device under the what to backup there is no simple "Full Backup" option, they have all the categories separated. I cannot backup my daughters contacts without forcing a merging of them and so on. Same thing with Documents and Data. Would I need to setup a different iCloud account for each device now?
2) iTunes Music/App purchases. Now that they have a family sharing function I am assuming it would be a good time to separate all the devices (aside from my personal iPad/iPhone). If I understand correctly we need to setup a new itunes account for each and link them with family sharing, does this then allow us to disperse/move items from a singular to the multiple account (at least a one time option to move around) or would it simply be shared off the original account? My daughter for example will be 18 next summer and as such no longer under our care. How do we move her items to her account? She has a lot of purchased Music. Now keep in mind I am talking about an account for someone who was 12 when she had her first device and as such needed to be under her parents.
I just want to state that repurchasing things is NOT an option, and to be frank, according to Canadian laws pertaining to *licensing* we actually own the product if we paid for it and have the right to transfer the ownership thereof. This issue went through the courts regarding used copies of OEM editions of Microsoft Windows several years ago and they closed the legal *license* vs ownership separation.

Go to appleid.apple.com to manage the ID, sign in and select to the Name, ID and Email Addresses section, then change the birth date on the bottom right. At the present time you may not be able to enter the correct birth date, but others have had success changing the year to 2000, or the date to 1/1/2001, both of which will have child ID status.

Created new email account for Exchange sync - Won't Sync old mail

I upgraded to 2.0 on an old iPhone. could not get the PUSH to work on my original exchange account setup on the iphone. Created a new email/exchange account on the phone that offered a totally different setup screen and different required info. PUSH now works but will only download 10-15 emails that were previously synced and won't download any old subfolder mail. I have it set to download the last 200 emails. Help!

Exchange accounts have a setting for the number of days to sync. Look in Settings > Mail, Contacts and Calendars > (your account name) > Mail days to sync. This overrides the setting of the number of emails to download. This is on p. 111 of User's Guide.

Your account sounds like it has been hacked. Change your password immediately and contact iTunes support for a refund.

I have an Iphone and an Ipad with one email. There I have downloaded 3 ebooks.
Yesterday, I created an account at ID Adobe with another email. I have downloaded an ebook. I tried to downloading the other ebooks (I already have in the other devices), but was not able due to the a message related to license. I believe the different emails account is the reason. Please help me out. I thought that just my universities ID would be enough, but it is not.

You don't have to do anything with the first iPod that you don't use anymore. If you are planning on keeping it, put in a drawer in your house and forget about it.
You don't need a second account to use with the new iPod. I use one Appl e ID and iTunes library for two iPods, and two iPad. I have different content on all four devices. You can select exactly what you want to sync to each device and it can be different content on all devices.

The question for you is, did you just change the email used in your original Apple ID or did you create a new Apple ID from the new email address. This is how to change the email in an Apple ID;

If you did anything other than this, you likely created a new Apple ID and that will be a problem for you.
