At the album level, before import, I'll try to change something and iTunes (10.5) will crash.  Help?

In addition, I've tried to repair, and even did a system restore, thinking that could help. Its the first time this has happened...

Same thing happens to me in WinXP and Windows 7. The only fields that I can modify on the CD "Get Info" window are the Disc X of Y boxes and the Compilation and Gapless checkboxes.
I can edit the Genre but only if I use the dropdown and choose something that's already there. If I try to type a new genre, iTunes crashes, just as it does if I try to edit Artist, Album Artist, Album Title, etc... Any of the text input fields, basically.
This is a big fail.
