At the request of firefox, I am continully downloading updates to firefox but non are registering ?
I have started to use firefox as my browser after a lapse of several months. This version is now old it seems and i have been asked by Firefox to update it.However evrery time i try it fails to register or it fails to be accepted by my computer, and Firefox omce again demands i update...
You should be able to update using
* Firefox Button -> Help -> About Firefox -> [Update ] <br/> that will currently update you to the latest supported version of firefox 3.6 the point release is 3.6.23, and will soon be 3.6.24
* If you wish to update to the current release Firefox 7.0.1 (Soon to become Firefox 8) download the install file
** for example from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/products/download.html

You may need to ensure that you are using an admin account or have UAC set correctly, and that any security software is not blocking downloads or changes to the system.

Every time I try to get on the Ipod games, it says I have to add more security questions, but no questions are listed, just two buttons that say "Submit" and places to put the answers to the unstated questions. It also asks for a second email address. It then proceeds to lock up. Is this a scam of some sort. There is nothing on the apple website about having additional security questions other than the one, or having a second email to operate the ipod.
You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

I bought a Mac Book Pro retina display, Serial Number C02J*****2, on 8/11/2012. Unfortunately, I am unable to download updates from the App store.Whenever I tried to download updates, it shows me an error message, "we could not complete your request. there is an error in the App Store. Try again later (100). Your Apple ID has been disabled, contact iTune support". However,the problem still persists even after my password has been successfully reset. What is is the error in the app store? I really need help to resolve this issue.
Moreover,I also need help how to update to the mountain lion free of charge as my Mac pro is four(4) days old.

I've just started using the App Tabs. I think this feature could be handy but why are the sites not updated when I start Firefox. Now I have to manually update the site which is somewhat of a downer. Does any of you know where I'm going wrong?
To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step. -
As I said before both app's send signals but none are received by Mainstage and both the ipad 3 (6.1) and macbook pro (10.7.5) see each other via WIFI on the network set up, which I think I did right. I have tried MIDI Disigner and Mainstage shows MIDI activiti, what can I be doing wrong?
Thanx in advance.I agree anti-relay can be using UBE feature. However, there is serious problem in reject the spam mail. My nms is using UBE feature to stop spam mail. According to the work flow of the UBE, the mail is received by nms completely and UBE is going to invesgate the mail address. Although UBE can stop the spam mail, the spam mail have a trouble in returning the mail to the sender. The reason is the sender address is usually not existed in the world. That will cause a lot of mail waiting in the mail queue.
In my experience, do not use UBE for anti-relay. -
Whenever I try to sync either my iPhone4 or iPad I get the following message. "The iPhone (or iPad) cannot be synched. The required file cannot be found." My music will sync but none of my videos or photos will. Please help me somebody. Thanks.

How do I change Mac desktop folder/safari pictures to registered business icons? I have tried almost everythin but none are working. First how do I capture the business icon from the website, then what?
OK, well to start with, you must have the icon file in the correct format. You need to end up with an .icns file. One of the how-to articles should tell you how to do this - iConvert will also do it.
If it is in the correct format, when you click the icon file to highlight it, and click cmd-i, you will see the Get Info window - at the top left, you should see a mini version of the icon. If you do NOT see that icon correctly, the file is not the correct format. So this will not work for a jpg or png file, for example.
Once you have this window open, go to the thumbnail, click it to highlight it blue, and click cmd-C to copy.
Go to your Safari app from the Applications folder (not from the dock), again click cmd-i to open its Get Info window, and again click its icon to highlight it blue. Now click cmd-V to paste. You will be asked for your admin password to authenticate. The icon should now become the one you've pasted in.
You may need to log out and back in for the effect to show on the application file itself.
You might also want to look into Candybar if you plan on doing a lot of icon customization.

The built in BT profiles that iOS has do not include any kind of file sharing. Does the app say that it will text over BT? If so, then the connection would most likely be handled through the app itself. What is the name of this app?

My iPhone 4 shows the carrier name, I can go online with my data plan, but there are no bars and I can't make phone calls.
It worked for some time, less than a week, I made phone calls and all, and all of a sudden the problem mentioned above happened. Now I can't make any phone calls. I can go online with it, even with my Data plan, I can go to the app store (of course) but can't make any phone calls.

Also try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple lo comes up again. You will not lose any data doing this.

I need Firefox to provide an update to resolve the bookmark problem. I tried some of the tips to no avail. firefox is the expert. Please do what is necessary.
I cannot make bookmarks and lost all I had. I tried the solutions here on the forum but that does not work.
I get the message: the bookmark and history will not work because one of the files of Firefox is used by another application.
Some safety sorfware can cause this problem.
The solutions in the forum did not solve the problem.
There is also a website where I cannot login. I get this message: The system could not log you in since you failed the human verification test.
But I did the correct verification test.

Why are the tabs on bank sites no longer useable on Firefox but they are on other browsers?
The tabs for moving from one area of the bank statement to another, such as "Pay Bills" or to "Sign Off" no longer work through Firefox. They did previously, and still do using another browser.
I would like to continue using Firefox but will be forced to use another browser if the of moving around on a site is no longer possible with Firefox.
What's causing it?First, calm down. No need to throw a rampage. Go to options > Security: Under passwords make sure remember passwords is checked. If it is go to saved passwords, find the websites in question delete them and then re-enter your login info. It seems that another Firefox profile has been created on your machine, I would suggesting clicking on one to see if it is your original profile if not, then choose the other. Unable to connect to the internet with firefox but other browsers are fine
i have been a firefox user for years and i have became very dependant on it. However for the past few weeks (i am using the latest version) firefox have been giving me problem. Sporadically and very frequently, there will be connection problem, it would be fine one second and the very next second i cant be connected to anywhere. whatever i click on will not bring me to a new page. it will appear to be loading but eventually nothing will come out. However i do not have this problem with google chrome safari or IE so i do not think its my connection problem. I would really want to continue using firefox so please any help on this?

There is no need to download anything to solve this problem.
If Safari crashes on launch and you don't have another web browser, you should be able to launch Safari by starting up in safe mode.
You may have installed the "Genieo" or "InstallMac" ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those.
After removing the malware, remember to reset your home page in all the web browsers affected, if it was changed.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, then you may have one of the other kinds of adware covered by the support article. Follow the rest of the instructions in the article.
If you find Apple's instructions too hard to follow, ask for an alternative that doesn't require you to trust a black-box application without knowing what it does.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. Chances are you got it from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." When trying to download updates on iPad, the user name it is accessing is not correct. All other devices and actions are working correctly with the correct user name. How do I fix this?

I need it to use the icloud address I always use to puchase from itunes. I don\t know where it found this new email address?
