This has been so - since my Fox Tabs and top sites went missing and the operation of firefox - tabs and ALL was subjected to an invasion my search/conduit - I need my Techie friend - he recommended firefox - but after search /conduit barged in every thing was quite spoiled - My Techie buddy called them Spy-Wares - I have malware bytes and that clears most of it - but I do not find it easy to get the tabs back

A notification that Firefox sync is not working can be compared to the official timestamp of the last Firefox sync in the about:config page. search for "lastsync" and that will have a value of when it last synced.
I am happy to hear that the virus scan cleared most of the issues. In order to get the tabs back from the last session you can click sessionrestore on the home page. [[How do I restore my tabs from last time?]] may be helpful, however if you have restarted Firefox since the tabs may no longer be there.

and if one is so included and somewhat crazy the acrobat reader app
if both or any of those applications fail to be able to read your file then I would
try it in another device/computer
because if the file is damaged or corrupt then there really is nothing one can do apart from re copy it from the org source where it is not damaged or corrupt

If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded then it should show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage - that it where you can redownload items (as long as they remain in the store).

Your phrasing is not clear. How do you reboot into Mac OS? /can you describe the process step by step?
Usually, you should do like this:
- while in win, restart
- immediately after chime, press option or alt key
- wait for 2-3 seconds, you should see the boot options
- select Mac OS partition
If you have performed all these steps, and, after choosing Mac OS partition, you cannot boot into Mac OS, then your system is corrupt and should be reinstalled.
