At what point do you shoot yourself in the face?

I ask that because at the moment it sounds a like more pleasant than listening to BT's hold music.
Two weeks ago I spoke to a customer service manager with regards to a complaint. He assured me it would be passed on to high level complaints and I would "definately" recieve a call back last week.
Suffice to say that call never happened so I've called back today for an update. The first gentleman seemed more interested in arguing with me than anything else and insisted there was no need for high level complaints as he could "fix anything" himself. Finally he passed me onto a manager who confirmed my previous complaint was passed onto high level complaints and he'd put me on hold while he found out what was happening -
I've been on hold now for 15 minutes and the call time has gone past 30. Should I sit here and contemplate shooting harming myself or should I cut my losses and hang up?

You take it correctly. The rights are country-by-country, so the holder in one country may grant rights to sell the content while the holder in another country denies them. This is actually quite common and can be due to all sorts of things, most often that the rights holder in a given country signs some sort of exclusive deal with a single store.
Again, this is not something Apple has any control over. They would much prefer to be able to offer all content in all countries, but that's not up to them.

At what point does iM 09 reputedly drop the 2nd frame of video

Reading the boards it seems to be accepted that iM 09 drops every other frame of video in it's processing as opposed to iMHD 6 which is reputed to produce superior video quality.
At what point in the video processing does iM 09 skip that second frame? Is the quality lost when initially transferring the video info into the program or when the edited info is transferred to iDVD for burning?

iMovie 'drops' the frames of video footage that is in DV format upon export of the video, not import. All the frames are imported, but not used when iMovie is 'shared.'

What determines who you will get in the dropdown when you change approver?

Hello,
When you create a shopping cart, you can replace the default approver. However, when you use the "find" button, I get more or less all users in the system, independent of if they have authoriztion to approve my cart or not. This is not very user friendly I think.
How can I controll what result I get when I use the "find" button?

As per the config guide,when you try to assign the User,using the FIND button,you will get to see all the users with the role "SAP_BBP_STAL_MANAGER" who can approve.
Else you can filter the possible selection with the BADI BBP_CHNG_AGNT_GET.

HH5 what info do you consider neccessary in the GU...

Stephanie suggested a couple of weeks back I create a post related to what information really should be available via the HH5 GUI.
As the unit is being trialled ATM by users I already know that the sync speeds are visable. These where added following input before the trial as I know they weren't planned.
Not a lot needs to be viewable by most users but if available can be of great help to those that help out on the forum with other users problems. All we'd need to do is point them to where they can find the info and ask them to post it.
So what else do you suggest should be available and more importantly why?
One thing I think should also be added is the ability to see the SNR, again as a diagnostic tool.
I'll also add that respond to ICMP ping should be added as a feature so that those who wish can set up a TBB monitor.
What else and why?

I agree with the items you have suggested as being the most needed not sure if the attenuation figure would be a useful addition I will leave that as a discussion point

What else can you manually change in the Manifest XML?

I am developing native Java apps as well as Adobe AIR for Android apps.
I know you can manually change the AndroidManifest.xml file (even if you're using the Flash CS5 Adobe AIR for Android plug-in) to do some different things.
What have you guys had success doing? I've only figured out how to enable moving the apps to the SD card (location "auto").
Anyone else?

Make sure you set the location to auto manually within the XML file, then don't touch the publish settings within the .FLA
file. Next time you publish, you should be able to manually move it to SD card. I can show you the settings if you want it to default to SD card as well.
If it's not working for you, please let me know your process and maybe I can troubleshoot it.

Do you know of other things to manually change in the manifest xml file?
I also develop native apps in Eclipse and there's tons more I can do there, but so far, I haven't been able to get any of those changes to work in Adobe AIR for Android.

I am reading an e-book and the screen has become blurred to the point I cannot see the letters. Other pages are patched grey. I checked the ebook in another computer and it shows no problem. Also, when this happens, other web sites get blurred or patched. Do you know what can it be?

You can try giving it a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds. When you see the silver apple, let go and let it reboot. See if that helps.
But if it doens't or if hte issue repeats you may want to make an appointment at your local apple store and have them check it out.

I can't get any work done... Good thing I am self-employed.

Soooo..... I changed my passcode and forgot it. Yea, I know, pretty stupid but I never said I was majorly inteligent. I tried reseting it and when i synced it back up and it put my passcode back on there. *sigh* I would just really like back on my ipod. If anyone could help me then I would be really greatful.

Plug in your iPod
Go to "My Computer"
Open your iPod's drive (F for me)
Make sure you can see all hidden folders (If you aren't sure go to Tools, Folder Options, View Tab, and check Show)
Open the folder "iPod_Control"
Open the folder called "Device"
Rename the file "_locked" to "_unlocked"

HT1657 At what point are you charged for a movie rental?

Do you get charged for renting an iTunes movie if you don't get to watch it before it expires? If so, that doesn't really seem fair since it is removed after the 30 days are up? ...so, in other words are you charged when you rent and download it, or when you watch it?

You are charged when you rent it - whether you actually then watch it doesn't affect that, and you won't be refunded if you don't.
