I have upgraded my software to OS X Snow Leopard. Now I want to update that to Lion. How do I do that? When I look at the Lion software available for download on the apple site it all seems to be update software for people already a version of Lion.

It seems that recent additions to my iTunes library are not available for download to my (or my son's) iphone - other albums by the same artist are available.
Any help is appreciated...Audiobooks (and ringtones) are currently a one-time only download from the store. Hello, I hope someone can help me.
I pre-ordered Justin Timberlake's new album and have tried to download the album today, however for some reason "Suit & Tie" is listed as unpurchased and will charge me 99p to download?
All the other tracks have downloaded fine apart from this one.
A couple of things I should mention in case they affect this issue:
I am trying to download it directly to my iPhone - I have not loaded up iTunes on my PC as of yet.
I already have the song "Suit & Tie" as a single.
Will iTunes realise I technically already have the song so charge me less and just give me the remainder of the album?We are having this same issue. We have over 200 songs that are now missing and only our most recent ones show up in our ITunes library. Fortunately we have one phone that still has all of our music still in tact. This phone is no longer one I will be using as I upgraded to the Iphone 6, and only the most recent purchased songs remain. The rest are no where to be found and the iTunes store shows that I would need to re-purchase. Not sure what to do as when I tried to sync my last phone, all the songs were gone.

Minimally you need Snow Leopard or greater:

The missing link : the MacBook Pro needs to be powered... as in you need to plug the charger in...
In conclusion, you simply plug everything, turn on the MacBook Pro, close the lid, and there you go ! -

I have to actually same problem today 23.10.2012. For an example I have only changed billing methods and have bought hundreds of apps but I remember clearly that I bought for an example ,,Wikipanion Plus'' and ,,OPlayer'' which is now HD OPlayer and I did not see them in purchased items, neither ,,not on ipad/iphone'' nour ,,not on my computer'' and I check in both my computer. I confirm hereby that I took the chance to re-buy these two Apps again through the same account but I got the message ,,As you have bought the previous version on this account you will get this update for free'' so I clicked yes and I got them both. This doesnt only proof that I have purchased them before and purchased items in iTunes Store has some lacks to fix but also it proofs that I also bought them through that specific account as I had to confirm the buying process. In my opnion this is not a thing which Apple should be relaxed with as its very important that powerusers and regular consumers can trust and rely on doing business and to shop via iTunes. I have a lot of expensive Apple Hardware and for me this is a stepping stone and a serious test on the circle of trust. If this cant be fixed I cannot recommend others to trust the store.
