kind answers. Don: the ORACLE_SID environmental variable
only works for me when the client (sqlplus) is located in
the same host as the server. Hovever, the TWO_TASK tells
my server-less Linux client to connect to my Solaris server.

Insap provides max 9 levels but all companies use 4 levels only.If u want use 9 levels also.
At the time of FBMP configuration u cen give Dunning levels field 9.and then save.U cen run 9 levels inDUNNING RUN F150.
Deifference is one level to another level DUNNING TEXT.
Dunning text determines URGENCY OF DUNNING NOTICE.
U cen give 9 levels dunning text also at the time of fbmp configaration

Sqlplus: Can I define a default service?

This is applicable to those of us which most of
the time log into the same service with SQL*Plus.
I found out that from the Windows environment, I can
always insert the name of my prefered service into the
registry, and every time I run SQL*Plus, I can leave
the 3rd. field ("Host String") empty.
If Oracle Corp. is consistent, there should be some
Unix environment valiable like:
setenv PREF_ORA_SERVICE database@payroll
or something like that, which will allow me to
have an implicit default service (a.k.a. SID)
Is there such a thing?

How can I define a default character enconding for Firefox 4?

Dear Sirs,
I would like to know how can I change the character encoding of Firefox 4 to Western (ISO-8859-1) and keep that character enconding as the default every time I open Firefox 4.
I have noticed the every time I change the default character encoding from Unicode (UTF-8) to Western(ISO8859-1) and close Firefox 4, when I open Firefox 4 the character encoding returns to the Unicode (UTF-8) character encoding.
I would like to keep the Western (ISO8859-1) as the default character encoding. How can I do that?

The default is only used on pages where the server does not send en encoding via the HTTP response header and the code doesn't specify the encoding via a meta tag.
There is usually no need to change the encoding from the default setting Western (ISO-8859-1).
It is probably better to try an Auto-Detect setting (e.g. View > Character Encoding > Auto-Detect > Universal) if you have a problem on specific websites.

How can i define a default calendars between local calendars and osxserver

Hi OSX lovers,
I am using iCal as my e-agenda.
Now, working in a company, I am sharing a calendar originally located on the osx server.
The problem I have, when I receive an event invitation, iCal propose me to add this event to my "local" calendars and not the one I am sharing on the osx server.
My wish would be to be able to define my osx server agenda as my default agenda and that all events would be published in it and not only localy.

G/L Account For incoming payment documents:
Specify the account to be debited when the incoming payment is added. The account displayed is defined in Administration Setup Financials G/L Account Determination Sales General Checks Received .
G/L Account (Table Area) For outgoing payment documents:
Account defined for the selected bank in the House Bank Accounts u2013 Setup window. To have a different account credited when the outgoing payment is added, press TAB and select the required account. You can issue checks from different accounts within the same outgoing payment if required.

1. Can we define budget at Training center level and when defining the course based budget amount need to validate the course amount should not exceed defined budget
amount at training center level ?
2. Also whenever we define the course budget amount under the training organization. The course budgeted amount should be deducted from training center over all budget and validated when defining the next course
How to achieve this ? is any workaround can be suggested

Just with reference to the user guide, got the below statement
"Develop and Budget for Courses
You can assign budgets both for the development of new courses and for the running
costs of all classes scheduled for a course. You can assign instructors and other
resources for course development."
"Price courses: create budgets and create price lists, if appropriate".
Believe we can do the budgeting cost at the class & course level. Or with price list functionality we can capture the cost for course.

There is no exact FM for this
Take the Header level condition number from the doc (KNUMV) and pass to the KONV-KNUMV and take the respective Header level amounts(KWERT) from it based on Condition Typse (KSCHL)
we use VBAK-KNUMV(for SO leve ol)r VBRK-KNUMV(for Billing Doc's) or EKKO-KNUMV (for PO's) to get the record values from KONV

i just want to know , to which level serial numbers can be tracked in WM. is it posible to tack at bin level or it is limited to sloc level in MM ?

no sir i didn't.
but as per findings i can say that,
serial numbers tracking will be there in MM up to SLOC level.
In WM there is no standard way to go down further (eg: bin level)
but through a development u will be able to keep tracking serials up to bin level
at the same time pls study the concept of STORAGE UNIT
i am using that concept and minimised lot of issues
