AT300-105: Have anyone info about updates in the future?

Dear friends,
does anyone know whether we will ever get any form of update for AT300-105, which is currently stuck at 4.0.3.05. ?
The reason I am asking this is that my company has recently introduced BYOD concept and we are eligible to use our own devices for Exchange access (mail, calendar, tasks) and other things.
The native mail client of Android on this version is full of bugs (the worst one is that there is no way to make it actually send an email and Android forums are full of similar complaints).
Needless to say it works from other devices I tried.
So the question is whether we will get the update, since this was, by no way, cheep device, which means I expected way more from the maker in support sense?
The second (if there is no update) is whether is there available some independent update for the native mail service, since I really like calendar integration.

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

If you followed the instructions in the support article exactly (leaving the machine off for two minutes), then it has a hardware fault. Take it to an Apple Store or other authorized service provider for repair.

Capturing Info about Updates to previous transactions

Hello Experts,
I am a newbie and I have a hard time figuring out the following.
In accounting and other applications like stocks there are closing balances that are brought forward to next week/months/year.
How I can write a database object , Say that I am in week 4, and due to some reasons I need to UPDATE a previous transaction (say that happened in in week 2) that changes the closing balance at the end of week 2 accordingly the opening and closing Balance for week 3 changes and also O/balance for week 4 changes.We have similar scenarios in Ledgers etc on yearly basis.
I will be very grateful if some one can help me to understand how It can be implemented using Oracele/RDBMS objects, How I can capture these changes automatically.
Any advice or pointers or small application Will do me a world of good.

Info about going to the store on the 10th.

I just called my store to ask about what time they would open and everything on the 10th. They told me that the employees are getting to the store at 5:00am and at 6:00am they would start handing out cards to people in line to secure their iPhone. So they'll have as many cards as iPhones. So you'll know after 6:00am if you'll get one or not. The store will open at 7:00am. This store is in a more rural place that has a decent population for a rural area. I imagine other stores will do things this way too. He said he really didn't expect too many people to be there at this particular store. No campers anyway. Also I live in Georgia and it's suppose to snow the night before and that morning so I guess they'll be less very cold people waiting because of that. Good luck to everyone going to the store to get their phone. I'm a new customer and I have no idea about my credit so I'm hoping they don't ask for some huge deposit. It would suck to wait in the snow and find out I have to pay like an $800 deposit. lol. Wish me luck!

Haven't heard about them . I use Disk Burner from centromedia ( http://www.centromedia.com/en/products/discburner/index.html ) that along with Patchburn ( http://www.patchburn.de/download.html ) . Patchburn I have because of the drive wouldn't be recognized without it ( came from an old HP pc ) Both are free . Disk Burner works great with iTunes , iMovie , iPhoto ,... it blends itself well with the OS just like it came with the system . Good luck.

I figure that Classic will hang around in 10.5. After that, things more and more unlikely. I'm not a 10.5 beta tester so I can't say that Classic is in there for sure, though I'd be surprised if it's not. I can say that I'd be surprised if Classic is in 10.6. I'd be extremely surprised if it's in 10.7. Depending on the level of Classic support in 10.5, I'll almost certainly be leaving my eMac running 10.4. I don't use Classic that much any more, and the eMac can handle all my Classic tasks with ease.
Those who don't have two or more Macs... buy an external hard drive, make a full clone of your internal drive to the external, and make sure that you can boot off that clone. It might be that you may want to go back to 10.4 on occasion after updating to 10.5, and booting off an external disk is a lot easier than reinstalling the OS.

i have ipod 6th generation 16GB and as u know its up to date to version 1.2 so i'm wondering if there's upcoming update because this version is not enough to be the end, i suggest an update and i have few ideas for it. 1st:custom wallpapers from photos i download. 2nd:moving artist name and album name like the title name. 3rd:an actual battery percentage. that's should be it.

If history is any indication there will be no further update. The Nano is only running the Pixo OS so what you have listed may not be feasible.

Can anyone help about updating error-Acrobat 9 Pro

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, SP2. In the past, I have had issues with error 1601 - Windows installer could not be accessed - when trying to update Acrobat 9 Pro. I then uninstalled SP2, and everything updated in Acrobat just fine. That was about 9 months ago. since then, updates have been fine in Acrobat. Now that 9.4.7 has arrived, I am getting the same error. I have installed 9.4.6 and everthing seemed fine. Can anyone direct me to getting this resolved? I am not willing to uninstall SP2 - it just takes too long to reinstall.

There are many reasons why "automatic" updates may not work
The usual fix is to download and install the updates manually
All Adobe updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

How to get info about updates' repo and versions, including AUR pkgs

I'm writing a little tool in python that checks for updates and displays notification in gnome about available updates. I'm doing this by syncing database to custom directory with:
pacman -Syb /custom/dir
and then getting list of updates with
pacman -Qub /custom/dir
I do it this way because I don't want to sync my real pacman database until I'm actually installing or updating packages. I then get current version and repo of the listed packages with:
yaourt -Q | grep "list\|of\|packages"
It's quite long and seemingly wasteful procedure, but an even bigger issue is that I don't know how to do the same thing with packages from AUR. Looking at the yaourt's man pages I see no option to sync database into a custom directory.
Any suggestions?

It depends on the table.
In the technical settings of any table you can activate the 'Log data changes'. This will log all changes made to that table by any user or application in a table that you can look at in transaction SCU3. However this flag is only looked at if a global system parameter is set.
If the flag is not set then you can look at the audit trail that a lot of tables have (created_at, created_by and/or changed_at, changed_by). However this audit trail is only true, if the application changing the entry in that table also updates the audit trail.
But there is no general tool that would log all changes to any table where you would get that info from.

Does anybody have any advice about updating your book description once the book is live?

I made a careless spelling mistake while filling out the metadata for my children’s ebook. Obviously I quickly changed it and resubmitted my “package”. That was four days ago and the spelling mistake is still there in the book description for all the world to see. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to push this through? It really should only be a 30 second fix yet has turned into a complete nightmare. Please help. Thanks.

The description is one of the metadata fields that you cannot update yourself. You need to contact Apple and ask them to make the change for you. Quote the title, Apple ID, and ISBN of the book, and added description of the exact change needed, or complete replacement text for the description.
