Connect the iPhone to your computer and select it on the left-hand side of your computer's iTunes, and on the right-hand side there should be a series of tabs, one of which is Apps - if you select that tab then you should be able to select which of your apps to sync to the phone (assuming that the apps are compatible with the phone e.g. you have the relevant IOS version on it). You see if the app vendor wrote an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch version of your Android app, or you find a similar app for your iPad, then download the app from the Apple App Store on your iPad. If the app if free, you are all set. If the vendor charges for their app, you need to pay for the replacement app.
If you have data associated with the Android app, then on an app by app bases they may have a way to export or share that data with another version of the same app on another mobile device. Some apps will not have any way to do that.

I only get the option to synch my phone. So, how can I transfer my app purchases into my iTunes library? (I know how to back the phone up, I don't think that's the same thing).

Select Sync Apps under the Apps tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes followed by a sync.
If Sync Apps is not currently selected under the Apps tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes which probably means all 3rd party apps currently installed on your iPhone are not in your iTunes library, before doing so at the iTunes menu bar go to File and select Transfer Purchases From - the name of your iPhone. After confirming all 3rd party apps currently installed on your iPhone are not in your iTunes library where they should be, select Sync Apps under the Apps tab and make sure all apps below are selected including the new app you downloaded with iTunes followed by a sync.
Now after downloading an app direct with your iPhone, the app will be copied to your iTunes library automatically the first time you sync your iPhone with iTunes after doing so. This also allows for removing an app from your iPhone without deleting the app by deselecting the app under the Apps tab followed by a sync. To re-install the app on your iPhone again later, reselect the app under the Apps tab followed by a sync. To install an app on your iPhone after being downloaded with iTunes, make sure the app is selected under the Apps tab followed by a sync. If you restore your iPhone with iTunes if wanted or needed, you can reinstall all apps on your iPhone via the iTunes sync process without having to re-download each app one by one with your iPhone.

I need to transfer an app from my Mac to my iPhone because the vendor bodged an update. I've deleted the broken app from the iPhone and now want to sync apps with my Mac as it has a working copy of the app. However when I go to the syncing screen there are no apps visible:

Don't know when the problem started as I normally keep the apps up to date on each device over wifi.

Apps you purchase from the Mac App Store can only run on the Mac OS X.
Apps purchased from the iTunes store run on iOS based devices such as your iPod.
In other words, you can't run the game for your Mac then copy it to your iPod. Two differenct operating systems.

I had made a whiteboard with the sdk 3.5 for PC, but when i use the same way in the SDK Hero, i can't draw any shape.
I use a image to draw picture on it, and the image.source is a Sprite, and when i creat a new shape, i add it in the Sprite,
it is worked in the sdk 3.5, but it is not work in the Mobile Flex App.
