Hello Stumped65:
All e-mail accounts are different to begin with some only allow a few pictures to send out at ounce. Some e-mail accounts such as Aol.com has templates to load pictures. Click on attach or paper clip icon. When the window opens select picture repeat steps on e-mail accounts with limited settings and tools. Aol allows click and drag and drop. You can put your pictures into a folder and load up that one file. Make sure you select copy picture to new folder first. If just drag and drop methed you are just moving orginal copy to a file folder. When you up load it your pictures are gone. Make it says copy and not move. Windows 7 has very limited methods short cuts. What we did with XP computers is different. Aol Desk top still allows click and drop and animation pictures.
You can still  right click on white part in picture folder window and hold down and drag blue line across picture and ounce blue you then can move them where ever delete, rename selected.  I do not think hot mail (live essental)  or yahoo allows click , drag and drop method. Not with Windows 7 computers.

  • How do you attach multiple pictures to an email? I use yahoo, presently I copy and paste each pic separately , having to go back and forth from my pics and email. I know there's an easier way. I currently use an iPad 2 and this is my first apple product.

I currently use an iPad 2,how does one go about attaching multiple pictures to a yahoo email? Presently I am having to copy then paste each picture
Separately , going back and forth from my picture roll to my email. I tried to copy and paste multiple pictures but it would only paste the last picture
I copied. I am new to apple, so any help would be appreciated .

If you use the Mail App and configure a Yahoo account you can then select up to 5 pictures from the Photo App and mail them as a single e-mail.

  • Is there an easy way to attach a picture to email?

I know I can easily share pictures when I'm in iPhoto, but how do I attach a picture to an email already open?
I click the paperclip icon, then photos, and I'm shown my iPhoto libraries icons.  If I select one of those, it attaches the entire library to the email.  How can I simply browse and then select photos from within those libraries?
I've also tried dragging an image from iPhoto into the open message, but all I get is the file name with no content.
I'm used to Windows, where I simply open a folder and select one or several images to attach.  This apparently doesn't work the same way.
    Thanks for any help.
    Stan

Right click (or control-click) on the file icon and click View as Image.
Whether you personally view it as an image or icon, though, the recipient will still get it. Their own email program may display it in different ways, but you have no control over that.

  • How do i attach multiple documents in email

I am new to mac and email a ton.  I would like to attach documents to my emails, but have them as actual attachments and not part of the body of the email.  I notice there is not an option for an attachment bar.  HELP!!!

Like you, I suffered from "paperclip withdrawal symptoms" using the iPad and iPhone Mail app to email documents. As much as I love these iDevices, I'll forever hope that Apple eventually builds the handy paperclip feature into the Mail app, which we've become so accustomed to in other email systems .
That said, most third-party office productivity apps and some juiced-up email apps make it so simple to  attach multiple docs to an email. On an iPad, you need at least one of them to store the documents you wish to carry around with you and/or share through email. Other than GoodReader (an excellent productivity app!), there are a lot of other well-rated apps you can choose from. I've been using "Air Sharing Pro" and "Group Email with Attachments" for almost a year now -- they're almost as second nature to me now as the paperclip.
I will soon be updating a post I wrote last year about this issue but you may still find it useful. See http://groovinonapps.com/how-to-send-multiple-attachments-on-the-iphone/. Hope this helps.

  • Why can't I can't stream videos or attach documents/pictures to emails

About 2 months ago, I started having problems w/ Firefox. It started that I couldn't attach a document on my email. Then I noticed that I could no longer stream videos on websites such as Hulu. I still can't stream videos and when I try to attach a document to email, I get a red warning saying the document did not attach. I had to go back to Internet Explorer to perform these actions.

I don't know. They play just fine on mine. Haw are you trying to view them?

  • How to attach multiple file in one mail

    Hi,
I've problems with sending multiple files via Gmail account (Ipad version)  When sending the photo or video, I've to just click the photo and choose send to mail one by one. Any simpler way?  Sometimes i did sent both mpg and jpg but the reciepient didn't see any attachment too
Anyone can help advise how to attach different file (doc, video, photo) in one mail will be a lot appreciated. Thank you so much

You can attach multiple pictures to an email on an ipad2. Don't know about original iPad.
Choose a photo or take a screen shot (hold down home button and button next to volume control at same time--screen shot now will appear in photos).
Go to photos and edit your picture or screen shot, save it, then hold down on the image and copy it.
Go to mail, create a new mail and paste it in.
Save you mail as a draft.
Go back to photos and select a different photo, copy it, and return to your draft, and paste it in. Repeat if you need to add more.
Anything that you can take a screen shot or have an photo of can be pasted in one at a time into that draft email.
If mail gets uncooperative, during this process, then double click on home button and quit multitasking mail, then open up mail again and send your draft. Uncooperative means gets frozen.

  • Control key not working when selecting multiple photos for email

Okay, I can't seem to send more than one photo through email no matter how I try to "select them." I am able to select the photos from the photo library. I see the little scrolling screen at the top of the page and then use the control key to select the photos which appear in the larger screen beneath. The problem is, is that I can't send all of the pictures through email, it thinks I am only trying to send one. When I look at the big screen with the pictures I have selected it looks like only one is highlighted and no matter what I try (the control key, shift key) it won't select them, it pops up with an picture editing function. Is my iphoto screwed up? Help!

Okay, I tried both. I clicked <done> at the bottom of the screen and the scroll bar at the top disappeared and then I just see one large photo. The only thing that happens when I double click on the large photo is that it comes back to the scroll bar at the top again, or vice versa. Does that make sense? I'm seriously wondering if my software is screwed up. My husband finally was able to send multiple pictures via email by creating a slideshow and selecting the pictures that way. (iphoto help says you are not able to select pictures to send through email through a slide show....go figure.) I still need to get out of this mode and don't know what to do! Any other suggestions?

  • How can I choose multiple pictures, on the iPad, to attach in an email using Mail?

I can easily choose and attach one picture from Photos to an email in Mail. I cannot seem to figure out how to choose multiple pictures, then attach all of them at once. I even tried using a separate folder to attach but that did not work either. Thanks in advance.

From the Photos app tap Edit.
Tap to select up to 5 photos. More and the Mail option is not possible.
    Tap Share.
    Tap Mail.

  • How to email multiple pictures in one email?

While doing a search on this topic I found answers from 2007 that this was not possible. (That is almost the year when iPhone was released.) So what about now?
PS. Let me give you a simple scenario. My friends and I went out last weekend. I want to send them, say, 10 photos from my iPhone. Some of them are on Androids so they can't use photo library sharing. I don't want to use social networking sites due to pictures being private. I thought that attaching those pictures to an email would be the easiest solution, but I can't seem to figure out how to send them all in one email. My only option is to send out 10 emails

You can send multiple photos with one email.  what you do is open the camera roll and when all the thumbnails appear tap on edit then tap on the photos you want to send and then tap share.  I think there is a limit on the number you can do that way and it is about 5.  If you want to do more you can start your email then minimise the email app open camera roll, tap edit, tap the phot you want then tap share then tap copy, go back to your email app and paste and repeat the process until you have them all

  • How do I attach a picture to an email on my ipad?

How do I, if I can, attach a picture from my gallery to an email?

Tap and hold down in the body of the email - and a black options bar will pop up from which you can select - Insert Photo or Video. Tap that and a window will appear with the photos from the photos app. Find the photo that you want to attach, tap it to select it and then tap Use in the upper right corner of that window.
You can repeat the process of you want to attach multiple photos.

I am not aware of a way except for photos that allows you to select multiple files in an email. I even checked settings in the Adobe Reader app, and it does not show that ability.
