Im having trouble with my Xperia Z3 compact
when i go to attach a video to a text message to send
i get an error saying the files to big too attach, thats even a 3 or 4 second
video i get that error, i have the lasted software installed , im with Telstra
if that makes a difference or not ? any help would be great
Also i cant turn off vibrate when typing characters in text messaging,
ive turned vibration off everywhere i can see too

Go in camera-switch to recording-tap on 3 dots and there should be video resolution. To be able to do that, you need to be on manual mode.

They have to be under the size limit of 1.2MB, the best way to send a video through MMS is to open a message and select attach video and camcorder from option and then record, you should see that on the screen it will say you can capture 1.2mb or 1200kb. Emails can handle larger files but the size will depend on the email providers network limits.

When i export from lightroom slideshow and choose the 1920x1080 resolution the end product is a very small video in the middle of a black background. i have double checked and do not have any borders turned on. Another option would be to export from the library but lr mogrify does not seem to put text overlays on video either. Any input would be welcome.

Attach video file as a help to BW reports on the portal

I would like to attach video file as a visual manual to BW reports published on the portal (one vide file to many reports)
Can somebody tell me what is best way to do it.

The best way is your way and depends on your requirements and available resources.
I can only give you a few points to start from:
1. You may use either Help property of BW reports iviews or [Dynamic Navigation iView|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/32/66c53e5ae84d3be10000000a11405a/frameset.htm] to point users to a video. The second variant is most visible to users.
2. Video may be stored:
2.1. in KM and played by:
a) software on user's workstation.
b) custom developed iView which holds streamed video.
c) javascript/flash video player embedded in custom KM html page.
2.2. on an intranet media server or external video hosting as Youtube. If a security concern does not matter, in general you have only provide a URL to the video.

TB sees my html attachment as a text document

I recently switched email programs from Outlook Express to Mozilla TB. In Outlook I would get a daily email report with an html attachment. I would double click the attachment and it would open in the web browser. Now, however, TB sees the attachment as a text document and will not open it in a browser.
If I save the attachment to my desktop and open it from there, it will open correctly in the browser.
Is there any way to change my settings to have the attachment be recognized as html and open in a browser?

The mail is probably generated by a script on a web site or router written by an ignorant programmer, quite probably using a script they copied from somewhere else because they know nothing of email.
If you look in your message source (ctrl+U) and check the encoding of the data and I am guessing your will not see.

I would expect something like application octet stream if it is as poorly put together as most script generated emails are.
You may find the add-on [https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/index-en.html#openattach Open attachments by extension] will work around the deficiencies in the mailers software. But ideally the generating software should be brought up to standard.

On your second Question how to take a picture that is in the folder you mention try long pressing on the picture and see if brings up a small list of options if does see if shows your Gallery as an option if so press it see then see if any happens hopefully it move to the Gallery.. hit your home button then hit your apps button go to Gallery and see if the picture is in there and it may already be in there under a certain label but give that a try and let me know what ya came up with.. b

Cellular data is a feature from your phone carrier. Have you contacted them to resolve your issue.

That is exactly what I've been doing.
I get dozens of photos from a job site every day and it just takes forever.
I had hoped there was an easier - or at least more direct and simpler way.

Sending a video by text on n73

im trying to send a video by text message and all i keep getting is a message that says Unable to insert object format not supported in restricted creation mode. I've never seen this message before and have never had any trouble sending videos. Any help would be appreciated.

You can't send video as a text message ( SMS, Short Message Service ).
You can send as MMS ( Multimedia Message Service ), but not all kinds and sizes of video clips. And even if the phone lets you send something, it doesn't mean that the recipient can receive such a message.
Anyway, in the "Messaging" app, hit "Options", choose "Settings" and then "Multimedia message". There you can ease up the default restrictions ( "MMS creation mode" setting ).
