I want to add URLas notification in Change Special Information Types process in HRSSA workflow.How to proceed?
The URL should appear in employee review page V4.0

You are not missing something or doing something wrong. i Hope :). This behavior is reproductible.
The granularity of change is better by Powershell. But by the interface is most user-friendly.
Maybe that's the reason of this behavior.

Sharepoint 2013 - change database information (type virtual ip instead of sql alias name)

i have a sharepoint 2013 farm. when i set up the farm i used sql alias. however , i want to remove sql alias and type a virtual ip instead of it. Is it possible on sharepoint. If so , how can i do it ?
thank you!For the entire farm, no this is not possible. The connection information for the Administration and Configuration databases cannot be changed. So you need to continue relying on the alias.
What you could do is make a DNS alias that matches the SQL Alias in-use by SharePoint. Map the DNS A record to the VIP. Stop SharePoint-related services and then remove the SQL Alias via cliconfg.exe.

I have a problem with either Mountain Lion, Safari or Mail 6.0.
When I try to attach a URL as a link that is taken from Safari to mail 6.0 the font and font size changes!!!!!
It changes from comic sans 24 to heltvekia 12!!!! What the heck is going on??????
Thanks for any help you can shed on this problem.
BBC1050I also upgraded to Lion and do have font problems in Mail. Just in some mails, including my own signature.
I just updated today with 10.7.1, but still have the font problem.

Local testing server root and web url
I would like to know if I have correctly set up my local testing server for the root folders. Very new to this.
Local site folder is at C:\xampp\htdocs\NIF\.
Test server folder is C:\xampp\htdocs\NIF\
Web URL is http://localhost/NIF/
Links are relative to document.
In case it matters, site is using ZenPhoto gallery.
I can see my index page's dynamic content in LiveView, but I'm not sure if I have the root paths correct.
Root of the online website is at http://natureinfocus.com/ with a gallery at http://natureinfocus.com/galleries
Currently an address in DW shows http://localhost/nif/galleries/ where the actual website would show http://natureinfocus.com/galleries/
I've put testing site root in a subfolder since I may have several sites.
Do I have this set up correctly or do I need to change soemthig since I've put the root in a subfolder?
Also wasn't sure if links should be set instead to relative to document or site root?
Thanks for any help.Since I have Windows 7 64 bit system., I get the usual error message about running this program only from my XAMPP directory (which everyone says to not worry about). MySQL service starts ok. Text in the windows says Apache started, but the "Start" button doesn't change to Stop and Admin button is grayed out.

Unable to display SSHR Review Page when I click on a URL in a Notification
Hi,
We have a requirement to display the Review Page of the Employee Self Service Manage Payroll Payments function in a notification. I have copied the original seeded workflow process and added the notification step. However, when the notification is generated and the link to view the Review page is clicked, we are receiving an error. Why is this? Is this a bug? We have defined the function and workflow attributes correctly.
The message has an attribute called 'Click here to view bank account details'. That attribute has a value of :
JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?akRegionCode=PAY_PAYMENTS_REVIEW_SS&akRegionApplicationId=800&OAFunc= XXTEST_PAY_EMP_PAYMENTS&NtfId=-&#NID-&retainAM=Y

Problem in CS5 with web URL links
HI. I have a newletter with links to web URLs in it. Until inDesign CS5, they automatically "went live" in my PDF version. Since I upgraded to CS5, if there is a line break, the URL only picks up the first line, until the soft line break, so many of the links don't work. I have set it for no hyphenation... have selected the URL and made it a "hyperlink from URL"... In some cases that works and in some cases it doesn't, and I can't figure out why. What am I missing? Thank You.
I am working in CS5 (it says version 7) - it was acting just as you describe.
I got mine to work every time by doing this:
I paste the link into the inDesign document. I make sure it has the www and everything,
but it doesn't appear to need the http:// in the front of it.
Then I carefully highlight it (careful not to pick up an extra space before or after).
Then I go to the TYPE menu, select HYPERLINKS & CROSS REFERENCES
and from the pop-out CREATE NEW HYPERLINK from URL.
This works.
I have found if I need to change it I have to delete the whole area and start over, but it gets me there.
I found if I use the global command right below that I also get into trouble trying to change things later.

Attaching a URL which does not start with HTTP / HTTPS in SAP TM
Dear Experts,
I am trying to insert a new URL to a Attachments table in FWO / FRB application.
My URL neither start with HTTP nor HTTPS (Ex: Z3://searchsmartstart...). while I am trying to insert such URL, I am getting an error message 'URL not valid.Check if the URL contains the protocol (HTTP/HTTPS). Message ID - /SCMTMS/UI_MESSAGES and message number 088.
After some analysis, I have understood that WebDynpro ABAP framework does not accept such URL.
Could you please guide, is there any other way of doing it? The URL which I am trying to access is of SMART CLIENT.

Yes, you can achieve the same via URL redirection. Please follow the below steps.
1.Create a service in SICF e.g. sap/bc/redirect_z3 in your SAP TM system and follow following steps.
2. Create a class with interface IF_HTTP_EXTENSION e.g. ZCL_REDIRECT_URL
3. Maintain class created in step 2 into the Handler List of the service created in step 1.
4. In class ZCL_REDIRECT_URL Method IF_HTTP_EXTENSION~HANDLE_REQUEST write below code
Data: lv_target type string.
lv_target = 'Z3://searchsmartstart.......'
server->response->redirect( url = lv_target ).
5. You can also read the parameter from the source URL with below program code
CALL METHOD server->request->get_form_data
EXPORTING
name = 'PAR1'
CHANGING
data = lv_par1.
6. Now attach the URL of your service created in step 1(Which will be http/https URL) to Attachments table in FWO / FRB application with parameter you want.
Now once you click this URL , Mehtod IF_HTTP_EXTENSION~HANDLE_REQUEST in Handler list class will execute here you can read the parameter as mentioned above and form a target URL and redirect to you intended target .

Can somebody tell me how I can attach PDF file from local folder into the attachment list in the service notification(tcode IW52) ?
Also how i can get the list of documents attached to the service notification ?
I should attach the file from module pool program(from custom transaction).
Is there any FM or some class methods that can make the attachment ?

2. Go to IW52, Click on GOS icon, Create... --> Create Attachment.
You will get a file select Dialog box, refer to your desktop file and attach. You can attach number of files this way. If you want to see the files you've attached, click on the Attachment list shown below Create.. in the above picture. You will get the list of all files attached. You can choose anyone and view.

Having problems accessing SSRS on a new commissioned SQL server. In the "Web Service URL" page of the "Reporting Services Configuration Manager", I'm clicking on the link next to the label "Report Server Web Urls". I'm
prompted for a domain username/password, none of which appear to work - the credentials box just keeps reappearing.
I know these credentials are OK as one of them is my own domain username/password.
There is nothing around this time in the event log or the SQL server log(s), however there are a number of these much earlier on:
Login failed for user '***\*****'. Reason: Token-based server access validation failed with an infrastructure error. Check for previous errors. [CLIENT: <local machine>]
I have since rebooted the server and tried again, same result but there is nothing of value in the logfile
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles
Or in the logfiles available from SSMS.

According to your description, when you tried to access SSRS on a new server, you got the error message: Reason: Token-based server access validation failed with an infrastructure error. Check for previous errors. [CLIENT: <local machine>].
State 11 corresponds to “Valid login but server access failure”, which means that SQL Server was able to authenticate you, but weren't able to validate with the underlying Windows permissions. It could be that the Windows login has no profile or that permissions
could not be checked due to UAC. To troubleshoot the problem, please refer to the following steps:
If the login is directly mapped to the list of available logins in the SQL instance, then check if the SID of the login matches the SID of the Windows Login.
Turn off UAC or running SSMS as administrator.

Attaching local URL via WS 2.0 returns SBL-DBC-00111 and SBL-EAI-04375
I can create attachments using Insert in WS 2.0. Now I need to create an attachment as URL to a local server, in the form User Guide suggests: as \\scdept\attachments\products.xls and I also know that I can do it via OD GUI.
But any attempt to do it via WS returns this error:
*Method 'WriteRecord' of business component 'Opportunity Attachment' (integration component 'Opportunity_Opportunity Attachment') for record with search specification '[Id] = "AIHA-HBX3A"' returned the following error:"An error has occurred writing to a record.*
*Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00111)"(SBL-EAI-04375)*

I tried removing parent ID ( OpportunityId ), I tried adding +<FileExtension>URL</FileExtension>+, I tried specifying URL as file://backup/Shared/customers/AIHA-GVS1O_Form.txt, ... The same error is always returned.
Do I have to revert to WS 1.0? Does it work there?
Are file URLs supported at all with WS (as opposed to HTTP and FTP)?I saw this message recently in some testing, but only see it intermittently in one environment - did you ever resolve this issue?
