Attachment list is not visible

Dear all
I have connected an external server to SAP.
Created repository and created Doc types (say for ex : ZFIINV, ZMM DRW) and created entries using tcode OAC3
now i have assigned my doc type to corresponding Business Objects (BKPF for accounting doc,BUS2105 for purchase requisition ,MKPF for MM related docs)
now i have created entries for my scanned docs in table TOA01.
i can search an display these docs which are already placed there in my content server. but i can not see these documents links entries in the attachment list of corresponding Business objects entries.
for example in BO : BKPF attachment list i cant see al the link entries .
please suggest whether any BO is not published or R/3 application connection to the generic object service is not done?

Hi Sandeep,
I am not totallt getting your point but can suggest following points:
1. Check whether these object are displaying in DIR's as object links.
2. If it is there then it shoud be displayed in document data of those objects.
3. Check that documents are properly checked-in.

Attachment option is not visible when sending an email through aol.com.

When you are composing an email tap at the location you want to insert a photo or video. The option to insert comes up. Tap on that and select the photo or video you wish to insert.
Alternately you can use the Photos app and select up to five photos to insert into an email. Tap select, select the photos and then tap the Share icon. Select Mail and an email will be created. You can then address the email, add a subject and type in content.
To attach other things like a PDF, Word Doc, etc. you need to use the app that creates or edit seize items. Again select the item you want to email and tap on the Share icon in the appropriate app.

from apple ONLINE HELP they told me yahoo version is different than the ipad version??????????
then today they told me not to go thru safari but use the yahoo email app
tried that as well and still no icon of attachment is seen.
PLS CAN SOMEONE HELP AS TO HOW DOES ONE SEE THE ICON FOR ATTACHMENT....as even the apple store guys are unable to help

Attachment possible in the process but after submission (with attachment), when approver opens the process, attachment section is not visible to them. We are using FPM forms.

Your below part is really what what I want....
"Now if you expect that when the user clicks "back to author" that you can "catch" that in your "do operations", then that is very wrong. "Do Operations" only gets triggered by the started "check", "user_event_check" and your "user events" set up as such. Things like "back to author" or "withdraw" are handled within the application itself.You would have to modify/enhance that in order to "catch" the "back to author" button press event."
Any help on how to achieve this functionality would be greatly appreciated.

Services for Objects Attachement List Display Note not Viewable

Hi Experts!
Good day! I'm trying to display a note in FK03 (related to Services for Objects - Attachment List) and I only see white screen pop up window. No message and text information. When I tried to use another PC I can successfully view it.
Is there's a plugin that I may need to install?

It is my understanding that the IXOS licensing is based on users retrieving of documents not necessarily the viewer so the licensing implications of having non-IXOS viewers accessing documents using the generic archivelink viewer is still likely to result in licensing implications if an audit is conducted at any stage.
The transaction for specifying the viewer is the OAA3 and OAG4.

Attachment link is not visible- external content server

I have integrated an external content server to SAP
i have done following activities:
1) I have maintained content repository using Tcode OAC0
2) I have Maintained Global Doc Type (ZFININV Finance Invoice scan doc document class: TIF) using Tcode OAC2
3) i have maintained Link for Doc type ZFININV and assigned Object type: BKPF    using tcode OAC3
4) I have all My documents scaned and residing there on my content server . So i have manually created entry for these documents in Table TOA01 .
5) I have maintained protocol using tcode OAA3
      Function : Display Stored Document
     Doc Class: FAX
      communication type : HTTP
In application Maintenance i have used internet explorer as an application.
7) In tcode OAG4 : i have maintained settings for storage and display.
8) Now i can search document using Tcode OAAD. i can display document in my content server viewer
Now my customer wants that while doing business transaction , customer should be able to attach link of supporting document   which is already residing there on my content server.
Say for example: I display a Finance document using tcode FB03. While doing maintenance of this document ,from the same screen , i want to attach supporting document (or link of the document) which is already archived there in my content server
but when i click on attachment list (using GOS) , i can not see any link which i can attach to this transaction
please suggest me .. whether i forgot any step Or is there any other way to do this requirement?

Alteratively, in FB03, try using Environment -> Additional Assignments to see if it meets your requirements. You will have to explore a bit and do some trial and error tests for the solution as this is a particular requirement which you have got.

For this additional assignment, the time at which the business object was created does not matter. It is also possible to assign other archived documents to existing business objects. An archived document is assigned using the function module ARCHIV_APPEND_DIALOG_META.
This additional assignment fulfils my requirement . but i cant see this option for other transaction (say for example ME51n or MM01 ) for which i can do this additional object assignment.
Is it possible to add this additional assignment option in another business transactions context menu? or anyother work around to fulfill this requirement...

In Explorer drop dowl list is not visible for Entities, Hierarchies, Collection

I am using SQL Server 2012 MDS on Windows 8.1 Pro. The drop down list of entities, Hierarchies, and collections is not visible on explorer screen. When I hover over the Entity menu the drop down seems to appear but hiding behind the rest of the screen.
Same issue with Hierarchy and Collections menu. To get to entities list I have to click on explorer menu and then the drop downs start showing up.

My wish list is not visible

I ad selections to my wish list...but when I go to home and under quick links, My Wish List is not there????

The 'buy all' has, for some reason, been removed from the current version of iTunes - you can try leaving feedback for Apple and maybe it'll be added back in a future update :http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html . Until then you can only buy items individually.
In terms of the 'x' for deleting items from it, other people have posted about that and it's affecting me as well. I assume that there is a bug with the current version of iTunes and/or a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix.

OAF Attachment Table is not visible

Hi Experts,
I am trying to add the standard attachment region to a page. Have created Attachment Region using Personalization and
Entity name : custom entity name
View : Standard VO used in the page
Primary Key : Unique column from the VO
When I added the attachment table, the table is not appearing in the page, only the Text given while creating the Attachment Table item is being shown.
The page is:
Sourcing -> RFI -> Online Discussions -> Create New Message
The strange thing is if I give any other (validation VO or summary VO) then the Attachment Table is appearing, but I can not use them because they don't have the primary key columns.
Could you help me in finding the issue. Thanks in advance.

have you creates a entity using AK HTML Forms responsibilty ,check FND_DOCUMENT_ENTITIES table whether your entity exists or not ?

Also if attachement not to be added as column in table , use attachment link instead of attachment table

Wish list is not visible and store searches are blank too

Upgraded to ITunes 11.2.2, the latest, using 10.6.8 OS on an Imac and first I noticed no images in my Wishlist. Just a blank screen, with the ability to sort by name ,etc tab. Now when I do a search for an artist or an album on the store, I get a blank screen also for results, i see the text for showing the options of Aps, Music, Movies, but no images of search results. Very frustrating.

GOS attachment list could not open office 2007 docs

HI All,
My client environment is still uses office 2003.
but documents attached to the financial accounting documents may have office 2007 files attached.
when we try to open these docs we get an error.
Is there any OSS note available for the same?
it is in GOS services.

Office 2007 changed their file structure. Files are now saved as .docx for word files. Old style was just .doc. Open the document on your PC, choose FILE-> SAVE AS-> 97-2003 document. This will save it with the .doc extension. Then transfer to your BlackBerry. Same for Excel and Powerpoint as well.

List Template not visible

Hi,
I have two sites A and B.
I save a list as template in site A and then import it in site B. I can create a new app using that template.
I save another list as template in site A and then import it in site B successfully. But this one I don't see in the app lists.
Is there a limit on number of templates that can be migrated ? If not, kindly clarify.

List style not visible in printed documentation

Is this a bug??? I opted to use a numbered list style rather than a numbered paragraph style to label procedural steps. The advantage of a list style is that skip numbering would not work properly using the paragraph style. i.e.:
'Steps' Paragraph style with numbering associated:
First step.
          Result of first step.
Second step.            * Bullets and Numbering does not allow me to consistently "Restart numbering at 2" (and HTML this produces is faulty).
'NumberedStep' List style with numbering:
   1. First step.
           Result of first step.
   2. Second step.               * Bullets and Numbering allow me to consistently "Restart numbering at 2."
Now I see the consequences of my decision: My 'NumberedStep' style is not included in the styles dropdown. Inconvenient, but not itself the end of the world.
The real problem is this: Printed Documents are not consistent with the style defined in 'NumberedStep'.
The font is larger than it should be, and indents are all over the place:

On first review, all the styles in my source translated easily to Word, but the style for NumberedStep text was not. That text is now 'Normal'.
I've hunted high and low to solve this issue, so a direct reply is appreciated.

Firstly, your better off using liststyles than paragraph list styles, I screwed around a long time before I had to set everything to liststyles rather than paragraph ones. So dont worry about that.
The first issue, of not seeing the style - it is there, if you open the Styles tab on screen (click in a topic to get the cursor, then Format > Styles), not just the dropdown like youve shown youll see a list of all your styles, almost, it will show paragraph styles, click the drop-down and select All available styles, this will display your list styles as well!
Im not sure about the style settings, I have the same text setting applied in my list style as I use for my 'normal' text. Though I think you can select the text in a list and apply a paragraph style to it....i just tried and it worked, but to be on the safe side you might want to set the text formatting in the list style css too..
mine looks like this

As for printed formats not indenting lists, this is an issue. So far I have found no way around it because you cannot map a list styles in RH to a list style in Word. This has also created errors for line spacing and indents - and I found the indents are severly messed up when using list styles in snippets. Everytime I create printed documentation I have to manually fix it, a pain but it doesnt take too long....you could use macros etc to speed it all up for you.

You would not be able to add attachments from Safari on your iPad. You would need to setup your Yahoo mail in Mail on your iPad and then you can add your Photos and videos within your Photos app.

I can open my e-mail but a message list is not visible. Concerns Firefox 4. With Crome is no problem.

I changed Firefox 3.6 to 4 and with this download become a problem. I can't see my e-mail message list, meens I can't reed may e-mails. This problem is only with Firefox 4 no older versions. Chrome shows my e-mails correctly. Must I change the browser?

OK - I fixed this myself. On a hunch I used Firefox to check my plug-ins. I deleted all the old java plug-ins and installed the latest update and hotmail now works. How people with no computer knowledge at all solve their problems I'm blowed if I know. It shouldn't be this hard...
