Attachment "there" but not downloading
Hi, I'm having trouble trying to download a JPEG file. I've gotten an email saying "1 Attachment, 0 bytes". There's no image there that I can see. I switch to a view the Raw Source in the message and can see loads of code there, so I tried to copy that and paste into a text only file and save with the suffix .jpg. That file winds up being about 4.2MB in size, so I know something is there, but alas, nothing opens in Photoshop or any other image program I have. Any help available?
Others (on PC's) can view the image, but I can't. Very frustrating.

From the App Store menu bar top of your screen click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads...
If that didn't help > Mac App Store: How to resume interrupted downloads
If that didn't help either, turn off the Firewall in System Preferences - Security. Try again.
And if you have anti virus software installed, disable that, try again.
When you post for help, please tell us which Mac OS X version you have installed. If you aren't certain, click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac.

I understand there have been outages. I was unable to sign into iTunes but within the last 5 minutes I was able to sign in- but not download apps. Has anyone else seen improvements in regards to the outages?
Yeah...in United States...everything is back up...but still a little creaky and slow.

I am having trouble with iMessage being activated. It has worked up until yesterday and now won't activate and is saying no address in the send and receive section. My number is there but not ticked. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I have shut down my phone, but still no luck!
iMessage and FaceTime went down yesterday for some people. Mine is still down. My iMessage is saying the same thing about being activated. Sounds like you are still down too. Ignore the status page that says everything is fine - it lies.

I upgraded to OS Yosemite on my MacBook Air...and I cannot upgrade the Adobe Flash download that Adobe keeps asking me to download. I get the screen and when I click on the icon it just creates a new window but not download. Thoughts?
I just tried the link and it is just fine. If the GateKeeper pops up then open Security & Privacy preferences, click on the General tab, set the last radio button to Anywhere.

I rented a movie on my iPad. It began to download but then it disappeared. I freed up a ton of storage space to make sure I had the room for it. The movie appears in my rented videos, but when I click it, it says, "video rented but not downloaded. Go to downloads to manage downloads". Where did my downloads go? I re-booted my iPad, signed off/on iTunes etc. I can't find a folder with downloadable items anywhere. ITunes just tells me, "you've already rented this video. Do you want to rent it again?" What happened to my movie?

I am trying to save a mp3 file but firefox does not allow me to save it...it allows me to play the file but not download and asave it to my computer. How do I enable Firefox to save mp3 files on my computer?
Go to Options>Applications tab > search MPEG Layer 3 audio(audio/mpeg) > use "Save File" option on drop down menu.

Why will my brand new iPod touch allow me to purchase songs but not download them?
Can someone tell me why my new iPod touch is allowing me to buy songs but not downloading the songs currently being purchased? The new songs actually show up on my iPad but not my iPod which is the device they were purchased on.
Try configuring your iCloud sync settings for music across devices, also go to the iTunes app hit more, then purchased and then hit the download button

I have signed in to my account and am able to brouse media but not download or purchase anything. The "buy" button is also white instead of blue and nothing happens when I click to buy. I am able to make purchaces on the same account on my iphone as well. What might be causing this issue?
Having the same problem and i just thought it was me ? So frustrating went to my local Apple store and they told me to re-load Itunes again,Done that but still can not buy songs???????????

I can not right click "open in new tab" nor open in new window, in my bookmark file.the bookmarks are all there, but I have to open a tab first then left click to open an item. Why can't I right click? The options are there, but not highlighted/clickable.

Been using mail forever and only with my gmail account. All of a sudden, all my inbox mails are missing except for anything after yest night. I log into gmail on safari and everything is there but not on my mac or iphone in mail

How can I get the iTunes music on my phone on my computer as well? Some of it is there but not everything...
I had the similar problem last night and found a solution (although it takes more than a few clicks). Highlight all the album tracks in itunes on the pc and right click "get info". Check the artwork box in this window. I found that the now playing art was showing up in the itunes window, but on songs that were missing artwork showed nothing in the get info box. When I replaced the artwork by using the artwork command, or manually adding it into the "get info" window. It was annoying but my iphone updated every album.
