Attachment to email causes send failure
I attach a 3,400 kb .pdf file to an email. I notice the 'uploading attachment' icon does not move. after clicking on send, the email frequently fails to send and is 'returned' with a failure notice.
using outlook web access light in firefox does this. using same from MSexplorer has no problem.
Hi there,
Define a new customized Z table & maintain the required mail ids in the table.
in the O/p processing prog, call the Z table & send the mail to the mail ids mentioned in it.
For formality, assign the O/p to an partner function in your condition records.

Scanning, Attaching to emails, and Sending in Color using a MAC
I need to be able to scan color images to my desk top, attach them to emails and send the emails so that when received and read they will be in color. I know how to scan the colored images to my desk top, but when I go to view them they are in black and white/not in color. Why and now do I get them scanned in color? I need to know this sooner rather than later please!
Also, my printer is still under warranty. How do I get someone from customer/technical support on the phone to troubleshoot this and tell me how to fix the problem? I cannot get a hold of anyone. All the numbers I try are useless because I can't get anyone on the phone.

I imported digital photos but cannot attach to email for send off
I do not know what happened. I imported digital photos from my Olympus into Iphoto without trouble, but when I try to send as an attachment thru email, the items cannot be opened as photos . I had no trouble in the past. What happened?
I imported digital photos from my Olympus into Iphoto without trouble, but when I try to send as an attachment thru email, the items cannot be opened as photos .
How exactly are you trying to send them?
Do you select the photos in iPhoto and use the "Share > Email" feature? With iPhoto or Mail as set as Mail client?
Or do you access the iPhoto Library from Mail via the Media Browser?
the items cannot be opened as photos
When you try to attach them for mailing or after they have been received?
Please explain more so we can understand your problem better. And what iPhoto version and email program are you using?

i am able to send email simply
but how can i send attachement with email(plese send code)hi there
Lets say you want to attach a gif file, this code uses me to display the images in the body message but they transferred as attachments, and in the body message i call them. one of the lines there (*) i think couse the attachment files to disappear when you get the message, which means they only appears in the body message and not as attachments. i hope you'll understand, it is not simple at all.
MimeMultipart mp = new MimeMultipart("related");
mp.addBodyPart(YourBodyMsg);
File f = new File("test.gif");
String fileName = f.getName();
MimeBodyPart part2 = new MimeBodyPart();
FileDataSource fds = new FileDataSource(f);
part2.setDataHandler(new DataHandler(fds));
part2.setFileName(fileName);
part2.setDisposition("inline"); //*
part2.addHeader("Content-Type", "Image/gif");
part2.addHeader("Content-Transfer-Encoding", "base64");
part2.addHeader("Content-ID", "<" + fileName + ">"); //*
mp.addBodyPart(part2) -
I have a Galaxy S5. When I try to send, forward or reply to an email with an attachment or picture it gets stuck in my outbox with a final message on my notification page of "sending failure". I can receive any email with pics or attachments. I have removed and re added my email accounts as well as cleared the cache without any luck. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!Try doing this, uninstall your email app then power down & remove battery and SIM card. Next re-power phone and do a regular reset of the phone (not a restart) with SIM installed. This will be listed under settings, backup and restore then tap Reset settings. now reinstall email app and setup your account. This in a normal working phone will clear most email problems along with correct account settings.

Clicking the envelope icon or choosing the menu option works as usual, but when I try to send the email in outlook 2003 I get an error message that says "The email failed, try again." Then Outlook freezes and you have to end its task in order to continue. I've had this issue on two seperate machines. Any ideas, aside from attaching the email from outlook manually?
Does this happen for all the files or only files greater than a certain size?

Just started getting a MESSAGE SEND FAILURE response when I attach n send a photo with my texts. Why? How do I fix it?
Did you try what was suggested on that page i.e. disconnecting the iPad from your computer and turning the iPad off (press and hold the sleep/wake button until the red 'slide to power off' appears on screen and slide that) and then back on ?
And if the backup doesn't work after that then try a soft-reset instead of the off and on : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
How can I get a newsletter created in PDF format to appear in the body of an email I send, rather than attach it.
You cannot. (A few email programs might show it automatically; you cannot stop that either).

Hi,
I searched around the forum to resolve my issue and there's alot of post that is related but i can't find any answer to my issues.
Here's the scenario :-
I try to convert the smartform to PDF and then send the PDF as an attachment via email.

Adobe Reader could not open '4500002325.PDF' because it is either not a supported fle type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email and wasn't correctly decoded

Quote from the Following [LINK|http://www.sap-basis-abap.com/smartforms/convert-the-smart-form-into-pdf-and-send.htm] -
I have created a email in Fireworks and wanted to make a line of text a hyperlink that would take the viewer to a page on my website. I want to attach the final document to my email and sending it out.
1) design for no wider than 600px (otherwise it may not fit in email clients).
2) Slice up your newsletter design in segments for images and html areas with the slice tool.
3) add the <a href="http://www.yourwebsite.com">my website</a> link in one of the html areas.
4) export as generic html 4 code, and put the images in a separate folder.
5) upload all the images to your website's server in a folder (you cannot embed images in an email newsletter - they must link to externally hosted images).
6) change all the links in your html page to the ones that were loaded up on your server. For example, an image's source link would work out similar to this: <img src="http://www.yourwebsite.com/newsletter/image1.jpg" alt="alternate description of your image">
7) open the newsletter with working external images in Chrome or Firefox. Select the entire page content (ctrl-a), and copy it (ctrl-c).
8) create a new email in your mail client. Place the cursor in the body. Paste the newsletter (ctrl-v).
9) send your newsletter to hundreds of recipients, and get blacklisted by several email servers. Receive warning messages from your own hosting provider not to spam other users' email accounts.
10) realize this is too much of a hassle, and instead opt for a service such as MailChimp.
(The result in (9) depends on whether you sent out your newletter only to acquaintances, or not. But even then you might be warned off.)
Btw, many email clients turn off images in an email by default. You must provide the most important content as html, not as images. -
