Attachments imbedding in emails when recieved in Entourage

Why, when I send attachments of images or single page pdf's in Mail does it automatically open these files and imbe them in the email and stop them being an attachment (especially when sent to an email address opened in Entourage)? I have tried right clicking on the attachments and selecting view as icon but it when sent the file stops being a file and agailn imbeds itself in the email (stops being an attachments) and the recipient can not download the file.
I can not be the only one experianceing this problem. It has existed for a while but I have been unable to find a solution and have to resourt to loging onto the online exchange server send email to these acounts.
Hopefuly someone has a solution.

As a test, have you tried sending an email to yourself with a fairly large photo attachment - a photo much larger in size than 100KB or so for example. With wi-fi turned off, download the email when connected to AT&T's network. If the attachment is fairly small in size, it may download with the message. A larger attachment should require selecting the attachment to download it separately. I'm not sure what the designated size of an attachment that requires this, but having to download an attachment separately when connected to AT&T's network - especially with a larger attachment or when there are multiple attachments has been my experience.

Has anyone received an answer to this? It seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. In the past i had no trouble receiving emails to reset my password but for the past week I havne't been able to login, my security questions didn't work and I haven't received any of the emails to reset my password. I've created a new Account but would rather get into my old account because it's linked to my perfered email address. Hum..

What format are the attachments? If Pages will not display them properly you will need an application that does. Pages usually opens word documents but can give problems at times, if they are MS Word documents, try Libre Office or failing that you may have to purchase MS Word for Mac, maybe you will need to buy the complete Office suite.
The other possiblity is that you already have a suitable application and Pages is loading the file by default, if so change the default application to open that file type.

How to cancel email being recieved on blackberry

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I have broken my storm, and need to stop emails being recieved to the phone. the problem i have is that it is unlocked and being used on O2,
i haven't registered the phone to the blackberry internet service, so i assume i am going to have a problem getting the emails to be stopped to the phone.
Has anyone got any advice on this.

The point is to create a BIS login account -- not an @BB email address. If you create a BIS login account and associate it to your device PIN, you will then be able, from a PC/web browser, to log into that account and remove the BIS conduits that you had created on your BB.
BIS via the BIS website or BIS via the device interface (Setup > Email Settings) -- they are the same thing. It's just that, to use the BIS website, there needs to be an account created and associated to the PIN. If just using the device, there's no need for that association since the request is coming from the very device with that PIN. But, since you can't see your device screen, the only way for you to see your BIS associations is via the website...hence the need to create that account and associate it to your PIN.
Again, though...I have no idea if what you did with the desktop software accomplished this as well. I've never attempted to use that method to control my BIS conduits, so I can't say if what you already did worked or not. I'm merely suggesting that you create the BIS account so that you can validate if it worked or not...and if not, you will be able to shut it off from there.

I am unable to open pdf attachments in my emails?

I have check my program files, i have adobe reader installed however when i have a pdf file in my emails i cant open the email?
Can you please advise how i can solve this?

Are you saying that you can't even open an email message that has a PDF attachment? Or, are you unable to open PDF files in attachments? What happens when you try? Do you get an error message?

Email attachments from SSRS email subscription are not being uploaded to an email enabled SharePoint 2013 document library.
I have tested the library using a standard email (with attachment) to the library and this works fine.
I have monitored the drop folder on the server and I can see both emails being picked up in drop and processed by SharePoint. The email sent from a regular email account is uploaded with the attachment, whereas the email sent via SSRS subscription
email is uploaded and the attachment (report) is missing.

An update on this. The email when sending from SSRS subscription is received in the library and the attachment is contained within the .EML file uploaded.
The behaviour that I would like from SSRS subscription emails are to just have the document and not the email.

Need to send attachments in the email

Hi,
I'm trying to write lines in a file. Not all of my lines are not written into the file.
So I'm writing line by line into the file whcih its failed at say 350lines. after that its no more writing the data.
Please anybody let me know how i can write my data into a file (say 2GB) and send the same as an attachment in the mail.

What's with inability to open attachments in my email on my iPad?

I am unable to see jpg attachments in my emails. It looks like a widespread issue with the device. Most of the support forum's comments do not have a fix it. Is Apple aware and care?

Since no one suggested much, here is what I do whenever the Mail app screws up. Seems to work every time. I hope it works for you.
Quit the Mail app like I describe below and then reset your iPad. No data will be lost when doing this.
Double click the Home button to show the screen with running and recently used apps. Each app icon will have a sample page above it. Flick up on the page (not the app icon) and the page will fly away and the app icon will disappear. This quits that app. Then reset your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. Try sending a new jpg file to yourself from a different device or computer and see if Mail can view it.

I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB):
1) Register HRT
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
2) Resend Service Books
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your carrier for formal assistance...you are paying for a service that they are not delivering to you...

I don't receive the verification email when I try to sign in to the developer portal. What I can do?

When I (or anyone of my coworkers) try to sign in, the developer program asks us to verify my email, when I click on "Send Invitation" I don't receive any email. I receive other emails from apple (for example, the forgot password email), How do I contact support or get help to solve this problem?

After trying with costumer support finally I recieved the verification email, I will write down the steps I followed:
1. I have been invited to join to a developer program for my company.
2. I created an apple id account.
3. When I was invited, I tried to sign in with my new apple id.
4. Whenever I tried to sign in, Apple asked me to verify my email.
5. After I pressed serveral times the "Send Verification Email", nothing happened.
6. I opened iTunes from my iMac and I signed in with my new apple id.
7. They asked me to fill some data (including the payment information).
8. After filling the payment information, I returned to the developer program and tried to sign in again.
9. Apple asked one more time for the email verification, I hit again the "Send Email Verification" button.
10. This time, the email verification button worked and a new screen saying that the verification email was sent appeared and then, I could sign in into my account.
That's all, you just to add your personal data in iTunes and then try to verify your email again. Hope this helps someone.
