Attatchments and innvoice

Hello gurus
This might be the wrong group for this question but i could not find any more suitable group.
Our problem is this, for a period during a carv out, the system will be run over a Citrix solution. This works fine, but with only one small problem has occured. We are now scanning the invoice manually until new system is established and a pdf file is attached to the innvoice, but when we try to open the pdf attachement it only says 17.721 bytes transfered when we try to search for the document we are not able to find it. If we attach an excel file or txt file it opens to be read. I suppose the problem is in citrix but not sure. Is there any settings in SAP to correct this. The citrix solution is providing a pdf reader so any pdf files outside SAP but within the citrix solution opens perfect in the pdf reader.

I am not aware of anything. I use MM and when I get mails on my iphone it doesn't always automatically download attachments. It gives me icons with their file size so I can decide on whether to download or not.

How do I match the printed pdf page breaks with the page breaks from the online form?

The online form is setup to be 4-5 separate pages...each page going to a different person/group when it is printed in a pdf. However, when the form is printed, it prints out all the blanks and the forms are off by about a half page.
Is there any way to not print the blank spaces (I have several boxes hidden based on choices of the user), and to make the printed pdf honor the online page breaks?

When you are viewing the "Design" while authoring your form there is a "View" setting that you can access from the "View" menu along the top right, or from the dropdown at the bottom right corner, if you change from "Web View" to "Page View" you can add page breaks there that will affect the PDF.
Page View is an authoring view to design for PDF where Web View is an authoring View to design for web/browser/HTML forms. You can use both so that your form looks good in both web and PDF. Some features have to be added/edited in Web View because they are not supported in PDF such as Attatchments and Skip/Page logic, those are not available to add/edit in Page View. The Page Breaks added in Web View are not used in the PDF, in Page View "Implicit page breaks" are added automatically based on the size of the page in PDF and you can add "Explicit page breaks" using the form field toolbar as you did in Web View (which will only be used in the PDF).
When you ask if there is any way not to print the "blank spaces" you are referring to the questions that had remained hidden based on skip logic right? At this time the entire form is saved/printed to PDF, there is not an option to omit those hidden fields.

Please Help!! This is urgent!! I need it running for class!!!

Got up, turned on computer and heard a click sound after I pressed the power button (it sounded like it clicked on then off) replaced battery, reset PMU, unplugged power chord and any other attatchments and had no response. Tried it a few more times and now there is still no response except for the LED light. Every time I plugg in power, the LED comes on and stays on. Can anyone out there help me? Please!!!!!

Content filter on message body

I'm trying to setup a content filter for the message body containing the smart identifier "credit card". It works fine if I set the fitler for message body and attachments. However if I set the filter for message body only, the messages containing credit card numbers are not filtered.
Any suggestions? Is this a bug? This is Model B10, Operating System 6.6.1-016.

I'm trying to setup two filters on inbound messages. One would check for a credit card in the body and drop the message (and notify the recipient). The other would check for a credit card in attatchments and strip those attachments but let the rest of the message through with a disclaimer added.

Update to ios 8.1.3 is proble,

I am having problems opening attatchments and have issues with connectivity...and it consumed my memory.

Can I uninstall the update? Ipad was just about perfect prior to this update.

Ringtones and attatchments

Ok, chances are this has been asked before as i'm a new user of the i-phone, sorry if it has.
How do i get a none i-tunes ringtone onto my phone, I recently downloaded 2 soundbites, 1 for a ringtone and 1 for a message tone, so how do I get them to work as ringtones and message tones.
Secondly, how do I send an attatchment, there is no option given to either bluetooth to another phone or add attatchments to e-mails.
I'm giving it untill tuesday then the phone will go back if it won't do what I want it to do.

You can use Google to find out how to make ringtones for iphone out of most any sound file.
You CANNOT make a custom text sound/message sound. This is not a feature of iphone.
You cannot add attachments (as you cannot store files on iphone)or use bluetooth to transfer files. You can forward an e-mail with attachment. You can e-mail pics.

Internet attatchments help - i have deleted something and unsure what?

i had problems with my new blackberry 9630 scrolling down while on internet broswer.
- while looking for help on the internet i followed steps telling me to delete thing in my service book.
- that problem is now fixed (not through the deleting but something else!!)
I think i have deleted something i shouldnt as now when i am on twitter i cant click on attatchments people have tweeted such as pictures or links etc?
anybody help?

It sounds like you did part, but not all, of this important process. I therefore suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive to your Messages app
2) Resend Service Books
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account, to arrive in your Messages. If you have no already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
3) Batt Pull Reboot
With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

I imported all my pics..again..and cant find photos to add as attatchments

so as stated i imported all my pics onto my HD, so my 1600 something is now 3200 and at 2 gig of pics i'd like to get rid of all these doubles without loosing the first generation of pics..also as above, i installed ilife08 onto my macbook and now i am unable to just go to my iphotot to attatch any pics after my upgrade..i can do it but have to go and copy pics to my desktop and then refigure out what i did last time to attatch to the email...kind of frustrating so any help is much appreciated

Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
Two separate issues:
i imported all my pics onto my HD, so my 1600 something is now 3200
Were these in an earlier version of iPhoto? The correct way to to this is to copy the IPHOTO LIBRARY FOLDER from the Pictures Folder on the Old machine and put it in the same location on the new one. Then start iPhoto. It will do the rest. There is no IMPORTING involved. What you've done by importing is bring the Pics plus their thumbnails into iPhoto as new pics. So, if you still have that old library intact, trash the new one and start over. If you haven't then check out Duplicate Annihilator
Second issue:
What do you use for email?
There are three ways (at least) to get files from the iPhoto Window.
1. *Drag and Drop*: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
2. *File -> Export*: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
3. *Show File*: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
To upload to MySpace or any site that does not have an iPhoto Export Plug-in the recommended way is to Select the Pic in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export and export the pic to the desktop, then upload from there. After the upload you can trash the pic on the desktop. It's only a copy and your original is safe in iPhoto.
This is also true for emailing with Web-based services. If you're using Gmail you can use THIS
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
*If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser. Or, if you want to access the files with iPhoto not running, then create a Media Browser using Automator (takes about 10 seconds) or use* THIS
*Also, for 10.5 users: If you use the extended Open or Attach dialogue (with Column View) you can scroll to the bottom of the Shortcuts and find the Media browser there. Select any pic you want from there.*

I run Mac 10.5.8 and have been using firefox for a little while. Recently, possibly after downloading an upgrade, my attatchments are not opening up in the correct applications, all files are downloaded in .ashx, which is a real pain. Can you help?

I have gotten about 4 emails with a quick time attatchment, but it won't play because it says it is in a format it can't read. Do I need to download some sort of additional software for this and if so what?

You might try adding Perian. It can help QT play a with a wide variety of formats.

When i open emails, the text is replaced with question marks and boxes

i have a macbook pro and when i open email attatchments which are mainly bodys of text, the text is replaced with question marks in boxes, any ideas as to how to help this or even fix it completely!?

It means the text is a font not supported by whatever you are using

Explination of integrating Groupware and Activities in CRM

I am about to implement Groupware to my CRM 4.0 system, but I have some question first that doesnt come so clear out of the installation / how-to manuals.
How is the scenario when creating a new Activity in CRM to the Calendar in Outlook? Does the calander gets updated as well? and reverse from Calendar to Activity?
And if a Business Partner receives a mail.. or sends a mail. How is this integrated to the sap object? Does it gets attached as an attatchments ? Or is it another way to see all the mails on a Business Partner?
If someone have tried this, please write me back!

After reading thoose two notes, I see that
1) E-Mail integration is not supported by this solution
2) Activities can be synchronized both ways
I was hoping Groupware could support e-mail, by making a link of a Business Partner and to all the mails that has been received and accepted :/
Any suggestion of how to make that integration?

but this is code tries to send the files from the server wright... so before sending a mail with attatchments...we need to upload the file to the webserver and then send the email with attatchment...so i just want to know is this wright way of sending mails with attatchments...

Hi
You can use jspUpload component to upload a file to server and store it in a particular directory.
Then use any attachment program to read this file by pasing file path and send an attachement.
It is quite simple , is'nt it?
