Attempt Login to ECP , OWA Back to login page

i install exchange server 2013 CU7 .
i was already connected with url to ECP , OWA correctly and without issue .
but today when attemp login to ECP , OWA Back to login page and not enter .
what is my problem and  solution ?

Hi MHM,
Thank you for your question.
If there is Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2007 in organization, we could access ECP by the following URL:https://CAS15-NA/ecp/?ExchClientVer=15
If there is just Exchange 2013 in organization, we could  access ECP by the following link:https://CAS15-NA/ecp
We could try to restart IIS to check if the issue persist.
We could refer to the following link:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj150562(v=exchg.150).aspx
If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.
Best Regard,
Jim

  • After I login, it takes me back to login screen

I can login to my account. It will start to show desktop items and then immediately goes back to the account login page. I am able to choose another account and login fine. But, I need to be able to login to the main account (which is the one it won't let me login to).

Try trashing these preferences, reboot and login again.

  • Exchange 2013 ECP/OWA Error 503 Service Unavailable

    Hi,
Hoping that someone can clarify or assist with an issue relating to Exchange 2013 CU3..
Both roles installed on a single 2012 server, mailboxes created, able to login to ECP/OWA using ht tps://servername.int.domain.com/ecp using the out of the box internally generated SSL certificate.
Virtual directory internal and external settings for all directories were configured to be ht tps://mail.domain.com/owa /ecp /EWS etc and a UCC certificate (containing mail.domain.com, autodiscover.domain.com)from GoDaddy was imported and assigned to
IIS and SMTP, internal DNS records were setup internally and externally for mail.domain.com and full propagated, Outlook Anywhere enabled and configured to mail.domain.com, external access configured for all virtual directories
The issue is that ECP and OWA can only be accessed internally by the full internal server FQDN URL ht tps:// serverame.int.domain.com/ecp whereas it should be accessible at this point by ht tps:// mail.domain.com/ecp
Error received both internal and external when trying ht tps://mail.domain.com / owa / rpc etc is error 503 Service Unavailable
I know that the ECP and OWA sites are up and running as I can login and do anything by internal servername URL but no joy at all using the external (which is to be used for internal clients aswell for seamless access)
The only way it works is by adding a host name to the 2 x 443 bindings in IIS for the front end website and set it to mail.domain.com but this means autodiscover.domain.com internally and externally wont work
Is this normal and required for Exchange 2013 or is there a way to resolve this?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
I found a article might help you, for you reference:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2619402
Generally, this error occurs if the application pool that is associated with the web application doesn't start.
To troubleshoot this issue, follow these steps:
In Event Viewer, view the System log to find errors from the Microsoft-Windows-WAS source. An event is frequently logged in the System log if the application pool fails to start.
If you don't find any relevant events in the System log, search for relevant entries in the HTTPERR log file. The httperr1.log file is located in the following system folder:
    c:\windows\system32\logfiles
In the file, search on "503" to locate any relevant information about why the application pool failed. For example, you may see an entry that resembles the following:
    2011-12-08 18:26:42 ::1%0 6721 ::1%0 443 HTTP/1.1 GET /owa 503 3 N/A SharePoint+Web+Services+Root
    Thanks.

  • Mac on Snow Leopard keeps looping back to login screen

    Hi, Everyone,
I have a MacBook, late 2008 It originally had 120 GB hard drive. Because I had less than 10 GB of space left, I replaced that with a 320 Western Digital Scorpio Blue HD (by myself, with an antistatic strap, etc). Everything seemed fine for a few days. Lots of space, immediate responsiveness with programmes, etc....nothing could be better. Then the system started getting sluggish, and I started getting spinning beach ball clicking between apps. Every time I ran verify disk permissions, there was a long list of permission repairs. Running repair disk never yielded a result other than everything being okay. I even created a flashdrive with the installation software. And I ran Onyx to try to clean things out.
Then a few days ago, after restarting my computer (I may have done an update, but am not sure), my computer slowly booted up, came to the login screen, I entered my password, my desktop appeared and it "hung" for about 30 seconds, then the screen turned blue and went back to login screen. I made several attempts to login, but always got the same result.
I used my bootable flashdrive (which I created with SuperDuper to contain the installation disk before I installed the new hard drive) to check and repair permissions. Each time I did that, I got the same permission errors. Again, nothing detected with disk verification/repair.
When I start up the computer in safe mode, everything is fine except Safari kept crashing.
Deleted and reinstalled safari to no avail. Still crashed. No problem in Firefox.
In the regular mode (not safe mode), I reinstalled Flash, restarted, then back to the looping to the login screen.
Still no problems in safe mode.
At first I thought there would have been something with the new hard drive, but everything works fine in Safe Mode, so I'm wondering if there is something with Safari or Flash.
I've updated ClamX and run a ClamX scan as well to check for viruses/Trojans.
    Please help.
    Help!

Okay, I reinstalled Safari under another admin account. No problems there, and --so far--no problems in my main account now.
    What has happened is this.
You installed a new hard drive, it came from the factory with some bad sectors on the drive.
You laid your new OS X and data over these bad sectors and now having issues in various locations.
The drive automatically maps off these bad sectors when it gets a read request from something your using, however it takes some time before it realizes such is the case, (thus the spinning beach ball as OS X is waiting) then it moves the data to a new sector and maps off the old one.
Also as you use the computer, your writing data to new bad sectors on the drive, which haven't had their turn yet enough to be read and hopefully mapped off by the drive.  This is why your problem appears to be changing as it goes on.
    Look at your problem timeline:
Then the system started getting sluggish, and I started getting spinning beach ball clicking between apps.
This is likely a problem with the swap file which is stored on the hard drive when you run out of RAM memory with a lot of programs and files open.
The swap file was stored across bad sectors, which the drive couldn't read well and thus you got the OS X spinning beach ball effect.
This file location moves locations to free space on the drive, expands and contracts as you load things up to use.
You  have done a update, which added more data to the drive and/or triggered a response from OS X data written on a bad sector which has hung your computer.
When I start up the computer in safe mode, everything is fine except Safari kept crashing.
Safe Mode disables  at boot software, video and other things so OS X is in a reduced state, the bad sectors are being avoided as their data is not being called.
Safari is crashing because it too is corrupted, which your later post you reinstalled it and now it's fine, because it was written to a clear space on the drive without bad sectors issues.
So your going about a "piece meal" restore method, next will be OS X, then all your programs, then a new user account because your User/Library will get screwed up etc., etc.
Instead of this long pain, just follow my first post instructions and it will cure everything in one clean shot
If the drive itself is bad and that's causing your bad sector problems, which you will soon find out and can get it replaced. The way your going it's going to keep giving you problems of various sorts for quite some time.
I also tried the SMART check and it passed--no errors or bad sectors.
That only provides a current bad sector count, which you say is zero, which is typical for a new drive as it hasn't read enough from the drive to find the bad sectors yet.
In order to really find bad sectors on the drive, software would have to continously read data written to the entire drive over and over and over again so the drive will finally "trigger" the mapping off process. This would take days or even weeks to complete on large drive, so obviously the software isn't doing this.
All drives come with a few bad sectors, the automatic mapping off process upon reads usually takes care of it, however you have more bad sectors than normal, which might have occured:
1: Higher than normal amount of bad sectors from the factory.
1: Bad drive from the factory causing bad sectors.
2: Your moving the computer while the drive is in operation that the heads struck the platters causing the bad sectors.
So a Zero Erase in Disk Utility, a fresh OS X install from the disk, fresh programs from original sources and vetted files from backup is the sure means to cure the whole mess. Bad sectors and data corruption.
The DU Zero Erase proceedure does a pretty adequate job mapping off failing sectors, it takes hours to complete and not days.
Bad sectors causes data corruption, so you really can't trust a previous clone or TimeMachine backup of this corrupted data to restore with (except vetted user files), some here have done that only to wonder why their problems returned after the zero erase was completed.
If you restored the new drive with SuperD from the earlier drive, you also might have carried data corruption from that drive over too.
So with a fresh install of everything, only thing that can be corrupted is your user files, which you restore from a clean backup and/or delete the ones causing problems.
    Take care and good luck.

  • How do I fix login fail as it goes from flip-screen to white-screen then back to login page?

When I login to OS X 10.8.2 on my late 2009 iMac (8GB of RAM) with Parallels 8 running Win7 Full, the window flips over to my desktop background to commence the login process, then, flips back to a white screen and then back again to the login page. All of this happens at once in a total of 3-4 seconds. I have run the disk utility to fix permissions and verify the disk and all is well except, that the login problem continues and I am unable to login at all. Any ideas before a full wipe and restore?

    - Have you tried resetting the iPod.
Reset iPod touch:  Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Then connect to computer and if it shows in iTunes restore.
    - If screen is still on, let the battery fully drain. Then charge for an hour and try the reset and retore again.

    Hi,
If you have an @mac.com or @me (MobileMe) name then the password needs to be kept to 16 characters or Less due a limit at the AIM server end.
Use iForgot to change the Password

    Hi,
Generally, the error was 500 which indicates some kind of authentication errors. To resolve the issue, please try the following checks:
    1.  Checked IIS, ensure that all of the authentication is set correctly and "Require SSL" is checked on the root of the default website.
    2.  Restart IIS service by running “IISReset /NoForce”.
    3.  If it fails, please try to start the “Microsoft Exchange Forms-Based Authentication” service on Exchange server.

  • Application requires login pollicy to be reconfigured for login to succeed

    Hi,
We have recently migrated our J2EE application from IBM WebSphere to SAP NetWeaver. The application has two ear modules- one for web tier and the other one for EJBs. We deploy them as two separate applications on the NetWeaver server. For login, we are using JAAS login module.
We have been facing some problem in login on NetWeaver. The problme is that when we try to login after initially deploying the two application ear files, the login does not succeed. Over many trials that we did, we observed that login succeeded only when we removed the login policy, re-added it, reconfigured it to include the login module, and then tried to login. To put it point-wise, after application ear files are deployed and started, to login to the application first time, we have to do the following steps-
    1) Remove login policy configuration from Security Provider in Visual Administrator
    2) Add it back
    3) Configure it to include the login module
    4) Open the application page and try login- it succeeds.
This is needed only for the first time login. Then onwards login succeeds with out any issues.
We are trying to resolve this first time login issue for quite some time now, but to no avail. On investigating the logs when login fails, we realised that our custom UserContext object returned by the login module class becomes invalid (NULL) as it is returned to LoginContext. Here's the call sequence-
    1) Struts action class LoginAction calls JAAS LoginContext.login()
    2) LoginContext.login() calls login module UpServiceLoginModule.login() and passes it an empty (non-null) object of type Subject
    3) UPServiceLoginModule.login() calls security EJB SecurityMgrBean.authenticate().
    4) An application class- UserContext object is returned to UPServiceLoginModule.
    5) UPServiceLoginModule sets UserContext object it received in an object of type Principal and adds it to the set of principals inside Subject it received from LoginContext
    6) The Subject variable in LoginContext has the same reference as the Subject variable in UPServiceLoginModule. However, on investigating the logs we found that even if the Principal is set in the Subject by UPServiceLoginModule properly, inside Subject in LoginContext, it is null.
Does any one have any clue as to what could be the problem? Below is a relevant trace from the log file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi
when i was creating the Mapping it gave the below Error
    what must have gone wrong??
My other Question is, how will the Application know about my user credentials as it has to authenticate the same rather than the Portal. Does it mean that for each and every user accessing my app should be configured in the Portal in this manner? I have 1 lakh users accessing this application. Is there any other alternative??
    Regards
    Glen

  • Exchange 2013 Upgrade to CU7 from SP1 - installs successfully - Can no longer connect via ECP/OWA/Powershell/Outlook/Autodiscover

    Hi There,
I am having massive issues with my Exchange Server.
I have 2 Nodes, one has CAS and Mailbox Roles, the other just Mailbox.
I "upgraded" the CAS server to CU7 without any errors / issues.
Once I had restarted, nothing worked any more..  I couldn't access ECP, OWA, Powershell, Autodiscover or get outlook to connect.
I managed to get Powershell working, but changing the physical directory to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\PowerShell" from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\FrontEnd\HttpProxy\PowerShell"
But for the life of me I cannot get ECP or OWA working (haven't even tried anything else)!
I am getting a load of Events with ID 1003.
The only error I am getting is:
    Server Error in '/ecp' Application.
    Method not found: 'Boolean Microsoft.Exchange.Net.Wopi.WopiRequestPathHandler.IsWopiRequest(System.Web.HttpRequest)'.

So Please please please can someone help.
I have tried many many many things from various sites, and so far nothing has worked.
    Thanks,
    -Tim

    Hi Tim,
We can do the following steps to have a try:
    1. Check Application settings in IIS Application under Exchange Back End web site for BinSearchFolders value.
    a. Open IIS Manager. Expand Sites > Exchange Back End.
    b. Click ecp. Open Application Settings in /ecp Home.
    c. Please check whether the value for “BinSearchFolders” is changed to an invalid value.
    2. Verify Authentication settings for OWA and ECP.
    a. In IIS manager > Default Web Site, make sure Anonymous Authentication is Enabled in Authentication.
    b. Confirm that "Require SSL" is checked on the root of the default website.
    c. Make sure the Basic and Forms authentications are enabled in Default Web Site and Ntlm, WindowsIntegrated authentication methods are enabled in Exchange Back End for both OWA and ECP.

  • Exchange server 2013 ECP, OWA, Exchange Management Shell, Outlook access and a few more problems.

    Good Morning,
I really need some help please.
Our Server 2012 std. with Exchange 2013 std. installation was running like a dream. The tech responsible for our installation left the company to work in the UK and reported to us that there were minor issues with the installation that
    needed attention.
on investigation we have found issues in that we cannot access ECP or OWA and in fact Internet explorer most of the time. on further investigation we found management shell for exchange gives errors on start up and new users and outlook cannot
    be added to the domain.
On contacting the tech via phone he said he had issues with Certificates but could not help any further.
I have googled the problems and read much in TechNet and believe that in order not to make things worse than they are to approach those that know more than I do at present. I am not sure where to start right now.
    Where do I start?????
ps. There does not seem to be any backups that we can fall back on.
    regards  Tom

  • Unable to access ECP/OWA

I installed Exchange 2013 on 2 brand new Server 2012 virtual machines, one with the mailbox role and another with the CAS roles. The installation completed without errors but I cannot log on to the ECP (or OWA for that matter). As I enter my user/pass, the
password field goes blank and a number of event log entries are added (see below).
I'm using the default administrator account (also Enterprise Admin, Domain Admin and member of the Organization Management security groups). I mail-enabled the account with enable-mailuser + enable-mailbox. I can execute Exchange Powershell cmdlets when
logged on with this account, so security looks good.
The problem is OWA/ECP which consistenly logs the following errors when I attempt to access the OWA:

I have spent hours wading through log files and posts, and cannot get my head around this one.

    Hi Simon,
I am trying this on the CAS server. Per your email I attempted the same on the mailbox server using
https://localhost:444/ecp which provides me with access to the user settings part of the ECP but I cannot access any of the server admin menus.
Here is the part of the IIS log file for the CAS server:

  • How to automatically login to apex and run a specific page / application

    Hi all.
I'd like to know if there is a way of automatically login to apex and run a specific page / application. I mean, invoke browser and pass the necessary information to login (not public user) and run a specific application( ina secure way if possible).
    Thanks in advance ...!

    Hi,
Well, as a very crude test you can set your authentication scheme to be Application Express Authenticationand define some users in Apex. Then create a before header login process on the login page (101) to automatically logon containing:
    apex_authentication.login(
        p_username => :P101_USERNAME,
        p_password => :P101_PASSWORD );
    :P101_PASSWORD := NULL;conditional on P101_PASSWORD is not null.
Then you can login by specifying your username and password in the URL e.g.
    f?p=YOURAPP:LOGIN:::::P101_USERNAME,P101_PASSWORD:username,password

    Hi adil,
For your issue, you can create a custom security token service (STS) and then set up a trust relationship between a SharePoint 2010 farm and the custom STS.
