Attempt to download apps gets time error

I can download apps on open networks without a hitch. But when I connect to our company network and try to download apps or updates it gives an error telling me to check the date and time on the iPad. The date and time are correct. I checked the time on the router, too. Surfing the web works fine, and downloading content inside apps works fine. It's just downloading or updating the apps themselves that won't work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It may be a firewall issue or security. Can your IT person help?
