Attempted access of inaccessible method I cant see the problem as I pass a class with a mesh property .
I am using AS3 and away3D. Everything loads fine .

Syntax for accessors (getters and setters) is the same as for properties. So, you loop must be:
for each (var el:ClassEnemyCube in models)
enemyMesh2 = el.enemyMesh;
Not - there are no parenthesis attached to enemyMesh.

CohQL>As you see I can query the count of customers cache and also the key() elements of objects. But I can't access methods in my own class, Customer.
customers is my cache name and it is loaded with Customer objects. And Customer class has getName method but why Oracle Coherence looking for getName method in java.lang.String class instead of Customer class?

I solved my issue myself. I did not implement the default constructor in the pof object ( customer object ) and so after I implemented the default constructor without parameters it works fine. But I have not understand what the going on is here.

Error accessing class from method

I am trying to write a method that accesses a class called circle where the user inputs the radius of a circle and the program prints the area, radius and circumference.
My class is as follows.

1) your error: You're trying to call a method, setRadius, on the variable, number, which is nothing more than a lowly double primative variable. Better to call the method on your Circle object which here you call "Radius" (please note the Java naming convention: objects should begin with a lower-case letter).

Error while accessing a public method of applet from javascript.

I am getting "Object doesn't support this property or method" error
when accessing a public method of applet from javascript in IE 6 using
document.applets[0].myMethod();
The same is working in IE 7.

I don't know why it happens, but this works for me in both versions:
<applet ..... name="MyApplet">
</applet>and in javascript use
document.MyApplet.myMethod()

I get the following error: (it's not word for word but you get the idea)
Error: Access of undefined method getStatus through reference with a static type Class.
Here's what's happening in the code. I'm trying to create a User class that is instantiated at the start of my app. I want the User class to have properties like mainStatus, with helper methods like setStatus etc. Pretty simple.
so on my HardDisk I have my flash_working folder with all my flash projects. I created my class file/package under the directory com.mypackage

If I try to access the public var mainStatus through user.mainStatus that gives a similar error saying:

the public getStatus() function that you created needs to be referred to through an instance of the class.
So:

Also, an aside. You can create a getter/setter for status, to avoid having to do the function as such.

I just noticed that you made the variable public as well, which means you can access it without getter/setter or function.

ALV - access to protected method

I have a object from class "CL_GUI_ALV_GRID" and want to change the protected attribute "EVT_DELAYED_CHANGE_SELECTION     Constant     Protected" with the method
    CALL METHOD alv_grid->SET_DELAY_CHANGE_SELECTION

How can I access this protected attribute?

This will do what you want
Trick is to define a sub class inheriting the super class where the protected attributes and methods exist in - then you can access the protected methods and attributes.
If you do this don't forget to call the SUPER CONSTRUCTOR (of the class you are inheriting from) in your constructor method. Code example shown below.
Here I want the original and modified table of an alv grid but you can adapt this code to whatever you need.

BPM Scenario : " Error accessing table SXMS_AS_STATUS method: INSERT"

Webservice --> XI -->BW .
BPM has been used to send to send the response back.
BPM :
start ->Receive(Request)> Transformation(Responsemap)>Send(SendtoR/3)->Send(Send Response) ---> stop.
We are getting the error as " The error is <SAP:Stack>Error accessing table SXMS_AS_STATUS method: INSERT</SAP:Stack>
There are some messages that Webservice sent and XI received them but this error occured during some process in XI. and this is causing some discrepancy in the data sent and received.
Any idea what might be the problem ? Is there anything which I need to change in the parameters to rectify this error?

Erdem, please try to post in the correct forum. ABAP Objects questions belong in this forum, not general.
Second, Amit Khare is correct. The concept of Public/Protected/Private methods and attributes is not limited to ABAP Objects. It is a common concept to most object oriented programming languages. But if your read the ABAP Help on the appropriate keywords, then it is explained very clearly.

You can access protected methods WITHIN an instance of the class or WITHIN an instance of a sub-class.
However, in your case you are calling the method from the report and, therefore, the class must be PUBLIC.

How do I access classes and methods defined in a wsdl file

I have been provided a wsdl file I need to find out how do I access classes and methods defined in a wsdl file directly instead of doing a wsdl2java...

Several comments :
1- is there any reason to have blank chars inserted after the path ? Seems that you already have a problem there. If possible, try to solve the problem at the source
2- the end of line char is usually CR (Carriage Return, aka ASCII char 13 = $0D = Control-D). But LF (Line Feed = 10 = $0A = control-A) is also used (platform dependent). In LV, you can use the "Concatenate strings" function to add/insert control chars (found in the String Control Palette). However, this will not solve your problem of unwanted added blank chars at the end of your string.
3- you can use the Trim white space.vi (in the "Additionnal string functions" sub-palette) to remove ALL the spaces in your string
4- you can build your own "end space remover" function. :
reverse the string, wire to a "Match pattern" function, use " +" (space + "+") to search for any number of spaces, reverse again the "after substring".
5- there is no point 5 :-)

Error in accessing the create method declared in Home interface

I have create method in home interface which takes the following syntax:

In the client I create a remote object and try to call this create method, but I get a compilation error :
it says unable to resolve the symbol with a cursor pointing the create method

how can i resolve this.

Error when accessing CMP EJB methods

I get a strange error, when I access a getter method in my remote interface to query the variables in my CMP EJB. I use Jdev 3.2 agains Oracle 8.1.7.
I can see that the error must be originating from the persistance manager BC4J XML, but not sure how to resolve it, any help is appreciated.
The line having the problem is the second line;

Thanks to all. But the comments provided so far does not answer my question. Over the past few days I have struggled over the question and I think I found the answer. Others are welcome to comment.
Initially, "width" and "length" were decleared as private in class "House". For other classes to gain access, they had to use "accessor methods". Two accessor methods were decleared: "getWidth" and "getHeight"; and "setWidth" and "setLength". The first two methods "return"; the last two were "void". In class Room, I set up a method to return the calculation, so I used "getWidth and "getLength". In class "Type" I had to use the other method "setWidth", since I was declearing the actual values. Makes sense?

Acrobat Reader 11.0 on Win 7 Ultm 64-bit - error "Attempt access invalid address"

After upgrading Acrobat Reader to vers 11.0 on Win 7 Ultm 64-bit - get error "Attempt access invalid address" when try opening any .pdf file. PDF Converter Pro (Nuance) has no problem opening any .pdf file. I have uninstalled & reinstalled Reader several timeswith the same results. Any ideas?

Are you using EMET Antivirus? I have seen the issue caused due to this. Try disabling it and check.
I have seen this issue fixed for some users by modifying the following registry key:
The key is "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management" MoveImages
Set the key to 1 instead of 0 then reboot the machine.
In case you still face the issue try the following registry key change:
The only thing you have to do is rename the following key at the REGEDIT, and everything will be fine !!
