We are sorry for the trouble that this has caused you. Can you please suggest if you did the migration from a previous version of MAC OS to Yosemite(10.10.1)? If yes, are you having trouble while Launching the Desktop Application? If yes, there are two steps available for us.
1) First , please check the permission on /Library folder and see if you have full read & write access. If you don't, I would request you to have a conversation with Apple support.
2) If the permissions are all fine on this folder, please check the same on ~/Library folder as well.
If all is fine, i would request you to please reinstall the product and try again.

Thanks for the help. I installed CC and it fixed everything but Photoshop. I guess I will have to use my old laptop for images until Adobe fixes the problem. Do you know of a place where we can send issues like these to Adobe?

I meant holding the "option" (or "alt") key on your keyboard as you click the Outlook icon on the Dock, and continuing to hold it until you see the Microsoft Database Utility come up. Alternatively, you can open the utility by navigating to Applications/Microsoft Office 2011/Office and then double-clicking the Microsoft Database Utility app.
When you rebuild your database using that program, a backup copy of your original database (containing your account info, contacts, mail, calendars, etc) will be created. As a security precaution, you should also ensure you have a backup of your database (which you can find by going to Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/ and copying the contents of that folder onto an external drive).

I am new to OSX and I downloaded an app known as virtualbox. It made my computer buggy and my friend told me to drag it to the trash and call it a day, so I did, but its still loading virtualbox kexts, I can see from single user mode and its still buggy.

How exactly do I uninstall, and unload the kexts?

Kext files are installed to /System/Library/Extensions so if you look in there you might be able to find some for that application in specific. I use the app called "appcleaner" to remove all my unwanted apps on my Macbook Pro.

Open the app and look for the app in particular you are trying to delete. If you can't find the app go to the finder and drag it into the appcleaner app. You may have to reinstall the virtualbox app in order to uninstall it.

i updated to ios 6 on the 19th. i went into echofon and tried to save a photo and it asked me to grant echofon access to my photos. Without thinking, I said no. I realize now that inorder to save photos, I have to grant this access but I can't figure it out. I have deleted the app and re-installed it. I have searched the web and everything possible place on the phone itself hoping i could change it or something. But I can't find anything. Their website is of no help at all. I have a problem with connecting my iPhone to iTunes. I uninstalled one of the computer program and restart my laptop. After restart my laptop and a message said that iTunes might not working because one of the component is missing and request to reinstall the iTunes. Hence I remove iTunes from my laptop and I reinstall iTunes to my laptop but still not working.
Before this the iTunes will automatically launch when I plug in my iPhone. But after I reinstall iTunes, it's not working. When I try to plug in my iPhone after iTunes launched and message "This iPhone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes." popped out. I did this twice but it's not working as well.
Please advise what should I do to fix this.

First make sue you are installing the 64 bit version of iTunes.
Second make sure it is iTunes 10.7 or later.
I would download a fresh copy of the 64 bit version of iTunes 11. After installation reboot your computer.
Before connecting your phone reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Cannot open Firefox 3.6.8 since installing toolbar from Inbox Dollars. Have 2 user accounts on my MacBook and it is fine on my business account, but will not open on my personal account, which is where I installed the toolbar.

AppleCare tried to help, but since Safari is working fine on both accounts, they said the problem was with Firefox on the personal account and they could not help me any further than what they already tried I do not want to lost it on my business account as well.

Try using Firefox's Safe Mode to disable the add-on.
First, make a backup of your computer for safekeeping. To back up Firefox, see [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information].
Next, start Firefox in Firefox
[http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode Safe Mode] and temporarily disable add-ons so you can uninstall the problem one.

Many thanks for your reply, the machine was bought from Currys the 3.6 download warns you it will only be supported for a short time, and recommends downloading ver 7, I am unfamiliar with the workings of Linux but the machine has been good, there must be a solution, no problem if we have to pay for the upgrade. If you delete the YouTube app you will not be affecting your YouTube account. You can always reinstall it & see if that fixes the problem.
As far as Safari pages reloading between tabs, I have also noticed the issue after iOS 8 on my iPad 2. Updating to the latest iOS on older devices can see a degradation in performance within certain apps due to the limitations of those devices.
We made the choice to update & with the many benefits of the latest & greatest iOS there are bound to be some problems too,

How was your wife using the Find My iPhone app from a Samsung phone? But, that question aside, your wife should educate herself on how GPS works, especially on a cell phone. GPS signals can be interfered with by trees, buildings, clouds. Off by several miles would be unusual, though.
If your wife is tracking your cell phone and not believing what you tell her, you may want to consider counseling as there are some very serious issues that go way beyond the technology.
