Attendance allowance

Hi friends,
I am trying to write a pcr for counting the no of phsical attendance days which comes from infotype 2011 . As there is no standard field which contains this value .
One of our allowance is paid as rs 5 for every phsical attendance days . I have written this below rule which is giving error.
as " Calculation rule ZTIM has a formal error (see CHECK in PE02)".
the rule is
ZTIM Personnel Calculation Rule  ZTIM
        VARSTPRSNT Employee at work
          N
          Y
            HRS=D0010  Set
            HRS?1      Decision op.     HRS
                HRS=1      Set
                ADDDB0210  Add to day balance
                HRS=0      Set
                ADDDB0010  Add to day balance
              <
                HRS=1      Set
                ADDDB0010  Add to day balance
please let me know what the error is and if there is any other method

Hi!
It looks your rule has some error. If you check the rule, does SAP return any error? If so, which line does it inform?
There's another topic with the same error, however the other topic refers to a Payroll rule.

  • Does Cloud HCM time and attendance allow tracking by state?

Does Cloud HCM time and attendance allow tracking by state to enable proper payroll withholding for state taxes?
Tracking time working each state you work in and having the wages properly withheld in payroll.  The time system has to be able to capture and process tie in different states and pass it along. Payroll system then has to process multi-state taxes and withhold properly to ensure compliance.
Does Oracle Fusion Time and Labor can or can’t support this?

I ended up creating a second object tracker (102 in the below example) that tracks the first object (2 in the below example) such that it is only up when the other is down.  This way only one of the 2 object can ever be up at one time and you can trigger the eem applets based on this.  Have been using this for several years in a fielded system no issues.

  • Intercom Zones or groups in Call Manager Express

In CME 9.1 How do you set up the SCCP to SCCP phone Intercom feature to call a group of phones or zones?

    Hi Zohaib,
    With CCM (all versions), they do ship with a "stripped down" version of IPCC/CRA which is where the actual AA is built. But this is not really an "on box" solution :( You will need a seperate MCS box to install IPCC on and then integrate with CCM via jtapi. Here is a clip and link for CCM 5.x and a link for 6.x which is a rather large PDF which I am having trouble downloading today;
    Cisco CallManager AutoAttendant
Cisco CallManager AutoAttendant, a simple automated attendant, allows callers to locate people in your organization without talking to a receptionist. You can customize the prompts that are played for the caller, but you cannot customize how the software interacts with the customer.
Cisco CallManager AutoAttendant comes bundled with Cisco CallManager on the Cisco CallManager 5 agent IPCC Express bundle.

  • Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server

    Hello,
I am wondering if someone can kindly help me solve the following problem?  I have been trying to troubleshoot myself, but it seems that the problem persists.
    Issue
I am having problems asscessing a wireless web login.  The University that I attend allows students to access the wireless web by entering their login and password.  When a new browser session is started, it automatically directs to the wiresless web log in.  Initially, I had no problems and could easily access log into the site.  Recently, I have had a issue where I try to log in and I get one of two error messages:
Safari can't open page "xxxxxx" because Safari can't estabish a secure connection to the server "xxxx"
Your login was processed successfully but a DNS Timeout occured.  You will need to close and restart your browser in order to reach your orginal desitnation.
    Notes:
Issue #1 happens the most often.
When issue #2 happens, I close my browser and open a new one but the page remains blank.
The wi-fi shows full strength and all others in the room have the ability to log on/off with no problems.
I have no problems with other secure sites when accessing from home wireless connection.
    Troubleshooting
    I have tried several things:
    Date and Time - correct
Parental Controls - none are set
Keychain First Aid - no errors
Another User Account - I have tried using a different user account and the problem continues
Used another browser - I have tried using Firefix, same problem
Open DNS - I have added DNS servers 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 but the problem continues
Safari Clean Up - I have emptied cache, cleared history, reset safari, same problem
I have tried to research the issue and troubleshoot as best as I can but nothing seems to work.  I am somewhat new to Mac's but am pretty savy but need a bit of guidence to figure this one out as I am not sure exactly what I need to do and don't want to mess up any settings any further and compound the issue.  It is quite frustrating as I am unable to access the internet and class website during class.
I should mention that at one point I had a scan/clean app installed.  Before this app was installed it seems to work, however, I can't directly link the timing.  I can't remember exactly which program it was as I have since removed it.
Can someone help me identify the issue?  Is it a Certificate Authority or DNS issue?  I would love to get this solved...
    Thank you!

mdkat, I have encountered this problem in the past, and doing the following helped:
In the URL, simply lop off the "s" at the end of https:// and load the resulting URL.
Before you quite understandably jump on me to say that this action will result in a non-secure connection, confirm for yourself that this will result in the web page being reloaded with the proper https:// protocol with the secure SSL/TLS layer as well as the feel-good lock icon.
That is not to say this behaviour is correct. Obviously the warning you see is an indication Safari / Firefox and the site you're accessing are not communicating in some way, but fixing it is up to them.
Use as you see fit, as I say it works for me.
I should mention that at one point I had a scan/clean app installed.  Before this app was installed it seems to work, however, I can't directly link the timing.  I can't remember exactly which program it was as I have since removed it.
Good idea. Probably not related though, since I have never installed such things.
... and thank you for writing such a thoughtful and well-organized question!

  • Partial Period Factor in INP1

    Dear Experts,
I have copied INP1 to ZNP1& created new PPF as /807 in it. I have a wagetype 1102 - Attendance allowance that is to be paid to those having 0 days leave without pay in a month. I have set Processing Class 10 to WT 1102 as 7.
Now even if a person has 0 LWP, attendance allowance is not paid to him. If I set PC 10 to 3, then it is deducted in prorata basis which I dont want. May I know if this program is technically & logically correct for my requirement?

  • Profession Tax & other accumulated wage types

    Dear Consultant,
In Pay slip of every month we print accumulated annual wages for Form no 16. Here Annual Salary should be equal to Gross salary X 12. but here washing allowance & attendance allowance are considered only for one month. & not for rest 11 months. Also Total of Profession Tax should be Rs 2500 but it shows Rs 2400. In February it deducts Rs 300 & in other months Rs 200, but 100 in 300 is not considered for total.
    May I know why?

    Hi Experts,
May I know how to create a constant wage type which will not change at any time. Now, in case of Leave without pay, all wagetypes in my salary are proportionately reduced. I wish to keep one of them constant. How can I configure it ?

    Hi Seher,
Constant Wagetype, I mean, Attendance Allowance. It is Rs. 100/- to be paid 100% for Leave Without pay = 0 & Rs 0/- to be paid if LWP > 0.
I have understod first part of your suggestion but "Then you need modify your XMOD rule in gross remuneration subschema that is processed with the Function MOD. Ensure MODIF 2 is set and based on your Modf 2 groupoing link the wage type in T510J table." This part is not clear.
I saw XMOD that looked like
XMOD Employee grouping for payroll accountin

            MODIF A=01

  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VISION

I have been a BT customer all my life, me and my wife are fully disabled and rely on BT for there services, i have telephone braodband and recently vision. The thing is, i took on Bt visions last November and since i got it it has not worked properly! I have contacted bt on many occasions, have had engineers round and still i am paying for a service that does not work!
I cannot watch anything without it stopping after several minuets, recently it has started not working at all. The last time i called Bt i was verbally abused by a young lad (from the uk) who was very nasty to me, cheeky and refused to help me unless i connected my laptop so he could access it. I am disabled so is my wife, i cannot connect my computer up myself, i need my carer to set it up and at night i do not have my carer. Anyway, i have had my computer connected up 14 times for them and it still doesnt do anything to help, they put me through this very lengthy system of checking things out and still i do not get any service. The engineer who came says it is a common problem, thousands have it and he stated that IT IS IN THE PLATFORM SOFTWARE WITH BT nothing to to with my end in any way.Everything in my home is spot on my broadband runs at 5.8 i tried to tell this abusive chap the last time that my broadband if high enough for vision to work as that is all he can check at his end, he was very insulting almost making a fool of me as i was disabled and couldnt set my laptop up myself.
This is verging on FRAUD they take approx 30 for vision every month and i do not have the servce, i hire films through them that dont play losing me £4 a time. Mt TV and my phone are my life, it is my only contact to the world, as i cant do anything else i love my TV so i can watch it, not a blank screen
I have been abused for the last time by BT i have to keep it till November then i will cancel vision, i am sending a personal letter to all the executive directors, all the non executive directors, the news of the world, the sun, the sunday post, my solicitor, and the regulatory body who governs this media. Also i am sending a letter to the disability board to complain at the way BT customer services veiw and abuse the disabled user.
To sum up if anyone is reding this thinking of getting vision DONT BOTHER it is the poorest digital service on the market, it stutters and spits(when it works) it jums up, it stops all the time, they charge you £4 for a film and then it doesnt play and when it does play it can take up to 6 hours to watch it in full as it always stops and then starts again, it took 12 hours to watch Avatar for example. Bt should hang their head in shame, but as i disabled person i will not be abused by them, i will not have someone making a foool of me because i cant set up my laptop myself, the whole serive is very poor.
The thing is, my broadband and the telephone service are second to none perfect!! but vision is just a con it isalmost fraudulant, and unless BT get their act together i will have no alternative but to persue them in court, it will cost me nothing! to have a go, but it could cost them their reputation, and loads of bad publicity that im sure they dont need, i cant wait for November to come so i can cancel my vision setup and get top quality viewing through SKY  YES SKY EVERYONE !!!!! BT vision cant compare SKY is far superior vision is a joke in comparrison

BT you know who i am, you should hang your heads in shame

Despite being promised 3 months ago that BT Vision had been cancelled and Broadband had been reduced it is still being charged for at
the same rate and Vision has not been cancelled. Have been trying for over a year now. BT ARE LIARS!
Complaint number 4 this week from 17th- 21st September 2012 to BT
121221-****** ref number from BT complaints Dec 2012
On Monday 17th September 2012 I enquired why my bill had gone from around £50.50 to over £73.00 for no apparent reason (It happened in April but I was not aware until last week I have poor eyesight and only get quarterly statements) I did the same the year before and was offered a new package including TV which I did not want but was told it would be the cheapest for me and would never rise above £43.00 per month if I agreed to it It went to £53.00 but I never used the TV as its too complicated for me I am old and have arthritis and cannot fiddle with such stuff.
I phoned on Monday and I asked for the TV to be removed...if not credited as I never use it.! They agreed to do this this month Then I was put through to someone else who promised to call me the next day and offer an even better package more suitable to our needs.
I thought I had changed my plan but have not received any confirmation. The other advisor said they would call me 2 days ago but have heard nothing. They promised a better more affordable plan. But it now seems they have put me on a MORE EXPENSIVEONE. With the TV still there.
We are pensioners with one severely disabled. We rely on the telephone and broadband for everything...I am so angry that we are being robbed blind and money taken from our bank without being told that it has gone up so much. We are now in difficulty because BT and Electricity have taken more than we had. We have no money left to the end of the month. OUR PENSIONS/ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE DO NOT INCREASE
We only had the TV package because we were promised a better deal and the cost would never rise above £50 a month
    Our broadband is excessively expensive!
The contact I made on Monday promised a better deal and a removal of the TV part. I was told I would be called on Tuesday with the new arrangements and get an email. Have had neither...just a bill for MORE money
You are currently number 1 in the queue. We apologise for the delay. We will assign you to an agent as soon as one is available. The average amount of time a customer has to wait is 07:40.

He never called back and I am still being charged excessive amounts that I never agreed to and still paying

I am getting an error while maintaining my sick leave absence type
"Only records of less than one day allowed for attendance/absence type 1002"
    how to resolve this

Bcz recently i made a change like this
    For our sick leave
    "First 14 days(1- 2 weeks) Full Salary
    Next 14 days (3- 4 weeks) 75% Salary
    Next 14 days (5- 6 weeks) 50% salary
    Next 28 days (7- 10 Weeks) 25 % Salary
More than 10 Weeks no Salary"

  • Attendance worksheet that allows for grading

    Hi,
I'm a HS teacher, and I'd like to set up an attendance worksheet that would allow me to keep tabs on students' classroom participation--for instance, something that I could mark each kid A or 0 (Absent), and then (assuming they are present) either a 1, 2, or 3 for their degree of participation in the class.  The idea would be that at the end, I could tally each kid's score and come up with a good idea of how to grade them on the "class participation" portion of their overall grade.  So, for instance, if there were 20 days of class in a particular block of lessons, someone who got a "3" each day would have the maximum score of 60, whereas someone who got a 2 each day would have only a 40.
Ideally, there might even be another table that converted that fraction (16/20) into a percentage rate, since usually the number of days in a given block is not as nicely "round-able" as 20.
I've looked at Roger's attendance worksheet (referenced in some other links on this discussion board), but that seems to be set up as a simpler "present/absent" binary option.
I should say, finally, that I'm an English/History teacher and decidedly not a "technie," so if you can put any response in relatively simple language, I'd appreciate it.
    Thanks in advance!

While you've answered your own question, I think this might be of interest.
The paired rows are identical, with the exception of number of absences. There are two calculation of the percent score for each student, and two calculations of the average score (in the range 0 to 3). Explanations below.
Adam is the 'perfect' student—always there, and always engaged in the class. In the first eight days, he's scored 3 every day. His score is three out of three, or 100%, no matter how you calculate it.
Bobbi is just as perfect, but missed one class (due to a medical appointment, as it turns out). A straightforward calculation of her points shows 21 for the first eight days, 88% of what she could have earned if she'd been in class on all eight days (as shown in column AD). 'But,' she might say, I couldn't be here that day for a good reason. I shouldn't be penalized for that. Column AE considers only the days where the student is present (ie. where the score is greater than the zero assigned for 'Absent,' and Bobbi was 100% on those days.
Calvin and Dave are pretty good students—average one day, superior the next. Dave was away a couple of days. Including those days in his calculations drops his percent score from 83 to 63, ignoring them keeps his percentage at 83, the same as Calvin's.
Gerri and Henry's rows introduce a new category—an excused absence, like the one due to Bobbi's medical appointment. In terms of 'bums in the seats', both have the same attendance (and both participate equally well on the days both are there). On the days they were absent, Gerri was playing hookey so she could go shopping; Henry was playing hockey with the school team, and permission to be absent had been asked for and granted before the team left for the tournament. Using a text code (e) for the excused absence, and a numerical one (0) for the unexcused makes the formula in AD ignore the excused absences, but include the unexcused ones in its calculations.
The final pair shows the case of a pair of students who entered the class several days after the rest. The days before they arrived, marked with text entries ( - ) are ignored by the formulas.
The last two columns do similar caculations to those in AD and AE, but show the results as a decimal value out of 3.
Any of the four formulas in these columns will provide you with a readable and useable result; the choice of wich to use is up to you as the teacher, and the choice depends on how you and your school want to treat absences in terms of their affecting calculated grades.
Formulas for each column are listed below.
    AA2: =COUNTIF(B2:Z2,0)
Note that this counts only the absences marked with a zero. (see row 9, Henry)
To count excused absences, marked with "e", you'll need this version, placed in a different column:
    Aa2: =COUNTIF(B11:Z11,"e")
For a single count including both types of absence, you could use this (see row11,  John):
    AA2: =COUNTIF(B11:Z11,0)+COUNTIF(B11:Z11,"e")
    AB2: =COUNTIF(B2:Z2,">0")
This counts the number of days the student was present (marked with 1, 2, or 3).
    AC2: =SUM(B2:Z2)
Sums the number of points earned to date.
    AD2: =SUM(B2:Z2)/(3*COUNT(B2:Z2))
    AE2: =SUM(B2:Z2)/(3*COUNTIF(B2:Z2,">0"))
Calculates the fraction points earned/points available, as described for the various cases above. Cells are formatted to display this value as a percentage.
    AF2: =AVERAGE(B2:Z2)
    AG2: =AVERAGEIF(B2:Z2,">0")
Calculates the average points per day, using 'all days' or 'days attended' as above.
Interesting exercise. Took me back to working out a similar sheet in AppleWorks (or more likely, ClarisWorks) for my own classroom several years ago.

  • Issues in Conveyance Allowance amount in Exemption U/S 10

    New issues rise Now....
For New (mid month) joinee at the first month Exemption U/S 10 is calculated based on the Conveyance Allowance amount *12 months (or no. of remaining months for financial yr end), but in my client income tax Exemption U/S 10 based on the actual salary (not earned salary) from the first month onwards.
    For example :
    Employee X,
    Joined date 15.08.2011,
Conveyance Allowance = 800 INR. Earned Conveyance Allowance for 15 days = 400 INR.
While Start Payroll for the period 5th (August) 2011. The WT /130 Exemption U/S 10 = 3,200 (400*8). Based on this Conveyance Allowance The Exemption U/S 10 calculated, But I want to calculated the Exemption U/S 10 at first month (august 2011) based on follows,
August month earned Conveyance Allowance = 400 INR + Actual Conveyance Allowance per month =800*7 =5,600.
    Exemption U/S 10 = 6,000 INR.
    Please give me some solution
    Thanks and regards

    Hi,
I think for your earlier thread someone had replied that in the 1st month your calculations will be as per the actual received amounts for mid month joinees, however when you run the second payroll for this employee the system shall consider full attendance and Conveyance shall be 800 x remaining months + the already populated 400 in RT Tables.
After you run the first Payroll live you can check the 2nd payroll with simulation may be this will clear your doubt.
