Hello,
Please let me know how we can do Attendance Evaluation in SAP-Time Management.Actually, i want to know what is Attendance Evaluation in SAP-Time Management.there is any configuration, please do also clarify me.
Please help me out.I am unable to find out this problem.

attendance or Absene can be evaluated thru Time Evaluation.
U use TCODE: PT60 and a custom schema copied from TM00, or 04 as per ur requirements.
You need to customize the rules and thus schema to meet ur requirements.
Employees attendance can be updated into IT 2011 or 2002 accordingly.

If you wana to include other details then you can add then
say delivery --Standard SAP for delivery we have following sub crietrion
On-time delivery performance --
for this you define Std.del.time var. parameter you can input the number of days.
Now if you have done the Goods reciept and there there is one date in PO which you will find stastical delivery date .system calcuate the difference between the statasical delivery date and GR date .The score is calulated as : ([b]Difference in days ( GR date & Statiscal delivery date)/ Std.del.time var. parameter )/100
if you need other sub criterion you cn deifne and can give the maunal entry ........ for them.

Hi Ramona,
Both of the above answers are correct, but need a bit more detail. The evaluation path is the chain of relationships shown in your structure. The Organizational Structure has relationships from Org Unit to Org Unit - Reporting Relationships and from Org Unit to Positions. It is correct that there is normally no relationship directly between an Org Unit and a Person.
However, you can use a standard Evaluation Path such as O-S-P, copy it and rename to ZO-S-P. You then check the "Skip" box on the far right after the O-S relationship step. This will remove the Position from your output. You can now use this Evaluation Path in report RHSTRU00 to report on your Org Structure with people without the positions shown.
There are also several standard Evaluation paths such as O-P or PERS-O which you can also use and there is the standard report RHXSTR02 which will give you the persons in the org structure, but use of the "skip" box will allow you to create your own reports and evaluation paths to produce exactly the output you require.

We are currently trying to use the vendor evaluation functionnalities in MM.
Do you know if it is possible to get the evaluation details ?
For example, for quantity reliability, we would like to have a report giving the PO where the delivered quantity is different from the PO quantity.

Attendance issue

I have one Query regarding Attendance : In Detail When i am giveing Infotype 2002 for attendance it shows the errror in green flag that : Only records of less than one day allowed for attendance/absence type TRS1. in that TRS1 is Attd. Type.
can any one tell me the node wher i need to correct my config... plz hellp me..

For the respective attendance type clear maximum duration (which is probably set to 1)

SSO to ECC (without java stack), BI (on NetWeaver), & Portal

I have a client that wants to configure their SAP systems in such a way so that the users sign onto their Windows workstations, are authenticated by Windows Active Directory and from then on they can sign on directly to an ECC ABAP instance, a BI instance, and an SAP Portal without having to supply a user/password combination again. (We already have SSO setup for users access some BI reports through the Portal, but in this case we want to setup direct access to the ECC and BI systems without necessarily going through the Portal environment).
The servers are running HP-UX, the clients Windows XP, and the AD system is running under Windows 2003.
Is this possible without using a third-party tool and if so,can anyone point me to the appropriate documentation (I've done a lot of searching, but can't find anything).

Specific vendor evaluation details and comparisons (outside of the technical realm) are generally not provided, as the 3rd parties are generally competitors...

Table inside table in smartform for pay statement

Hi friends,
                   Here is one requirement of PAY STATEMENT in which all details(includes personal, Attendance, Payroll details) of all employee's of particular month should print in smart form. Client demanding the format in their previous system which is like this
1. In the first row, HEADING Part includes
       a. Ist column - Emp id, name, dept, desig, DOJ
       b. 2nd column splits in to number of leave types and days worked and working days.
       c. 3rd column - Earnings
       d. 4th column - Deductions
2. From the second row, Data from driver program
      a. Ist column - Corresponding to Ist rows Ist Column
      b. Vice versa....
First row is static text, which should display in each page.this should be done for all the existing employees(Almost 300+) with all the details discussed in the 2nd point..
3. Finally they are asking to display, the total earnings and total deductions spent for the salary from the management.
According to my knowledge, what i understood is : We need to use TABLE for this requirement, because all the details are dynamic and nothing is static except Personal details heading. What i thought is in the Header of table, Keep the First row, and in the Body, keep another table so that all the dynamic data will be uploads for all employee..and i will be passing all data of each employee in one 1 row of table.And in the footer print final total earnings and deductions using two tables...
I think my idea i explained is very complex and also not sure. Please suggest me solution in detail regarding this requirement.

How do I make subform flow down page without overlaping text?

Here is my issue. I have a checkbox and if the user clicks on the checkbox a paragraph of text (which is in a subform) appears if they uncheck it, the subform of text dissappears. But my problem is if they uncheck it the subform dissapears which is what I want but there is a big gap on white space on the form so how do I get the other text to push up to the checkbox when it is not checked and move down accordingly when the checkbox is checked and the subform appears in the middle?. I am using FormCalc for the coding. My code for the checkbox in the "click" option is

Hi,
'invisible' will make the object (subform) transparent, so that while the user cannot see it, it is still taking up space on the form.
Instead you can use 'hidden', which will not only hide the object, but it wont take up space either, allowing other object to move up and take the space.
HOWEVER, this will only work, if you have the page set to 'flowed', in the Object > Subform palette AND saved the form as a Dynamic XML form in the save as dialog.

Using External HD as Boot Drive

The original HD in my 17 Flat-Panel expired.
I can't bear to part with this computer and its great widescreen swivel monitor. I only wish to use it as a family web surfer, so I'm not interested in paying to have the repair shop break into the shell nor am I capable of doing it myself.
Would an external HD used as the boot drive be enough to run this Mac in this way?
If so, can anyone suggest the minimum HD specs necessary to do this?

Hi there:
An external FireWire enclosed hard disk drive (boot-capable FireWire - not all are able to do this
due to some differences in the chipset which controls data flow in the enclosure.) With an external
power supply, and an installed hard disk drive probably larger than 250GB, a buffer of at least
16MB, and a spin rate of 7200 RPM should do the job. To avoid WD brand internal hard drives
may be an advised choice to save you concerns later on. Some people like them, but there are
more compatible choices in Seagate, Maxtor, Hitachi/IBM, and a few others. - Western Digital is
not high on my list of replacement boot disks.
As to the brand of the enclosure, you may have to consider some of the Mac-friendly vendors
who have a good return policy should the drive unit or enclosure fail to perform as desired. If
you someday chose to have this external drive (outside of the FireWire enclosure) put into
the iMac G4 17" to replace the worn-out one, this drive should match those of the original's
size (shape) specifications to physically fit; & it cannot be an SATA-type drive. PATA or ATA
and not serial ata, is the kind that would work in the older G4 as an internal replacement, too.
An external enclosure with an SATA drive could work, solely as an external; but you could
save a bit of time by having a drive on hand just in case you find opportunity to actually fix
the tired iMac G4 correctly.
The cost to get into the iMac G4 to change the clock battery, is almost the same as having
someone go inside and replace the hard disk drive. Only the parts differ in cost; plus a bit
for the time. The big chunk of time is knowingly attending to details, such as thermo paste
and torquing screws, cleaning dust out, and putting it together correctly.
If you already have a suitable drive on hand - {probably an extra, so you still have the FireWire
enclosure as a bootable backup to the computer, and a source for a clone to move into the
computer whenever that gets the proper fix} - that would save you from some higher costs if
you do get a best brand internal hard disk drive replacement for that fix.
Is there a mac user group in your area? You may find someone among those members in a
local group who has successful experience and a place to properly replace parts in the iMac
G4 you have, and restore its functions correctly. The internal RAM chip can be at least 512MB
and that can give the computer a good basis for functioning in Tiger; and a 1024MB laptop RAM
in the user-accessed slot would be more than adequate for most uses the machine could see.
...In addition to the hard disk drive; fast, large, with large buffer, and new, inside the computer.
The clock battery, a new hard disk drive, larger internal RAM in hard to get to slot, and a
de-dusting. Those could be good to do when thinking of ways to keep the iMac running.

MM-pricing comparasion

hi sapgurus,
is it possible in me49(price comparsion) can i see the all those condtion type which are metioned ,in while maintaining in quotations as we know that thorugh standard i can do the price comparsion through net amount and delivery cost only and other condtion types are not included and sp if i want to consider the condtion types should be involve for price comparasion,
then what should i do....

Its not possible to do it....you can see the vendor evaluation details and check the createrion.....
When you see the quotation you can also have the conditions added in the header conditions...but these are for discount%, surchage...

That is as expected, the new tools require Configuration Manager 2012 R2 to work. From the download page of Configuration Manager 2012 R2 toolkit.
"Note: Items with an * are new in the R2 Toolkit and require Microsoft System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager for full functionality.
Server Based Tools

So you need to upgrade to R2 before you can use the new tools.

Dual CRP Requirements

Hi Experts:
I using CM50 - Capacity Evaluation: Detail List to check my Requeriments. I checked that I had:

The Pegged Rqmt is the same Planned Order 6085 on two operations.
On my Master Recipe I Have:

Why I have two requirements by 2.5H each one. ? It is a problem on my master recipe???

I checked and I was using the same Control Key on my Master Recipe with Det. Cap. Requerimients. That was the problem.

Attendance type in time evaluation

Hi All,
Need solutions for the below issues.
1) Clock in and clock out information for an employee is stored in SAP in IT2011, if clock in or clock out information is missing for an employee it should trigger a mail to employee and his manager.
2) Currently using one attendance type : On duty would be raised by employee when is on business trip. System should consider this as working.
During time evaluation it should consider if any attendance type and clock in and clock out details for an employee. and generate the absence quotas.
There is no integration with payroll.
3) If the accumulated earned leaves cross 90 days, rest of the leaves to be encashed, is there any standard sap solution for this or need to write a PCR or custom development to be done.
Please let me know ho to do.

1. The TD20 PCR in time schema evaluates time pairs and errors out if times are missing. The errors are stored in the FEHLER table. Maybe you can write a custom program to read this table and send messages.
2. The On duty will be entered in IT2002 I guess. The positive TE schema will read both IT2011 and IT2002 and so should not be a problem.
3. You need to write a PCR to accomplish this. There are useful doc on this forum. This doc by Vivek is very helpful:
